In the last twenty four hours, Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, has been wearing out her keyboard madly Facebook stalking the North Miami Beach citizens’ organization, WakeUp NMB. She’s been posting literally dozens of ChatGPT-created comments and responding to anyone who dares question her with a barrage of more nonsensical comments.
As exhausting as it is to watch her lose it, it’s gotta be wreaking havoc on the few functioning brain cells she has in her empty little head.
While those handful of brain cells might still be working, Linda is apparently not, or she wouldn’t have the time to try to convince a group of people that she’s an actual resident of North Miami Beach, or even that she’s a normal human being worthy of their vote.
In addition to not having a command of the English language without the use of artificial intelligence, Linda Joseph simply can’t read the room.
The folks who are members of WakeUp NMB and are following its Facebook page find Linda Joseph at best annoying. And at worse, a dangerous Marxist who is fueled by an intense class envy of anyone she believes is wealthy.
When one of the Facebook members asked her why she keeps attacking people that she thinks are rich, Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, responded with this little gem:
After we hurt ourselves laughing, we decided to take a look at just how well off this carpetbagger really is.
Since Linda Joseph claims that she owns “several properties,” we did a search on the website of the Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County to see exactly what properties she owns.
As expected, we were not surprised that she currently owns no properties whatsoever in the County.
When we search for properties in the name of Linda Joseph, we found this:

As expected, none of the individuals named “Linda Joseph,” or any variation thereof, is the same carpetbagging Linda Joseph who is fraudulently running for office in North Miami Beach.
When we searched the name “Linda Joseph Noel,” we received a message stating, “No properties found. Please review and try your search again.”

So we tried again, this time searching the name “Linda Noel.”
Unfortunately, we received the same message, “No properties found. Please review and try your search again.”

Needless to say, disproving her first lie that she owns “several properties,” was way too easy.
This is not to say that she never owned any properties in Miami-Dade County, and as we found out, at one time she owned three properties.
In 1997 she and her father, Macillon Joseph purchased a property located at 16200 NW 2 Avenue, Unit 102, Miami, Florida 33169. At some point, the property was transferred to Macillon, Linda, and Linda’s future ex-husband Mercy D. Noel.
Although for some odd reason no Deed or Quit Claim Deed appears among the Property Appraiser’s records, on July 31, 2003, a Corrective Quit Claim Deed was executed transferring the property from “Joseph Macillon, Linda Joseph, a single woman, and Mercy D. Noel, a single man,” to “Linda Joseph, a single woman and Mercy D. Noel, a single man, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship.”
On May 4, 2004, Linda and Mercy were joined together in unholy matrimony.
On December 5, 2005, Mercy and Linda, now husband and wife, sold the property via Warranty Deed, and that was that.
Meanwhile, before they were married, Mercy D. Noel and Linda Joseph had become owners of another property located at 12350 NW 15 Avenue, which they acquired by a Quit Claim Deed executed on February 24, 2002.
A few short months later on July 15, 2002 Mercy executed a Quit Claim Deed conveying the property to Linda Joseph, which she owned until it was literally taken from her by the Sheriff to settle a lawsuit.
But, more on that in a future blog.
Meanwhile, on May 12, 2004 — almost a year to the day they were married, Mercy D. and Linda Joseph Noel became the proud owners of a home in Biscayne Gardens located at 275 NW 157 Street.
There is a long story about this particular property, which we will fill you in on later, but in the meantime let’s spill some tea.
On December 27, 2006, Linda Joseph Noel filed the Articles of Organization for Noel Enterprises, LLC. Linda and her husband Mercy were both Managing Members of the company. According to the Annual Reports filed, Mercy D. Noel remained a Member of the company even after he filed for divorce on September 28, 2009, until he was removed as evidenced by the 2012 Annual Report, which was filed on April 30, 2012.
However, two months later on June 26, 2012, Linda filed Articles of Dissolution, voluntarily dissolving the company.
Here’s where it gets interesting.
According to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation , Noel Enterprises, LLC was licensed to operate a Permanent Food Service called Wing Zone from June 26, 2008 through its expiration date of October 1, 2012.
Although Mercy D. Noel was no longer associated with Noel Enterprises, LLC, and he was granted his final divorce from Linda on March 2, 2011, his life was about to get even worse.
As we already reported, he was married to Linda for only five years, but it took him another five years for his divorce from hell to finally be over.
If only he had been warned before he walked down that aisle.
On March 20, 2013, ERT 163rd Street Mall, LLC filed a lawsuit against Noel Enterprises, LLC, and Linda Noel and Mercy Noel, for non-payment of rent and eviction.
On April 2, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a Motion for Entry of Default by Clerk because, although Linda was served as Registered Agent for her company, she “failed to file an answer,” which was due on April 1, 2013.
On April 8, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a Motion for Final Judgment, claiming that as of February 1, 2013 the Defendants owed $90,574.20 in unpaid rent and that they failed to pay the Past Due Rent into the Court Registry as required by law.
When the Noels continued to ignore the lawsuit, on April 29, 2013 the Plaintiff filed a Motion for Final Summary Judgment, claiming that the Defendants, including Linda Noel as “Guarantor,” now owed “$101,590.35, plus interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs against Guarantor in the amount of $56,936.46, plus interest, attorneys fees, and costs.”
The Motion went on to explain that the Defendants entered into a lease to operate their business, Wing Zone, on August 31, 2007, but they stopped paying their rent on May 1, 2011. The Motion also asked the Court for all the back and future rent owed on the lease as well as possession of the premises.
On July 23, 2013 the Court finally issued its Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Final Summary Judgment, and on August 6, 2013 the Court issued its Writ of Possession on behalf of the Plaintiffs.
On August 21, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a Motion for Attorneys Fees and Entry of Final Judgment, which was granted on September 19, 2013 when the Court issued its Final Judgment.
But that was just the beginning of Mercy Noel’s nightmare, whose wages were garnished for his share of the debt in the amount of $73,465.53, plus 4.25% interest per year.
As fate would have it, at the time of the garnishment Mercy Noel worked for the City of North Miami. In it’s Answer to Continuing Writ of Garnishment Against Salary or Wages as to Mercy Noel filed on July 16, 2014, the City acknowledged that Mercy Noel is its employee, and that he works on an hourly basis and gets paid weekly.
The City also stated that although Mercy Noel’s gross earnings were $1,393.22, his net pay was only $691.51 after all state and federal withholding deductions.
Worse, the City of North Miami agreed to begin garnishing his wages on July 12, 2014 for “the amount of $172.88 every pay period,” which left him a grand total of $518.63 a week to live on.
We are speechless.
On July 30, 2014, the poor guy filed a Claim of Exemption and Request for Hearing, and checked the box stating that he provides more than half of support for a child and that he has net earnings of less than $750.00 a week.
As expected on August 14, 2014, the Plaintiff in the lawsuit filed a Response in Opposition to Mercy’s Claim of Exemption, and then filed an Amended Response in Opposition of Claim of Exemption on September 3, 2014.
Obviously, the landlord was out for blood — not without good reason.
Then a few months later on December 1, 2014, the Court issued an Order Dissolving Continuing Writ of Garnishment Against Salary or Wages as to Mercy Noel; and on December 18, 2014 an Order to Release Garnishment Funds.
At that point, we would assume the case would be over …
But, wait!
There’s MORE!
Seven, count ’em seven, years later on December 23, 2022 the Plaintiff filed yet another Motion for Issuance of Writ of Garnishment, this time to the We Florida Financial Credit Union, for the “tangible and intangible personal property” of Mercy Noel.
And the circus began all over again.
On January 20, 2023, We Florida Financial filed its Answer to Writ of Garnishment and Demand for Payment, advising the Court that Mercy Noel “has $12,598.67 on deposit” and that it has “placed a hold on $12,498.67 to satisfy the Writ of Garnishment.
The case went on and on and on until June 17, 2023 when the Court issued an Agreed Final Order Directing Disbursement of Garnished Funds.
In the end, the Plaintiff agreed to settle the case in exchange for Mercy Noel’s “Garnished Funds” in the amount of $17,379.43, and on July 7, 2023 the Plaintiff filed Notice of Dissolution of Writ of Garnishment.
This poor dude has not had it easy, to say the least.
The only light at the end of Mercy’s very long, very dark tunnel is that six months later on December 4, 2023, his divorce case finally ended with the Termination of Child Support, according to the Divorce Court Docket.
Nearly twenty years after he married the Woman From Hell, he was finally free at last!
By now you may be wondering how Linda Joseph escaped intact from the disaster she created, and never had to pay a dime to settle this lawsuit.
A little hint appeared in a document Mercy Noel filed with the Court on January 30, 2023 entitled Defendant’s Motion to Set Aside Default Judgment and Set Up a New Trial Date.
Although his motion was never heard by the Court, it explained that Noel Enterprises, LLC was assigned to his ex-wife by Court Order, that the company had already been dissolved, and that “On July 12, 2021, Defendant Linda Noel received a discharge for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy where this debt is involved. Case number 17-21912-LMI.”
Yes, you read that correctly!
The carpetbagging “candidate” asking for your vote of confidence in her “leadership” filed for Bankruptcy on October 13, 2021 while she was being sued for non-payment of a Business Lease that she personally guaranteed.
But those gory bankruptcy details will have to wait for another day because we still have lots more tea to spill.
In the meantime, if you happen to come across Linda Joseph, you might want to ask her where those “several properties” are that she claims to own (hint: she doesn’t own any), and the “small consulting business” she claims to run (hint: there are none).
But just imagine our surprise when we discovered who her business partner was in a now defunct corporation that we did dig up.
Stay tuned.

She may be the first cow to:
– Make Paule look somewhat tolerable
– Make Kaplan seem slightly sane
– Make dog shit somehow look attractive in comparison
I did not think any of that was possible but here we are. Between Linda and hantavirus, the choice is clear – one has a 40% survival rate which still seems better than spending 5 minutes with Linda.
I’m laughing too much. I feel other people see what I see.
This is not good. The more I read the more I can’t believe this lady. She really is not right and thinks she is great. We know better.
Everything you wrote about the Loon is 100% TRUE. There has never been a crazier, more deranged, nut job who has ever run for office in NMB. She tried desperately to be relevant in Biscayne Gardens, but just like she’s doing here in NMB, she alienated everyone she came across with her big, bellowing mouth that rambles continuously and never shuts up. Fortunately, she has no chance of being elected in NMB, Biscayne Gardens, or anywhere else.
I’m always impressed and astonished by how much you can dig up on somebody. It’s so important and I really appreciate you. Keith cracks me up! I’m still expecting Paulie Villard to resurface once again too. So is Linda Joseph affiliated with our mayor at all?
Thank you for the compliment. I’m sure Keith thanks you, too.
Linda and Michael (as well as other shady characters in the infamous Circle of Corruption) are thick as thieves.
But I’m guessing you already knew that LOL!
More to come…
I worked with Mercy in North Miami. He’s an ok guy. I asked him how it was it being married to LJ for 5 years, He told me that it was the longest 5 years of his life and feels like he’s been reborn to be away from her.
I never met him, but I have spoken with a couple of people who also worked with him. One of them even told me that after he read the blog, he had no idea that Mercy was going through such trauma and he now understands why the guy was so stressed. I feel for him. It seems like she almost destroyed his life.
