In Part 1 of Linda Joseph DEMANDS!, we told you that this North Miami Beach candidate has threatened to sue us unless we provide a “full and fair correction, apology, retraction, removal of protected address information, and preservation of evidence,” of the allegedly “false and defamatory” statements this blogger allegedly made.

We also told you that she listed ten (10) blogs published on VotersOpinion.com in which she claims that we made “statements that are false and defamatory,” alleges a “basis of falsity,” and then makes demands for “correction.”

In our previous installment of this series, we already addressed the first three (3) blogs on her list by retracting certain statements that apparently bothered her, but also providing hyperlinks to the full, unadulterated public records as evidence to back up the statements we believe require no retraction or correction.

In Part 2, we continue on our mission to address Linda Joseph’s allegations against us, while once again providing the actual public records necessary to disprove (or concur with) accusations.

We will begin with her complaint about our column, The sad tale of Deadbeat Linda Joseph Noel and her hapless ex-husband.

4. Linda “identified as false and defamatory” statements in this blog “That I was a ‘Deadbeat,’ owned no properties, fraudulently ran for office, escaped responsibility, and caused the described financial and marital harm.”

Her “Basis for falsity” is that, “The publication combines selected docket entries, third-party obligations, assumptions, and insults to imply current unpaid wrongdoing and personal culpability. Any actionable assertion must be compared with the complete certified docket, party obligations, satisfactions, releases, ownership records, and final dispositions-not selected motions or allegations.”

Linda then DEMANDED that we “Correct any inaccurate ownership, payment, judgment, or responsibility statement; distinguish allegations and motions from adjudicated facts; and remove false implications of current unpaid criminal or fraudulent conduct.”

Our response:

We wrote this particular blog after Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, began a campaign of nastiness and harassment on the Facebook page of the civic group, WakeUp NMB.  One particular comment that caught our attention was one that was directed toward former North Miami Beach Commissioner Barbara Kramer, who is also the President of WakeUp NMB, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation.  We have mentioned a few times that Linda Joseph is extremely antagonistic toward Mrs. Kramer, and has made numerous false allegations against her over the last few months.  It is quite obvious to any observer that Linda’s Facebook tirade was directly aimed at Mrs. Kramer.

In any event, we were curious about the following comment that Linda posted:

So we decided to investigate whether or not she owns “several properties” and if she runs “a small consulting business.”

As they say, if you turn over enough rocks something is bound to slither out from one of them.

And, so we went down that rabbit hole and we discovered that (a) Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, did not appear to be exactly truthful in her Facebook boast, and (b) that there were other lawsuits she had been involved in, including what appears to have been a really nasty divorce.

Whether Linda likes it or not, all property records are easily searchable, accessible, and printable directly from the website of Tomas Regalado, Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County.

Also, whether she likes it or not, information on all Florida corporations, including articles of incorporation or organization, officers, directors, members, and annual reports, can be found on the website of the Florida Department of State’s Division of Corporations, more familiarly known as Sunbiz.

And also, whether she likes it or not, all court dockets and all case documents are easily searchable, accessible, and printable directly from the website of Juan Fernandez-Barquin, Esq., Clerk of the Court and Comptroller of Miami-Dade County.

Gotta love the internet!

When Linda Joseph stated publicly on Facebook that she owns “several properties,” we searched the Property Appraiser’s website for any and all real estate that was owned by Linda Joseph and/or Linda Noel and/or Linda Joseph Noel.  While we did locate multiple warranty deeds over the years that she had previously owned, which we so stated in our blog, at the time she made that statement on or about May 21, 2026, there were zero parcels of real property owned by any of those named entities.  We posted screenshots of our searches to prove that Linda Joseph, in fact, did not own “several properties” on the day she made that claim.

Accordingly, we stand by our statement and believe that no retraction or correction is necessary regarding same.

With respect to Linda Joseph’s claim that she runs “a small consulting business,” we made several searches on Sunbiz by “Officer/Registered Agent,” and we found three inactive Limited Liability Companies listed with Linda Joseph as a member, and one inactive Limited Liability Company with Linda Joseph-Noel as a member, as follows:

• C & N Wings, LLC, dissolved September 27, 2013
• Essential Community Health, LLC, dissolved September 24, 2021
• We Are Essential, LLC, dissolved September 26, 2025
• Noel Enterprises, LLC, dissolved June 26, 2012

We could locate zero active companies in the name of Linda Joseph, Linda Noel, or Linda Joseph Noel.

However, we did locate a Fictitious Name filing by Linda Joseph on August 13, 2025 (one week after she changed her voter registration to a North Miami Beach address) for the name NMB Democratic Club.  She also opened an Instagram page with a similar name, which has 17 followers.

While she owns the name, NMB Democratic Club, there is no company or corporation connected to that fictitious name.  However, if this is the “small consulting business” Linda is claiming that she runs, then who are we to argue semantics?

And more to the point, who cares?

As for Linda’s DEMAND that we “[c]orrect any inaccurate ownership, payment, judgment, or responsibility statement; distinguish allegations and motions from adjudicated facts; and remove false implications of current unpaid criminal or fraudulent conduct,” we have no idea what the hell she is talking about.

Every single document that we referred to on this blog contained a hyperlink to the actual public record of that document.  Our commentary was based on our observations of the actual content of said documents.  Any statements of “ownership, payment, judgment, or responsibility” regarding those documents were based solely on the information contained within those documents.  We certainly didn’t invent any facts.

We also NEVER MADE ANY STATEMENT regarding any “false implications of current unpaid criminal or fraudulent contact.”

She literally made that up.

We realize that Linda is upset at having her dirty laundry aired, but it was her choice to run for office and make herself a public figure.  As we mentioned in Part 1, scrutiny and criticism come with the territory.

Moving right along …

5. Linda “identified as false and defamatory” statements in the blog, “Linda Joseph is not just a fraud, a liar, a deadbeat, and dumb AF, she’s also a literal CRIMINAL!” by claiming, “That I am a ‘literal CRIMINAL’ and committed ‘outright theft’ and plagiarism of municipal intellectual property.”

Her “Basis of falsity” is her allegation, “The accusation presents criminality as fact. I am not aware of any criminal . charge, conviction, ownership determination, copyright ruling, or municipal finding that my use of the referenced graphic constituted theft. Similarity or reuse does not by itself establish criminal theft, ownership, lack of permission, or unlawful copying.”

Linda DEMANDED, “Retract the criminal and theft accusations and state that no identified charge, conviction, ownership ruling, or adjudication established a crime.”

Sorry, but we needed a moment to stop laughing.

Our response:

As we wrote in our column, less than four hours after North Miami Mayor Alix Desulme posted a flyer that was designed by his city’s graphics designer, Linda appeared to have plagiarized his artwork right down to the logos for both teams, Haiti and New Zealand.  She even used the exact same font that the City of North Miami used for the word “Congratulations.”

And yet, Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, actually believes that this was not an infringement of the City of North Miami’s intellectual property rights.

We reached out to the North Miami Mayor to ask for his thoughts on this glaring plagiarism, and he told us, “I thought perhaps the City’s graphic designer may have designed it for Linda Joseph as well, but I asked him about it, and he said he doesn’t even know her.”

In response to Linda’s “DEMAND,” we unequivocally state:

• No, she was not charged with a crime.
• No, she was not convicted for a crime.
• No, there was no adjudication establishing a crime.

However, we will also unequivocally add our editorial opinion that:

• Linda Joseph did, shall we say, “borrow” North Miami’s graphic without asking permission to use it.
• We identify this appropriation as a clear cut case of plagiarism, which may not be a crime, but it sure says everything about her lack of professional ethics.

That’s our story and we’re sticking to it.

6. Next up, Linda “identified as false and defamatory” statements in the blog, Like her political idols, North Miami Beach Carpetbagger Linda Joseph is a Jew-hating communist!, stating, “That I am ‘Jew-hating,’ aligned with pro-Hamas actors, and a ‘clear and present danger’ to North Miami Beach.”

Her “Basis for falsity” is, “I unequivocally denounce antisemitism, racism, hatred, and support for Hamas. A photograph, friendship, shared event, or agreement with another person on Haitian-community advocacy does not establish adoption of all that person’s alleged beliefs. My direct written denunciation was supplied to and later published by VotersOpinion.com.”

Despite the fact that she clearly admitted that her “direct written denunciation was supplied to and later published by VotersOpinion.com,” Linda still DEMANDED that we, “Publish prominently that I unequivocally denounce antisemitism and Hamas; retract the assertions that I hate Jewish people, support Hamas, or pose a danger because of those alleged beliefs.”

Sure thing, Linda.  I’ll retract my comment that you’re a Jew-hater when you retract your false accusations that I’m a “dirty racist,” specifically that time you posted this publicly on my Facebook page on May 8, 2026:

 

We’ll wait.

You shared this long before you publicly announced that the known and avowed Jew-hater, Democratic Socialist Darializa Avila Chevalier is your “dear friend.”

Did you actually believe you wouldn’t get pushback for that?

Well, this whole “retraction and correction” thing works both ways.

As I’ve said before, I don’t really care what Linda Joseph says or what she thinks of me.  But if she thinks she can go around calling people “racist” and not expect to get a reaction, then she’s the most self-unaware person on the planet.

Nevertheless, in a Groundhog Day moment …

7. Linda also “identified as false and defamatory” statements in the blog, Carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph is a huge fan of a Jew-hating, pro-Hamas communist. Just another Tuesday in North Miami Beach.  She wrote, “That my association or photograph established approval of ‘Jew-hating’ or ‘pro-Hamas’ views.”

Once again, her “Basis of falsity” is, “I deny those beliefs and expressly repudiated antisemitism and Hamas. The publication continued to impose beliefs on me based on association rather than a statement or act by me adopting them.”

And once again, Linda DEMANDED, “Retract the false fact-implying association and publish my repudiation with equal prominence.”

Our response:

We’ll give this one to Linda since this particular blog was really about her “dear friend,” the Jew-hating Communist Darializa Avila Chavalier, and not Linda herself.  The fact that we threw Linda into the mix was more of a gratuitous inclusion rather than the subject of the blog.

Especially since Linda’s AI photo gallery would probably have warranted a whole blog all by its lonesome.

And now for another déjà vu moment …

8. Linda then “identified as false and defamatory” statements in the blog, Oops! She did it again! NMB Faux “Candidate” Linda Joseph literally steals the city’s intellectual property!, by stating, “That I ‘committed the exact same crime’ and ‘committed grand theft again.'”

And once again, Linda’s “Basis of falsity” is, “These are explicit accusations of repeated criminal conduct. No criminal charge, conviction, copyright judgment, ownership ruling, or City finding was identified. The legal ownership, authorization, public dissemination, and reuse status of the materials must be established before accusing someone of grand theft.”

And once again, Linda DEMANDED, “Retract every accusation that I committed a crime, theft, or grand theft and state that no identified adjudication or charge established those assertions.”

Our response:

As we mentioned in that column, “The City of North Miami Beach, the Commission on the Status of Women, and the North Miami Beach Police Department are hosting the annual National Night Out,” and we published a copy of the city’s flyer for that event.

We then wrote that Linda once again, ahem, “borrowed” the city’s intellectual property by creating a version of the city’s flyer and posting it on her own Facebook page!

We again challenge anyone to examine both flyers side by side and not see what she did here.

In response to Linda’s “DEMAND,” we unequivocally state … for the second time:

• No, she was not charged with a crime.
• No, she was not convicted for a crime.
• No, there was no adjudication establishing a crime.

However, we will also unequivocally add our editorial opinion that:

• Linda Joseph did, shall we say, “borrow” North Miami Beach’s graphic without asking permission to use it.
• We identify this appropriation as a clear cut case of plagiarism, which may not be a crime, but it sure says everything about her lack of professional ethics.

That’s our story and we’re sticking to it.

Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
