Biscayne Gardens carpetbagger Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, is Facebook stalking North Miami Beach’s non-profit citizens’ organization, WakeUp NMB, in an hilariously pitiful attempt to make her case to the city’s residents.
As we already reported, when she’s not using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to blather on about nonsense, her true colors come out, and she completely loses it when she’s called on the carpet about her lies.
Yesterday, WakeUp NMB posted on Facebook this important message:
Without being prompted, Carpetbagger Linda Joseph, utilizing her AI assistant, immediately began viciously attacking former Commissioner Barbara Kramer, who is the President of WakeUp NMB.
This “community organizer” (i.e., Marxist) falsely accused Barbara of having “power and privilege” and trying to “push [her] out of the Pension Board.”
In addition to her usual bloviating, this dim bulb forgot to instruct ChatGPT (or whatever Artificial Intelligence app she’s using) to add a space after a period.
But, we digress.
Actual North Miami Beach resident Irene Pilinger attempted to engage with the Carpetbagger by again asking who is funding this scam.
And once again, Linda Joseph not only completely sidestepped the question, but flat out refused to answer.
What this screwball doesn’t realize is that Florida political committees are required to divulge where they are getting their funding.
Former North Miami resident and activist Jim Garrett explained the facts to this bimbo.
This truth bomb caused Linda the dingbat to go even more on the defensive by accusing “you guys” of using her own Marxist tactics of “fear, intimidation, and threats.”
Followed by more blah, blah, blah …
Every single one of Carpetbagger Linda’s ChatGPT-assisted comments could be shuffled and interchanged for one another because they literally say the same exact nonsense — one after the other.
What’s really adorable is how Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, spews venom when she’s using her real “intelligence“ instead of AI.

Meanwhile, the shady political committee, Stronger NMB, has still not filed its Campaign Treasurer’s Report for the first quarter, which was due no later than midnight on April 10, 2026.
The really shady characters running this PAC are now 41 days late in filing their report, and have racked up $19,150.00 in fines so far.
And counting.
Just imagine how much money they have collected and are hiding from the voters of North Miami Beach if they think nothing of shelling out $20k in fines just to avoid transparency!
No wonder Carpetbagger Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, won’t answer the simple question, “Who is paying for this scam?”

The lady is nuts. I see what she writes. We see who she is and know it’s best to stay apart from her.
Carpetbagger Linda is truly insane. It’s important not to engage her in a pointless discussion or she’ll AI you to death. I’ve seen some crazies run for office in NMB over the decades, but this one takes the blue ribbon in crazy. She’s nuttier than a squirrel’s BM.
There are growing concerns about Linda Joseph’s recent public communications and the tone of her engagement with residents. While reviewing posts and comments on the Wake Up NMB Facebook page, where she is actively posting her statements without coming up for air, several of her remarks raise questions about both messaging and judgment in how she engages with the public.
In one exchange she is quoted as saying, “I can eat you for lunch intellectually any day of the week.” Comments like this do not contribute to productive civic dialogue and instead escalate tension in an already divided discussion.
She has also evaded questions about the funding behind mailers, petitions, and canvassing efforts, by suggesting that criticism of those efforts reflects a misunderstanding of working-class residents. However, many residents are raising legitimate concerns about the financial reality behind these activities.
It is difficult to believe that working-class people would willingly put their hard-earned money into efforts that have resulted in more than $19,000 in fines. That raises reasonable questions about whether supporters are fully aware of the financial consequences and structure behind the campaign.
These concerns have also led some residents to question whether outside interests may be involved, including possible development-related influence. At a minimum, it underscores the need for full transparency regarding funding sources and organizational backing.
Ultimately, voters deserve candidates who communicate clearly, engage respectfully, and operate with full transparency, especially when public trust and financial accountability are at stake.
The fact that this fraudulent “candidate” is clearly refusing to respond to questions about the financing of a petition she is foisting on residents shows that she either (a) has no idea where the money is coming from and doesn’t want to look even stupider by making something up, or (b) she knows exactly where it’s coming from and was ordered not to divulge the source of the financing.
Considering that she is perfectly incapable of eating anyone “for lunch intellectually,” we’re betting on option (a).
On the flip side, however, considering that her partner in crime, Michael Joseph, was laundering foreign funds for Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, it’s quite possible that some of those leftover Haitian dollars are also funding this campaign, which benefits no one but Michael and his co-conspirators on the dais.
As an aside, we’ve uncovered a connection between Linda and Sheila that we will divulge in due course.
One more possibility, as you noted, the funding of this shady PAC could very well have a “development-related influence.” After all, Michael Joseph’s campaigns were also partially funded by those same shady characters through more shady political committees.
We aim to find out one way or the other.
And, for those who are interested, this comment (as well as all our blogs) was written 100% AI-free!
This crazy loon did the same thing in Biscayne Gardens, where she lives. Five years ago, she was lying to residents about the advantages of becoming a City. Of course, she never speaks about the downside, like higher taxes, less policing, and an inadequate proposed budget to support a City, and of course, the CORRUPTION that will follow with people like her running the new proposed City. She, along with her equally shady cohorts, like Michael the Blackman, and BJ, a guy who called himself a Dr. who envisioned being the Mayor of the new City when it successfully got the vote of the people. It did not, it failed, 84.6% against incorporation. Her dream of being the Assistant City Manager went down the drain with the failed voter referendum as well. Now she’s taken her illusions of grandeur to North Miami Beach, where she thinks she can pull one over the voters there. She’s doing everything she can to hide the fact that she still lives on 157th Street in Biscayne Gardens. Since I only live a few streets away from her, I frequently see her car parked in her driveway during the day and overnight. Lately, she even switched cars to try and give the illusion that she doesn’t live there, but she failed at that, too. She’s a real loser.
You have no idea what a loser she is! Let’s just say that Biscayne Gardens referendum isn’t the only thing she failed at.
