We recently spent the better part of three days responding to North Miami Beach Commission “candidate” Linda Joseph’s false accusations in a “Notice of False and Defamatory Publications” letter she actually had this blogger served with by a Broward Sheriff’s Office process server.
In the blogs, Linda Joseph DEMANDS! (Part 1), (Part 2), and (Part 3), we addressed every single one of her largely laughable “complaints,” most of which were attacking our First Amendment-protected opinion of her “candidacy.”
As a courtesy, which is not required, along with a generous helping of sheer pity, we bent over backwards to try to appease her as much as possible without compromising our citizen journalistic integrity.
We’re sorry to report that not only did Linda Joseph reject our efforts to mollify her unreasonable demands, she deliberately misconstrued and twisted every single one of our words in yet another attempt to play the victim at the hands of this blogger.
On August 24, 2026, Linda Joseph initiated another round of email exchanges, the first of which was intended to put this blogger “on notice” that she has been threatened following our “false and inflammatory statements” about her.
Ironically, the only “false and inflammatory” statements here were the ones she made about this blogger.
For example, because I asked her to clarify whether she was born in the Bahamas, the country named on her Certificate of Marriage, or in Haiti, the country in which she “identifies” as being born, she actually claimed that I “questioned whether [she is] ‘American enough.'”
This is apparently a blatant lie.
Linda also claims that I “promoted the idea that [she does] not deserve political endorsements.”
I never said anything of the sort, nor did I promote anything of the sort.
Again, this is a blatant lie.
Linda also claims that my suggestion that she disavow and not associate with a known Jew-hater, “could encourage an unhinged person to confront or hurt” her.
To which we had previously responded, “Sure thing, Linda. I’ll retract my comment that you’re a Jew-hater when you retract your false accusations that I’m a “dirty racist,” specifically that time you posted this publicly on my Facebook page on May 8, 2026:
Did it concern her that calling me a dirty racist “could encourage an unhinged person to confront or hurt” me?
Obviously not.
Then again, her opinion of me is none of my business.
Linda then went on a tirade about others who may or may not have contacted “the Hispanic Caucus about an endorsement,” which I know absolutely nothing about, nor am I even remotely involved in whatever she’s talking about.
Then again, unlike Linda Joseph, I have no delusions of grandeur, and I don’t believe the world revolves around me.
For the record, I do not believe for one second that Linda Joseph has been threatened at all.
And if she has been threatened, maybe she should take a good look at how her own behavior might have incited such alleged threats.
Or, as I suspect, she’s simply lying.
Again.
Nevertheless, I bravely responded to her with my own email, copying North Miami Beach Police Chief Juan Pinillos for the purpose of alerting him that she is becoming a potential problem.
At this point, Linda Joseph became completely unhinged.
She responded with another email, this time indignant that I dared to accuse her of “refusing to take responsibility.”
She also again played the tiresome race card by falsely accusing me of exhibiting a “pattern of disparaging coverage involving Black women, particularly Haitian American women.”
Yawn.
For some reason known only to the deranged mind of Linda Joseph, she also saw it fitting to bitch about North Miami Beach resident Bruce Lamberto, and made a list of her allegations against him, which of course, this blogger has nothing to do with.
Hilariously, Linda again brought up the Hispanic Caucus and the alleged “individuals that contacted the organization regarding [her] endorsement,” which AGAIN I have absolutely no knowledge of, nor do I have anything to do with.
Linda also attached two documents that she prepared, obviously with the assistance of AI, and which she claimed to be “filing” with the Broward State Attorney’s Office and the Davie Police Department.
Pop some corn and get a load of Linda’s “complaint” to the Broward SAO, mainly because I wrote “26 blogs” containing her name.
Try not to laugh when you read what she refers to as a “Summary of reported pattern.”
Not only does Linda Joseph fail to comprehend that as a “candidate” running for office, the details of her “residence, finances, intelligence, character, and candidacy” are literally fair game, she is also lying that I made any accusations about her “identity” (whatever that means) or her religion.
Linda also falsely accused me of “repeated correction, retraction, and safety notices,” as well as ignoring an alleged “notice” not to publish her addresses since she’s an alleged “domestic-violence survivor.”
As you can clearly see by the three blogs mentioned above, I attempted to alleviate her hurt feelings by offering to redact her “residence” information, even though every single document that I hyperlinked in every single blog was obtained from government agencies in the form of public records, and which included her “residence” information.
Furthermore, an alleged “notice” not to publish her address was never given to this blogger before her August 24, 2026 temper tantrum. And even if I did receive such notice, unless she has filed a Public Records Exemption Request Form with the Florida Department of State, the government agencies that are disseminating her personal information in the form of public records are also under absolutely no obligation to redact any of her documents.
We certainly welcome receiving from Linda a copy of her signed, notarized, and date-stamped filed copy of her Public Records Exemption Request Form. Should she provide us with such a document, we will redact all documents posted after the date she filed her form with the Florida Department of State.
The most adorable part of Linda’s “complaint” against yours truly, is that she drags North Miami Beach residents, former Commissioner Barbara Kramer and Bruce Lamberto, into the mix for no reason other than paranoia.
In her “Cover Letter” to the Broward SAO, Linda wrote, “I believe the conduct may be coordinated. The documented links presently include: Bruce Lamberto’s repeated Florida Elections Commission complaints and use of photographs of my vehicle; Stephanie Kienzle’s sustained publications and separate election complaint; Barbara Kramer’s repeated unwanted engagement on my personal Facebook page after I asked her to stop; and an August 5, 2026 email in which Ms. Kienzle intentionally copied Ms. Kramer into a campaign-related discussion about me. These links warrant investigation, but I recognize that they do not alone establish a criminal agreement.”
Yes, Linda.
We are all out to get you.
Now for the part that we are warning you to put down your coffee cup, water, beer, or whatever potable you might be imbibing before you read any further. We will not be responsible if you laugh so hard that you spit out your drink all over your computer monitor or other device.
Linda actually includes a paragraph in her “complaint” entitled, “Documented Kienzle-Kramer Connection.”
For those of you who don’t speak Linda’s native tongue of Estúpido (and yes, Linda, that was sarcasm 🙄), I happened to tell her that I had “a very small team of individuals” because in the August 5, 2026 email attack from her, she hilariously claimed that someone from “my team” told her that I was a “paid blogger” and that she was “also shown … evidence to support that claim.”
Even though I didn’t bother to react to such nonsense, she’s automatically assuming that Mrs. Kramer and Mr. Lamberto are “members of the team.”
Oh, Linda, Linda, Linda.
Linda’s “complaint” to the Town of Davie Police Department contains pretty much the same non-criminal absurdity as the one she foolishly expects the Broward SAO to act on.
Once again, you might want to protect yourself from any projectile spitting of coffee as you peruse this little gem.
I’m sure the Davie Police Department will get right on this Crime of the Century!
After that burst of Linda Lunacy, I was done playing in her sandbox and dashed off this email.
And of course, Linda being Linda, she just HAD TO HAVE the last word.

The irony here is that Linda Joseph is such an attention hog … until she gets it.

This woman is delusional. She honestly thought that as a long-time resident of unincorporated Miami Dade Biscayne Gardens that she could fake a residency in the City of North Miami Beach to run for office here and no one would notice? Part of her problem is that she continues to change residences. One condition of her running for office in NMB, is that she must establish residency IN North Miami Beach at least ONE YEAR prior to filing to run for office. This is a problem for her to substantiate. Ironically, she claims to be a “Life-long” resident of NMB when she can provide no evidence that she ever was prior to running for office. Falsifying residency when running for office, is a crime and members of the public have every right to inform authorities of the potential crime being committed. She should be careful about pointing out residents exercising their Constitutional rights in reporting on her actions. Those rights are fully protected by the law.
She changed her voters registration on August 7, 2025 to a North Miami Beach property owned by her alleged sister. This date was one year and three days prior to the date to qualify for the November 3, 2026 municipal election. She actually believes this doesn’t look suspicious. Worse, she claims that anyone making a truthful comment about her shady “residency” is harassing her.
Then on February 5, 2026, five months later, Linda Joseph changed her voters registration to a rental apartment that she hilariously said at the meeting was located at 170 Northwest West Dixie Highway. The house she occupied prior to her allegedly moving to North Miami Beach in Biscayne Gardens had the word “Northwest” in its address, so she apparently was rattling off the address of that house by rote.
This Biscayne Gardens property is the house in which she had lived continuously at least since she first registered to vote on October 11, 2008 (according to her public voting record), and most likely continuously since she and her ex-husband purchased the property on May 12, 2005.
This woman is not and has never been a “life-long resident of North Miami Beach” no matter how many times she makes that false statement. Public records provide evidence disproving every single one of her lies, and this is the part she is intellectually incapable of understanding and accepting.
But, if you dare speak “truth to power” (that stupid phrase always makes me LOL), then YOU are the racist.
If Linda Joseph manages to scam enough votes to get elected, all the normal residents of North Miami Beach need to sell and GTFO because life will only get worse after that. Just like you can’t fix stupid, NMB will be irretrievably broken.
Not to worry Steph, LJ has NO CHANCE of being elected Commissioner in NMB. She currently is under investigation for her residency issue and also for calling herself Commissioner on a document that she submitted to the City Clerk’s Office demanding public records. Additionally, the more she speaks at City Commission meetings, more residents get to see her in action. Potential voters get turned off by her loud, bombastic, demeanor. Add in her “bobble head” head movements throughout Commssion meetings, talking to herself, and creating a disturbance, and the only thing she is missing is a straight jacket.
I don’t know anything about any investigation, but all I can say about that is Praise the Lord! Somebody needs to out that woman for the fraud she appears to be.
She’s also off her rocker, and I think it’s pretty clear from all the crazy emails and “complaints” she’s sending to agencies. She has no clue that she’s crazy, either. Then again, people who need help are usually the last to see it.
So much for her Life-long NMB residency that she claims. She changed her voter registration card in 2025 to establish her residency in NMB just last year. Note to Linda: “Lifelong Resident” usually means you’ve lived a lifetime (LONG TIME) in the county or city which you are claiming to be a resident. Keeping speaking at Commission meetings. In case someone misses some of your stupid comments at a previous meeting, they get to see you do a double-take and make some more. Your speeches are doing wonders for your campaign. I read LJ’s bio and she lists as an attribute, that she is a “community organizer.” Is that a job description? What does she do to earn a living?
Your guess is as good as mine. That is not a job in the real world. You’d have to ask her.
As a neighbor of Linda in Biscayne Gardens, I know she played a big part in attempting to get the unincorporated area of Biscayne Gardens incorporated into a City. She campaigned hard to get residents to vote in favor of incorporation. She used the usual lies that her group were telling residents, like “Your taxes will GO DOWN”. Unfortunately for her, the residents there voted it down and it left Linda without a government job. Since she failed to get employment with that scheme, she carpet-bagged her way over to NMB where she sold herself to a developer or two so she could fund her unemployed self to run for a Commission seat. What a fraud she is. That’s not cool.
Grifters like Linda will always try to finagle ways to gain the system. And by “the system,” I’m referring to make-work jobs in the public sector because they have no marketable skills for jobs in the private sector. These people suck off the tax dollars of those who do actual work for a living.
Keep talking at every Commission meeting Linda. You are proof that the old saying that “Its better to have people believe you’re ignorant than to open you mouth and speak and remove all doubt.” We want to hear more of you so keep talking.
