North Miami Beach Commission Carpetbagger “Candidate” Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Noel, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, is hardly the sharpest knife in the drawer.
When not relying on ChatGPT to make her appear intelligent, attempting to shut down opposing voices, or lying about where she was born, she’s now impersonating an elected official!
In one of three letters sent to the Office of the City Clerk dated March 10, 2026, which was obtained by public records request, Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, made her own public records request for “any and all communications referencing or concerning my name, whether directly or indirectly, including communications about, regarding, discussing, mentioning, or referring to Linda Joseph Noel, Linda Joseph, or Linda Noel.”
Believing that the City Clerk is as dumb as she herself truly is, Linda Joseph had her ChatGPT program define what “communications” means, by expounding:
Aside from Linda’s inherent stupidity, is the sheer chutzpah she exhibited by creating a stationery with the letterhead claiming that she is a already a North Miami Beach Commissioner!
Aside from the fact that she’s too ignorant to figure out how to properly layout the design so that the “4” in “Group 4” is aligned, she actually added a stationery footer claiming that the address of “Office of Commissioner Linda Joseph Noel” is located at North Miami Beach City Hall.
There is truly something wrong with this woman.
Not only is she pretending to be a North Miami Beach resident, but now she is masquerading as an elected City Commissioner!
Over the years North Miami Beach has had some pretty deranged candidates running for office, and even a few who somehow got elected, but this delusional dingbat really takes the cake.

This woman is desperate for a government check. She apparently is such a loon that she is unemployable and needs the money to support herself. She parks her car at her new pretend apartment, even though she still lives on 157th Street in Biscayne Gardens. It’s a real pain for her borrowing another car to get around while hers sits in the apartment garage, never moving from the space it’s parked in. Nice try LJ.

I live on the same street as this nut job in Biscayne Gardens and I can tell you that I see her at her 157th Street house often. She’s driving a different car than she usually does. What a nut job.
