Last month we told you about a shady petition going around North Miami Beach ostensibly asking voters to approve “districting” in the city.
We also told you the real purpose for this shady scheme was to override the voter-approved term limits when the City Charter was amended during a 2016 Special Election.
We also told you that the only people who stand to benefit from this bogus petition are the current Criminal Commissioners, Michael Joseph, McKenzie Fleurimond, and Daniela Jean, who are to be termed out in 2028.
Meanwhile, two current individuals running for a seat on the dais are firmly behind this scam, and who are also firmly entrenched in Michael Joseph’s Circle of Corruption.
One of those is Ariel E. Vasquez, an alleged pastor at 3rd Day Church.
The other is Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, a carpetbagging Biscayne Gardens resident who actually resides in one of her father’s homes located at 275 NE 157 Street, Miami, Florida 33169.
But the bigger problem for the time being, is the dark money behind the political committee funding Michael Joseph’s bogus petition.
A Florida political committee by the name of Stronger NMB, was formed on March 10, 2026 by a rag tag, mixed bag, cast of characters consisting of a Tallahassee political consultant named Christian R. Cámara, along with North Miami Beach residents Ariel Vasquez and Edouard St. Hilaire, and North Miami resident Ketha D. Otis.
Meanwhile, as we already told you, an expensive, full color flyer, filled with lies and misleading information of course, was mailed to the registered voters of North Miami Beach, and an army of paid petition gatherers sporting very expensive, custom printed tee shirts have been walking the streets of NMB.
Someone with very deep pockets is paying for this hoax.
But, North Miami Beach residents, who are being conned beyond their imagination, will never know who is paying for any of it.
According to Florida law, political committees are required to file campaign treasurer’s reports to the Florida Division of Elections on a regular basis. The 2026 Calendar of Reporting Dates has already been published, and the first report for Stronger NMB was due by midnight on April 10, 2026.
The Registered Agent of this shady PAC was advised of this date in the March 12, 2026 Acknowledgement Letter sent by the Florida Department of State, specifically warning that failure to file by the deadline will result in a “fine of $50 per day for the first three days late and, thereafter, $500 per day for each day late…”
As of today, May 9, 2026, Stronger NMB has not filed its campaign treasurer’s report due April 10, 2026, or 29 days and counting. According to law, this shady PAC has already racked up fines of $13,150, with no end in sight.
So whoever is funding this shell game apparently has no qualms about spending tens of thousands of dollars just to hide the source of their funding.
Ariel Vasquez has posted several videos on Facebook with Carpetbagger “Candidate” Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, pushing the shady petition, in the hopes getting themselves elected in November, and also in the hopes that their three co-conspirators on the dais will be re-elected in 2028 (albeit, illegally) so they can have a super majority of corruption for the next ten years.
In one of Ariel’s Facebook videos that Carpetbagger “Candidate” Linda Joseph shared, she was questioned multiple times about the funding of the shady petition, which she (or rather, her ChatGPT “assistant”) absolutely avoided answering!
Look at this ridiculous exchange.
In other words, according to Rocket Scientist Linda, a mysterious and anonymous “community-run effort” is funding this racket, and if you keep asking about it, you are “more concerned with creating suspicion and fear.”
Spoken like a true dirty politician.
Or rather, a dirty politician on AI.
And speaking of AI, or rather, the lack thereof, we have a little treat for you.
Yesterday when Linda Joseph was Facebook madly stalking this blogger yesterday, she lashed out in anger over our previous blog, and told us all exactly who she is when she’s not relying on ChatGPT.
This nut job literally exploded and went on an hours-long rant posting bat shit crazy, nonsensical comments on my Facebook page before I finally had to block her.
I deleted all of them but not before I cut and paste a few of her truly insane comments in all their grammar- and punctuation-challenged glory.

Thank you for contributing to one of the few outlets South Florida residents still have to follow what is happening in local politics. Local government affects people’s daily lives more than almost anything else, yet so much happens without real public attention or scrutiny.
PAC-driven initiatives are everywhere these days, and residents should absolutely approach them carefully. Real grassroots petition efforts rarely have the money for large mail campaigns, paid canvassers, and coordinated outreach operations. That alone is enough to make people ask questions.
What also stands out is the way Linda Joseph responds when people raise legitimate concerns. Residents are not wrong to be skeptical when things do not add up. Instead of directly answering questions, the responses come across as repetitive and evasive, almost like someone repeating talking points instead of engaging honestly with the public.
Most people signing petitions are also not reading every line of what they are signing. The canvasser usually gives them a simplified version designed to get a signature at the door. That is why transparency about who is behind these efforts matters.
I would also suggest looking more closely at Ariel Vasquez regarding the backing and organization of this petition effort, especially given his connection to the Florida political committee filings and his own political aspirations in North Miami Beach. If residents are being asked to support something that could significantly impact their city, they deserve to know exactly who is funding and driving it.
The residency concerns are understandable as well. People seeking office or political influence in a city are usually known in some capacity within the community, whether through neighborhood involvement, civic activity, or simply being present. If residents are questioning whether someone genuinely lives there, especially alongside other concerns already being raised, that skepticism is not unreasonable. Of course, claims like that should ultimately be backed by facts and documentation.
What I found most concerning, though, were the Facebook comments. They were aggressive, insulting, and completely at odds with the more polished image being presented elsewhere. Statements about “building a case,” calling people losers, racist, morons, and telling someone to “go back to your trailer park” are not minor emotional reactions. They reveal a level of hostility and lack of composure that people should pay attention to.
We are also living in a time where AI can help create polished messaging and carefully crafted public responses. That is why unfiltered moments matter. They often tell the public far more about a person than prepared statements do.
And if a local pastor is aligned with this effort and publicly associated with someone making comments like these, it is fair for residents to question that judgment and what standards are being overlooked in the process.

Thank you for enlightening the residents of North Miami Beach, many of whom may be duped into believing that (a) the city is behind this petition, (b) that the canvassers are “concerned residents,” and (c) that it is a grassroots effort. Nothing could be further from the truth.
This venture is a well-funded, well-oiled, political scheme that is clearly an astroturfed plot to take over the city by bad actors.
The fact that this shady PAC has deliberately not filed a campaign treasurer’s report is a HUGE RED FLAG! A legitimate and transparent organization would have no qualms reporting who its benefactors are and how much has been contributed. Instead, the shady political operatives who created this PAC do not want residents to know anything at all.
The FACT that one of its canvassers were instructed to pretend that Michael Joseph does not live in North Miami Beach and that the petition was to force elected officials to live in the city, shows you they were trained to say whatever it takes to scare up signatures.
As we all know, this is a blatant lie that was deliberately told for the purpose of distancing Michael from the petition, even though he is one of the perpetrators behind this scam.
Another FACT is that Carpetbagger Linda is deliberately deflecting any questions about the financial backing of this PAC. When pressed for a response, this liar kept repeating that “This is a community-run effort,” and then accused the person asking a legitimate question of “creating suspicion and fear.”
Linda Joseph is a literal moron who has no idea whatsoever how transparency and accountability works, nor does she understand that the public has every right to ask questions, especially about the funding of a political committee. How stupid does she have to be not to realize that candidates and committees are REQUIRED to file campaign treasurer’s reports so that the PUBLIC knows who is paying for a campaign so they can make informed choices about who and what to vote for.
The best part of watching this literal bimbo in action, is how her “AI personality” and her “real life personality” are polar opposites. She can use Artificial Intelligence to make it look like she’s intelligent, professional, and worthy of your vote. But, when her lies are exposed and she’s pressed against a wall, her true colors come out in full force. That’s the “Linda Joseph” that the public needs to see and hear. That’s the same “Linda Joseph” who is a phony, a fraud, and a carpetbagger.
Stay tuned because we have more of her antics to divulge, and she will not like it one bit. But when someone chooses to become a public figure, they are subject to as much scrutiny as possible because the public has a right to know the truth about the politicians who are asking for their votes.

As for Vasquez, he’s a pastor here in North Miami Beach. I looked him up and I believe he’s been to meetings before leading invocations. Considering he’s supposed to be a Christian leader in the community, I’m honestly surprised he’s inserting himself this deeply into politics to the point of running for office himself. That’s definitely a choice.
Now onto Linda Joseph. I’d love to say this is still hysterical, but honestly it’s getting more disturbing by the minute. Her back and forth comments with a resident about transparency were painful to read and left a whole lot to be desired.
And for someone like me who actually reads this stuff, watches the meetings, and pays attention to what goes on in this city, I can honestly say I never saw or heard of her until recently when she started showing up at a few meetings. And even then, she didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Like I said before, she seemed completely lost on the issues being discussed half the time.
What I saw in those comments was nasty, immature, and completely unbecoming of someone asking residents to trust them with public office. The tone, the behavior, the way she spoke to people, it was all incredibly distasteful. If this is how she acts publicly when questioned by residents, that alone should be enough for people to seriously reconsider whether she’s qualified for anything.

Your community is certainly lucky to have someone willing to dig this deeply and consistently into what is happening locally. And you are absolutely correct about the fines totaling over $13,000. That is not something most residents would associate with a simple grassroots neighborhood effort. I actually meant to mention that in my earlier comment because it speaks directly to the level of organization and financing behind this operation.
You also make an important point about how many residents may genuinely believe this petition effort is city-backed, resident-led, or simply concerned neighbors volunteering their time. Most people are not following campaign finance filings, PAC activity, or political committee structures closely enough to immediately recognize when something is being professionally coordinated behind the scenes.
The lack of transparency surrounding the financial backing is what would concern me most as a resident. Regardless of where someone stands politically, the public has a right to know who is funding and organizing efforts designed to influence the future of their city. That should not even be controversial.
I also think your observations regarding the contrast between the highly polished public messaging and the emotional, combative Facebook responses are fair. Those differences are difficult to ignore once seen side by side. In today’s political environment, carefully curated messaging can create one impression, while unfiltered moments often reveal something entirely different.
In any case, keep up the research. It is informative, entertaining, and clearly getting people to pay attention and ask questions, which local journalism and political commentary are supposed to do.
The reason I dig so deeply is because it’s in my nature to figure out what makes things tick. Especially things that don’t seem right at all.
I know that most residents don’t have the time or the wherewithal to follow campaign finance filings and the like, which is why I aim to educate them during election season. Hopefully, they are following this blog (despite what Loony Linda claims LOL!) so they can learn what makes local politics and their government tick.

I live in Biscayne Gardens, and I know this Biiich. She used to belong to the Biscayne Gardens Civic Association, where she and a few like-minded idiots like her tried to take over the organization to facilitate becoming a city. The membership rejected her and her cohorts, and she went away as a frustrated racist with a broken dream of a high-paying city position. Not getting anything going where she lives, she apparently came across Michael Joseph, who saw an opportunity to use this Loon for his own purposes. He told her to run for office in NMB. She told him she didn’t live there, but Michael Joseph insisted it didn’t matter. Like Michael, she too will be found out by the residents, and they will send her packing. Fortunately for her, she never unpacked from her home in Biscayne Gardens so she won’t have much to pack.
She and Michael found each other as members of the Miami Dade Democratic Executive Committee. That says it all.
