After cleansing our palate with a Linda the Clown laugh fest, we will now resume Part 3 of our current series, Recap: The Long List of Linda Lies.
We ended Part 2 on a humorous note, proving that anyone can use Artificial Intelligence to create an entire fraudulent persona, which seems to be Linda Joseph’s only noteworthy talent.
So far we have enumerated fourteen of her lies and acts of chicanery, and we’re not done yet!
Without further ado, here we go with Part 3.
NUMBER 15:
On August 5, 2025, Linda Joseph attempted to provoke this blogger in an unsolicited email, claiming we made false allegations about her, and that she has “evidence to prove it.”
We reported:
In one of the seven emails we exchanged, I wrote her back and stated, “If you have evidence to prove that I have made false statements about you, please provide them and, if verifiable, I will be more than happy to publish a correction. I look forward to receiving such evidence.”
She never provided said evidence, despite claiming to have “evidence to prove” that my statements are false.
In her final email to me, she stated, “It was never my intention to go back and forth with you. My only purpose in responding was to state the facts as I know them and to put on the record that some of what you have published about me is incorrect. I stand by that statement, and I have documentation supporting it.”
Not once in all four of her emails did she offer to provide said “documentation.”
To this day, she has never once provided any “evidence to prove” that anything we’ve written about her is not true.
Of course, when that blog was written we had just begun to suspect that Linda Joseph was more than just your ordinary, every day pathological liar, and that something was not quite right about her.
Little did we know at the time that she is a veritable psychopath.
NUMBER 16:
A few days later we published Linda Joseph has some thoughts. And so do we. In this blog we wrote that Linda made a comment on one of our previous blogs, and attempted to defend her support of the rabid, Jew-hating New York Congressional candidate, Darializa Avila Chevalier, while at the same time claiming to “denounce antisemitism.”
She also, as usual, accused this blogger of engaging in “nasty rhetoric and constant effort to divide communities,” blindly oblivious to the fact that she is describing her own actions.
Linda Joseph calls anyone who disagrees with her a “RACIST” and is constantly pitting residents against each other based on their skin color.
Linda’s favorite target is former Commissioner Barbara Kramer, whom she attacks every chance she gets. Linda’s pure jealousy of Barbara is on full display, as evidenced by her response when she asked about the civic group WakeUP NMB., a civic organization of which Barbara is the President.
She seems nice.
Then again, Linda has shown time and time again that she absolutely hates white people.
In fact, just this morning, Linda Joseph sent this typical Facebook message to a North Miami Beach resident, who happens to be white, for daring to comment on one of her laughable social media posts.
Needless to say, the resident did NOT accept Linda’s message. When the resident went back to Linda’s post, she had already deleted it.
Yes, it was that stupid.
Meanwhile, Linda’s constantly telling people to “don’t ever come back on my page” and calling them “racist” is exactly the reason she was banned from the social media platform, Nextdoor.
It’s just a shame that she continues to get away with it on Facebook, where people like her are free to be as rude, nasty, and racist as they like without repercussions.
NUMBER 17:
One of Linda Joseph’s funniest performances to date was her two and one-half minute speech during public comment at the August 27, 2026 Commission Meeting.
Linda’s complete lack of command of the English language, as well as her inherent stupidity, was on full display — and on the record.
There was a Resolution on the Agenda to finally get rid of the incompetent City “Attorney” Joe Geller, so Linda made it her business to “STRONGLY oppose the remove of Joe Galler.”
You have to see this to believe it!

Without ever reading the Resolution, Linda Joseph beclowned herself with some grossly ignorant comments during her speech.
Here are some of the Really Special “Highlights:”
- She claimed that Sleepy Joe Geller is “nationally recognized,” which is complete fiction.
- She insisted that “the cost of a in house attorney” would be too expensive, despite the reality that it would be a cost savings of $15,000.00 a month.
- She had no idea who the proposed Interim City Attorney was, despite the fact that Steven W. Zelkowitz has been the the designated legal counsel for the City of North Miami Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) since March 2014.
As we noted in our blog, “If Linda had actually lived in North Miami Beach for more than five minutes she’d know exactly who Steven W. Zelkowitz is.
The funniest line in her adorable little speech by far was her grammatically mangled question, “What is the residents are getting for that?”
A better question would be (in Linda-speak, of course), “What is the residents are getting if they vote for this hot mess of a lunatic?”
Moving right along.
NUMBER 18:
As we described in NUMBER 15 above, Linda Joseph loves to send nasty emails to people, then step back and pretend that she’s the one being harassed.
In Linda Joseph’s second email rant is even worse than her first, proving that she’s escalating quickly!, we reported that on August 24, 2026 Linda Joseph initiated another round of email exchanges, the first of which was intended to put this blogger “on notice” that she has been threatened following our “false and inflammatory statements” about her.
As usual, every single one of her accusations was complete fiction and conjured up in her own twisted mind.
She also stupidly (and falsely) claimed that this blogger’s suggestion that she disavow and not associate with a known Jew-hater, “could encourage an unhinged person to confront or hurt” her.
The only unhinged person we know is Linda Joseph herself, but we don’t think that she’s capable of hurting herself.
Come to think of it, as her email rant went on and on and on, Linda Joseph became more and more unhinged, so we could be wrong about that.
Linda’s diatribe included the usual and customary accusations of “racism,” false claims of being “threatened,” paranoia that she is the subject of a “coordinated” attack, and then warnings to leave her alone even though she’s the one who started the entire incident.
We here at VotersOpinion are pretty sure that this was the very moment that we realized that Linda Joseph was not a sane, rational person, and that she should probably not be allowed in public unsupervised.
In fact, we are convinced that it’s just a matter of time before she’s in need of involuntary institutionalization.
Just saying.
NUMBER 19:
In our blog, Foreclosures and Lawsuits and Bankruptcy, OH MY! Linda Joseph really is the Deadbeat of the Century! (Part 1) and (Part 2), we spilled so much tea, it was hard to mop it all up when we were through.
We meticulously described each and every one of the nine (9) civil lawsuits in which Linda Joseph was a named Defendant, mostly because she was unable to pay her debts, as well as the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy she had to file because she was incapable of managing her own finances.
And despite her complete lack of control over her own self-created disaster of an existence, this dim bulb had the audacity to attack me on Facebook by calling me a “loser at life.”
To which this blogger responded:
Hey, Linda!
I’ve never been served with a foreclosure lawsuit or filed for bankruptcy because, unlike you, I take responsibility for my actions and, of course, I pay my bills.
And also unlike you, Linda, I can speak and write legibly without the help of AI.
So if anyone is the “loser at life” here, it’s obviously not me.
But you do you, sweetie.
As a footnote to this tragicomedy, Linda actually lied to the Bankruptcy Court when she filed On October 29, 2017 Linda filed a 40-page Summary of Assets and Liabilities on October 29, 2017, claiming that she owned her Biscayne Gardens home worth $250,000.00, and located at 275 NW 157 Street, Miami, Florida 33169, where she really lives.
EXCEPT SHE LIED!
As usual.
From the year 2013 trough 2019, title to that home was in the name of Marthacia Exilus Joseph, Linda’s stepmother.
As we reported, 0n December 29, 2017, Linda Joseph filed Debtor’s Motion for an Order Avoiding Judicial Lien, and doubled down on her insistence that she “holds title to an interest in real property located at 275 N.W. 157th St., Miami, Florida.” She also claimed that this property was “wholly exempt” from being used to satisfy any debt. Linda then described her creditor, Cathy Edelman’s Agreed Final Judgment against her in the amount of $6,540.00, and then requested that this Judgment not be placed as a lien on that property.
Linda thought she would get away with that lie until the attorney for Cathy Edelman filed a Response to Debtor’s Motion for Order Avoiding Judicial Lien advising the Bankruptcy Court that Linda did NOT own that property, and he brought all the receipts that we’ve already mentioned.
Proving for once and for all that this blogger isn’t the only person who knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that Linda Joseph is a PATHOLOGICAL LIAR!
And there is no more reliable proof than public records in the form of all the documents filed in the Bankruptcy Court files of Linda Joseph.
NUMBER 20:
We’ll wrap up this Part 3 with what is probably Linda’s biggest lie yet.
In Lyin’ Linda nailed again! And this lie is the craziest of them all!, we told you how she went on a Facebook rampage against former Commissioner Barbara Kramer (once again).
Obviously believing that no one would fact check her, Linda Joseph incredulously claimed that she held “the credentials and security clearances” to enter the Pentagon.
Unfortunately for Linda Joseph, in response to our public records request to the U.S. Department of War, we discovered that …
