North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph is truly an odd bird.
And, we’re being nice.
Because judging by what we’ve seen so far, and especially in an email exchange today between her and this blogger, one can only surmise that Linda Joseph is certifiable.
Literally.
Let’s go back to the time we first saw Linda Joseph speak at a Commission meeting on May 16, 2023, when she lied not only about who she was, but also where she lived.
As we reported in Black Supremacist Linda Joseph Noel is a big fat liar!, the name she used on the City Clerk’s sign-in sheet was “Ada Charles.” When Linda stepped up to the podium she said, “Good evening, I’m Linda Joseph. I’m not Ada Charles. She’s my sister. I’m Linda Noel.”
When the Clerk told her that she listed her name as “Ada Charles,” Linda replied, “Yeah, I had signed in for her.”
Wow!
For the record, in addition to NOT being Ada Charles, we also happen to know that Ada Charles is not Linda Joseph’s sister.
Those were her first two lies told very publicly and preserved on the city’s public video server.
She began her angry tirade with her second lie, “I am a proud resident of North Miami Beach.”
And then Linda Joseph, or Linda Noel, or whoever she is, began a furious string of pathological lies, one after the other, starting with:
“And I tell you that I haven’t said that in a long time. WE voted for Michael Joseph. WE demand that he be here. I have never been so included into this City until they both young mens got elected.”
WATCH!
So here’s the thing.
When Linda said that she was a “proud resident of North Miami Beach” and “WE voted for Michael Joseph,” she absolutely knew that she was lying about that, too.
And we have the receipts.
On August 7, 2025, exactly one (1) year and three (3) days prior to the city’s Qualifying Period to run in the 2026 election, she decided to carpetbag all the way from her real home in Biscayne Gardens to North Miami Beach.
According to her publicly obtained Voter Audit Report, she changed her voter registration address from 257 NW 157 Street, Miami, Florida 33169 to 2 East Drive, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162, which is the the address of her friend (not her sister) Ada Charles.
After pretending to live with her pretend “sister” for six months, on February 5, 2026 Linda Joseph again changed her voter registration address from 2 East Drive, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162 to 17071 West Dixie Highway, Apt. 516, North Miami Beach, Florida 33160.
What’s really strange is that according to her publicly obtained Voter Registration Receipt, while she is registered to vote from an address listed as 17071 West Dixie Highway, Apt. 516, North Miami Beach, Florida 33160, her mailing address remains at 257 NW 157 Street, Miami, Florida 33169, where she really still lives.
What’s even crazier is that when Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Noel, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, publicly stated at the May 16, 2023 North Miami Beach Commission meeting that she is “a proud resident of North Miami Beach,” and that “WE voted for Michael Joseph,” she was LYING THROUGH HER TEETH!
According to Linda Joseph’s publicly obtained Voting History Report, Lyin’ Linda has NEVER voted in North Miami Beach in her short history of being registered to vote!
When she spoke at the May 16, 2023 Commission Meeting, Michael Joseph was a Commissioner who had been elected during the General Election held on November 6, 2018.
Also, the most recent North Miami Beach elections were held in November of 2024. The regular election was during the General Election held on November 5, 2024, and the Run-Off Election was on November 19, 2024.
Linda was “Not Eligible” to vote in either of those two North Miami Beach municipal elections BECAUSE SHE DID NOT LIVE IN NORTH MIAMI BEACH!
Not only did Linda NOT vote for Michael Joseph in 2018, but SHE DID NOT LIVE IN NORTH MIAMI BEACH during the November 2024 elections, either.
She “Voted Early” in the 2024 General Election while living in her home address of 257 NW 157 Street, Miami, Florida 33169, as evidenced by this screenshot of her Voter Audit Report, showing she did not change her address until August 7, 2025.
UPDATE:
We just realized that we forgot all about the 2022 election when Michael Joseph was regrettably elected as the “mayor.”
Therefore, we would be remiss in not reporting that Linda Joseph DID NOT vote in North Miami Beach in 2022, either. She, however, “Voted Early” in the General Election that year while living at her actual home address of 257 NW 157 Street, Miami Florida 33169.

As you can clearly see from our receipts, Linda Joseph NEVER voted for Michael Joseph at all.
Ever.
Those are just a few of the many, many lies that Linda Joseph has publicly stated.
Unfortunately for her, we have the public record receipts as evidence of the actual truth.
For now, we will close with this little gem.
In case you didn’t pick up on this really strange piece of information, we direct your attention to her Voter Audit Report and Voter Registration Receipt, both of which indicate that Linda Joseph’s birth place is … The United States of America!
HUH?
Keep in mind, as we already reported, that when Linda Joseph wed on May 21, 2004, her Marriage License states that she was born in the Bahamas!
However, also keep in mind that as a 2024 candidate for Miami-Dade Democratic Party State Committee Member, her self-penned “bio” stated that she was “born in Haiti.”
So if she’s given three different birth place locations to the Miami-Dade County Clerk of Court, the Miami-Dade County Supervisor of Elections, and the Miami-Dade Democrats, the question is …
WHICH ONE IS THE TRUTH???
Ironically, in a completely unexpected email we received this morning, Linda accused this blogger of, among other equally false accusations (including the obligatory reference to racism), making false statements about her, and that she has “evidence to prove it.”
In one of the seven emails we exchanged, I wrote her back and stated, “If you have evidence to prove that I have made false statements about you, please provide them and, if verifiable, I will be more than happy to publish a correction. I look forward to receiving such evidence.”
She never provided said evidence, despite claiming to have “evidence to prove” that my statements are false.
In her final email to me, she stated, “It was never my intention to go back and forth with you. My only purpose in responding was to state the facts as I know them and to put on the record that some of what you have published about me is incorrect. I stand by that statement, and I have documentation supporting it.”
Not once in all four of her emails did she offer to provide said “documentation.”
Welp, if Linda Joseph refuses to provide “evidence” of any false statements we have made, we obviously cannot publish a correction and/or issue an apology.
Accordingly, we publicly invite Linda Joseph to prove us wrong.
In fact, we’re begging her to try.
Because, despite the fact that we believe Linda is a little more than a bissell meshuga, as always we stand ready to right any wrongs we may have committed.
And because contrary to public opinion, we’d love nothing more than to come across an honest politician for a change.
We are also convinced that Linda Joseph is not one of them.

I am convinced that she is not able to tell the truth when it comes to anything. I was in the room when she LIED about her name during public comment – mind you after years of sitting in commission meetings, that was the first time I have ever seen her even attend a meeting. She was just as nasty that day as she is now.
The really sad thing is that she doesn’t even realize she’s nasty. I’m also convinced that she is a pathological liar, and probably doesn’t even know that, either. She is truly pathetic.
How does NMB attract these bad actors. Truthfully ever since Michael Joseph came to town who is worse than Franzie Pierre, this city has gone down the drain. He makes these messes. He creates havoc. He brings hate and mischief. He has to be the worst is the country. Unlucky for us we got him here and thanks to Jay Chernoff (VOTE FOR WHITNEY) for condoning his actions and not reprimanding and censuring him when all of you had the opportunity!!! We all hope Michael Joseph goes to jail and we can replace him ASAP! Get rid of the bad actors like Linda Joseph (VOTE FOR DAYANARA TORRES) and get this city on the right track.
The evidence speaks for itself. Public records tell a very different story than the one Linda Joseph has presented.
After her first public tirade on May 16, 2023, I had serious concerns about her judgment and whether she would put the interests of North Miami Beach residents first.
It appears that after her goal of becoming a commissioner in Biscayne Gardens ended when voters there rejected incorporation, she turned her attention to North Miami Beach and sought to establish residency here. Ultimately, the public records are what matter, and those records speak for themselves.
Pathological liars like her always run for office somewhere. She keeps insinuating that I made false statements against her, and that she has the “evidence.” Yet she refuses to even name one thing or provide even a shred of so-called “evidence.”
Even funnier, she’s the one who contacted me, attacked my integrity, inferred that I’m a racist (as if no one has EVER accused any white person of being one LOL), and then she actually said that I was the one baiting her into a “back and forth.” You just sit there and read the nonsense she’s writing and wonder whether or not she has any grip on reality.
Meanwhile, she’s out there in everyone’s face, spreading her lies and toxicity like it’s fairy dust or something. I’ve seen some really crazy nut jobs run for office in North Miami Beach (and North Miami) but this one takes the cake. She’s not just crazy, she’s dangerous. And I don’t say that lightly.
Caveat Emptor!
Unfortunately for Linda, I live one street over from her home on 157th St. I know EXACTLY where she lives, and can confirm she’s been living there for over the past ten to 15 years. She campaigned even harder than she is doing in North Miami Beach when she was all in on attempting to make Biscayne Gardens into a city. She teamed up with Michael The Black Man who lives a few blocks away from her to try and get the residents there to vote to be incorporated into a ” Black Run” City as she was telling residents there. She had illusions that she would be an Asst. City Manager or some other directors job there. Fortunately the residents didn’t believe her lying statements that their taxes would go down if they voted YES to become a City. Having failed there, she teamed up with Michael Joseph to make a devious plan to run for office in NMB even though she doesn’t live there.
