As we recently reported, North Miami Beach Commission Candidate Carpetbagger Linda Joseph (sometimes known as Linda Joseph Noel) has been impersonating an elected official, which is a third degree felony according to Florida Statute 843.0855.
Even though she is currently in hot water for her duplicity (more to come on that), she continues lying about pretty much everything and anything.
In a recent Facebook post/political ad, she claims she was a “Director with the Fight for $15 movement.”
Except she wasn’t.
The name “Linda Joseph,” or any of the variations that she uses, doesn’t appear even once in Wikipedia’s Fight for $15 movement page, which also shows that the movement started in 2012.
Her Facebook post on May 2, 2026 shows her celebrating Haitian Heritage Month with so much pride for her “roots.”
The Miami Times even mentioned her in an August 13, 2021 article as “the Haitian-born political director for SEIU 1991.”
Except she’s is not Haitian-born.
As we already revealed, Linda Joseph was born in the Bahamas, as evidenced by her Marriage License to Mercy Dieu Noel, which was issued on May 21, 2004.
Ironically, although Mercy Dieu Noel filed for divorce on September 29, 2009, and was granted a Final Judgment on March 2, 2011 after enduring what appears to be an 18-month long journey through hell, according to the Court Docket, she apparently wasn’t done making his life a living hell.
All for the crime of staying married to this wacko for five very long years.
The divorce and post divorce filings lasted almost seven years, longer than the marriage itself.
We feel his pain.
But that pain is nothing compared to the agony that North Miami Beach residents will experience if this fraud steals an election for which this fraud isn’t even qualified.
Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, is so ignorant, she doesn’t even realize that candidates (even fake ones) running for public office open themselves up to scrutiny and criticism.
This thin-skinned carpetbagger actually posted one of her silly ChatGPT-produced comments on my Facebook page only this morning.
Then, proving exactly how ignorant she is, she then “liked” her own comment.
Yeah, we told you she’s hardly the sharpest knife in the drawer.

That’s shameful. To see she wrote a comment on your Facebook page and called you a loser and other things show she is not qualified to be a representative in “our” city. She’s not mature or educated as she says she is. She’s using AI to write for her. We know where she doesn’t live and that’s here.

This is hilarious. You really seem to have struck a nerve with her, and she clearly can’t handle it. If her campaign is supposedly about accountability, yet she rose through the influence of her political mentor, Michael Joseph, then who exactly is she trying to fool?
We’ve all watched her at meetings, and half the time she sounds completely lost on the issues she’s discussing. And the outrage over the $50,000 spent on attorneys to investigate corruption? That sounds like money well spent to most residents who actually want accountability.
Maybe instead she should be concerned and outraged over the the $9 million no-bid trolley contract, or the $50,000 texting fiasco involving Figgers Communication that apparently isn’t even being used while the company won’t return calls.
This candidate has more flaws than answers. At this point, my popcorn machine is overheating from this nonstop comedy series because somehow it just keeps getting more entertaining.
This afternoon she went on a hours long rampage on my Facebook page, posting the nastiest comments. I had to delete all of them and eventually block her from commenting on my posts. If you though Paule Villard was bat shit crazy, you ain’t see nothing yet!
I did take a screenshot of one of her nonsensical comments before deleting, just to give NMB voters a glimpse of what this nut job is really like, and how she writes when she’s not using AI! Talk about crazy!

This is not the worst of her comments. Then again, she has zero class, and even less smarts.

This Loon has done nothing in life except …Lose….Lose…Lose. She thought she was on her way to a big, fat, city paycheck when she aligned herself with racist Michael the Black Man, who rode around Biscayne Gardens with racist signage attached to tour buses and trailers professing “White Man Don’t Want Black City.” LJN was a part of that. Her dreams came to an end when the residents of Biscayne Gardens rejected her racism and defeated the Special Election to incorporate unincorporated Biscayne Gardens into a city. The residents shot it down 15.4% in favor and 84.6% AGAINST being incorporated, due in part to the corruption in full evidence by the players pushing it. I’m sure they based their decision on characters like LJN. She’s a walking disaster and makes people vote against anything she represents.
I remember that racist campaign well. Linda Joseph was right in the thick of that fiasco, the special election for which ultimately cost county taxpayers over $200,000.
Another character in that tragicomedy cast was Bernard Wh Jennings, “an individual who holds himself out as a legal document preparer,” according to a lawsuit that Linda Joseph was involved in. (More on that to come.) Jennings is also a known “racial justice” agitator who appears to espouse the “separate but equal” segregation affirmed in the 1896 Supreme Court ruling in Plessy v. Ferguson. Although that decision was overturned in 1954 in Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, which ruled that racial segregation in public schools was unconstitutional, Jennings apparently believes that segregation is perfectly acceptable in public colleges and universities, including his own public alma mater universities, FMU and FAMU, and apparently in the incorporation of a “Black City.” His slogan may as well be Make Segregation Great Again.
Linda Joseph is of the same mind and character. Only, not as intelligent.

This is how true racists operate. They divide people into compartments based on skin color or nationality, and then pit them against each other. It’s a pure Marxist tactic. Some of them, like Linda herself, are so uneducated about Karl Marx and his ideology, that they have no idea why they are doing this except that they’ve been indoctrinated by their party leaders into actually believing that everyone who doesn’t agree with them are “racists.”
These people have diluted the word “racist” so much that it means absolutely nothing anymore. Once upon a time, the worst thing you could call someone was a “racist.” But the Marxists have abused and overused that word so much that it’s just another nonsensical term in their word salad arsenal that it literally has no sting or meaning whatsoever.
