The voters of North Miami Beach have a right to know everything about the candidates who are vying for a seat on the City Commission.
EVERYTHING!
We have already told you that Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, does not reside in North Miami Beach, and we have provided some of the proof that we’ve collected.
Other than residency, the most important qualification for those seeking public office at City Hall is honesty, a trait which we also have proven that Linda Joseph does not possess.
Here are a couple more receipts for your consideration.
According to the website of the Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Court, on May 21, 2004 Bahamian-born Linda Joseph married Haitian-born Mercy Dieu Noel.
However, as a 2024 candidate for Miami-Dade Democratic Party State Committee Member, her self-penned “bio” stated that she was “born in Haiti.”
So, which is it, Linda?
Were you born in the Bahamas?
Or were you born in Haiti?
Do you EVER stop lying?
The voters of North Miami Beach deserve the truth and nothing but the truth!

Truth is a fleeting thing with this group. They just don’t care and if you point out the lies you are racist for not allowing a POC to fabricate anything they want. I am equally disgusted that the City of NMB has not stopped her from running for office in our city. You and WakeUp NMB are doing all the heavy lifting! Our authorities need to step up and call her out!
The problem is that if she shows a “valid” ID (drivers license) and voters registration with an address that is located in NMB, the Clerk does not have the authority to reject her application.
That being said, anyone can change their address on their drivers license at any time online WITHOUT PROOF of residency if you are already Real ID complaint. (https://mydmvappointment.com/florida-drivers-license-address-change)
Once the address on your drivers license is changed, you can update your voters registration online and submit a copy of your updated driver’s license.
Neither of those forms of identification require actual proof that your address changed, which means Linda can say she lives in NMB even if she actually lives in Biscayne Gardens.
Unfortunately, the only way to stop a carpetbagger like her from running in NMB is to file a lawsuit before qualifying period, which begins on August 10, 2026.
I strongly suggest that NMB initiate a lawsuit now before it’s too late. If you can’t stop her from illegally running for office, your only recourse is to make sure she loses the election.
Keep in mind that if this fraud wins, it’s only a matter of time before more cronies of Michael who don’t live in NMB start running and before you know it, your city will be infiltrated and run by outsiders.

Why does someone make up the place where they were born? Does it matter enough to lie? You have uncovered multiple red flags in just a short time. Where there’s smoke there’s fire and it seems that NMB will get burnt should Linda Joseph get elected.

In Linda’s case — and I’m only guessing here — she is probably claiming to be Haitian-born in order to gain the support of the Haitian community in northeast Miami-Dade County. It’s not as if there’s a huge group of Bahamians here, so it stands to reason that she would need to invent an identity that aligns with the group she believes will get her the most votes. Linda Joseph is, after all, an opportunist who is willing to do whatever it takes to get what she wants.
Or, in this case, that NMB paycheck!
Don’t forget, she worked the con mightily in an attempt to incorporate Biscayne Gardens, which is located in Miami-Dade County, in the hopes that she could clean up there as an elected official. When that pipe dream crashed and burned, she needed to find an actual city in which to run for office, and North Miami Beach must have seemed the likeliest place to infiltrate.
Regardless, we have lots more to reveal about this fraudster in the hopes that she decides to back out of the race, pack up her toys, and go home to Biscayne Gardens where she really lives.
In the event she stubbornly keeps up the farce, the very least we here at VotersOpinion can do is to expose her for the lying imposter that she is.
Steph if this POS does not withdraw before the August date, she WILL have to defend her residency in Court. Funds are already being collected to make this happen. The Petitioners in their lawsuit against her will show the Court evidence that she does not have a one-year minimum residency in NMB to qualify. Photographic proof, along with a ton of additional evidence, will prove to the Court she should be disqualified, no matter how much MJ tries to help her.

Stephanie. Thank you so much for all you’re doing exposing those fraudsters, specially the current one. Even though you don’t live in this city anymore, you still care for NMB so much. Now we need your support more than ever; to expose everything that is going on in our city. The Mayor wants to seat at the dais all his puppets. We all need to mobilize and keep exposing them, and rip out their mask, so they can show their real faces.
