This coming week, the United States House of Representatives will meet to consider legislation on a number of items.  According to the Weekly Schedule posted by House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, the third and fourth items on the list of legislative business beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2026, are:

H. Res. ___ (H. Rept. 119-693) – Report to accompany the Resolution Recommending that the House of Representatives find Michael Joseph in Contempt of Congress for refusal to comply with a subpoena duly issued by the Committee on Ethics (Sponsored by Rep. Guest / Ethics Committee)

H. Res. ___ (H. Rept. 119-694) – Report to accompany the Resolution Recommending that the House of Representatives find Hector Roos in Contempt of Congress for refusal to comply with a subpoena duly issued by the Committee on Ethics (Sponsored by Rep. Guest / Ethics Committee)

As we’ve told you multiple times over the years, Hector Roos is the best friend and co-conspirator of North Miami Beach mayor Michael Joseph in evil his quest to destroy the reputations of now-former elected officials who got in his way.

In addition to being emotionally unstable, Michael Joseph is basically a really bad dude.

More recently we reported that Hector Roos, as the henchman and ringleader of Michael’s “Anonymous” Surrogate Army, also played his part in the laundering of illegal foreign funds as the “senior campaign manager” of EX-Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus.

Early last month, we also reported that on June 10, 2026, U.S. Committee on Ethics sent a Letter of Transmission, together with its 221-page CONTEMPT REPORT RELATED TO THE CONDUCT OF MICHAEL JOSEPH, to the full U.S. House of Representatives, and asked the full House of Representatives to find Michael Joseph to be in Contempt of Congress.

Another Letter of Transmission was also sent to the House recommending that Hector be held in contempt, but we didn’t bother to report it because, frankly, we don’t care what happens to him.

Sorry, not sorry.

On Friday, August 28, 2026 the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ethics issued the following Press Release:

• Joseph Response to Clerk of the House

We have no idea if the House will vote to hold him in Contempt of Congress.

As we all know, this Devil on the Dais has conned his way out of trouble on so many times over the years, we’ve come to expect that Teflon Mike will continue to escape any and all consequences for his actions.
