By now you’re getting the picture that North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph is nothing but a liar and a fraud.
In Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 of this series, we have enumerated twenty, count ’em twenty, lies and acts of chicanery perpetrated by the most deranged individual to ever run for office in the history of the city — and quite possibly the entire State of Florida.
Bar none!
In Part 2 we told you that Linda stole the intellectual property of both the City of North Miami, as well as the City of North Miami Beach by plagiarizing the official flyers of posted on their respective Facebook pages.
Our dirt digging also revealed that Linda Joseph’s plagiarizing didn’t stop there, but also included the theft of Florida State Representative Dotie Joseph’s intellectual property.
This act of theft is so egregious, we need to remind voters of the sheer deviousness of this carpetbagging “candidate,” and the insidious corruption she will bring to the North Miami Beach government if she even gets near the dais at City Hall!
This is not hyperbole.
Linda Joseph, a/k/a Michael “Contempt of Congress” Joseph 2.0, is a malignant cancer that must be surgically removed from the City of North Miami Beach as soon as possible.
Without further ado, we continue.
NUMBER 21:
As we first reported in Linda Joseph’s lies just keep on coming. And we are here to document every single one!, when she ran to be a State Committee Member of the Miami-Dade Democrats, her entire self-penned biography was a FLAT OUT LIE!
For starters, in her bogus bio the Bahamian-born Linda Joseph claimed to be “born in Haiti,” which we easily debunked by producing a Certified Copy of her Marriage License.
Her bio also claims that she “earned a BA in Political Science from HBCU Florida Memorial College [sic].” However, her current campaign website now claims that she is “a proud graduate of Barry University” and that she “earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and attended Florida Memorial University.”
While we have our doubts that Linda Joseph graduated from either Florida Memorial University (not “College” as Linda wrote LOL!) or Barry University, but we certainly find it curious indeed that she has personally made conflicting statements about her own alleged education.
Linda Joseph’s craziest claim of all, however, is that she “worked with the Refugee Law Project in Miami, and helped resettle over 100 Haitian Refugees.”
This is also a FLAT OUT LIE!
For one thing, there is no organization named the “Refugee Law Project” in Miami or anywhere else in Florida.
The only Refugee Law Project in existence is a community outreach project of the School of Law at Makerere University located in Kampala, Uganda.
But the most shocking discovery of all is when we found that Linda Joseph usurped the achievements of State Representative Dotie Joseph, and blatantly plagiarized Rep. Joseph’s own biography for the National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals penned when she was the Deputy City Attorney for North Miami Beach from 2014 to 2016.
Not only did Linda blatantly plagiarize Dotie Joseph’s own words about the Refugee Law Project, she also brazenly stole the exact same Martin Luther King, Jr. quote that Dotie used in her bio.
Representative Joseph wrote, “Driven by Martin Luther King, Jr.’s quote, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,” Ms. Joseph went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.”
Carpetbagging “candidate” Joseph wrote, “Driven by Martin Luther King, Jr.’s quote, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,” Ms. Joseph made it her life’s objective to fight for social justice.”
If that wasn’t shameless enough, Linda Joseph went on to deliberately steal Dotie’s reference to Psalm 82:3 and Isaiah 1:17 from the Bible and used it in her own website!
And finally, in her Miami-Dade Dems bio Linda Joseph stated that she “served on the Boards Haitian American Alliance and Urban League of Broward County.
BOTH CLAIMS ARE FLAT OUT LIES!
The Haitian American Alliance, Inc., a Florida Not for Profit Corporation, was formed on February 10, 2005 by Handy H. Numa, Rodia Numa, Fabien Louissaint, and Janelle Novak, all of Wesley Chapel, Florida. Its most recent Annual Report still shows that Handy H. Numa and Rodia Numa are still the principles of this organization.
Linda Joseph was NEVER a Board member of the Haitian American Alliance!
Even more brazen is her claim that she served on the Board of Urban League of Broward County Incorporated, which was formed on December 2, 1974.
While dozens of individuals have served on the Board of this esteemed organization over its more than fifty-year history, Linda Joseph was NEVER one of them.
We here at VotersOpinion are firmly convinced that North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph-Noel, is a pathological liar in every sense of the word.
And as you can see, we have provided actual evidence in the form of public records to back up our claim.
Several days later we published Will Florida State Rep. Dotie Joseph condemn Linda Joseph for her blatant plagiarism? We certainly hope so!
So far, we’ve heard nothing, which only leads us to believe that Dotie Joseph is perfectly fine with protecting Linda Joseph from the consequences of her illegal and unethical actions, including copyright infringement.
Although we sincerely hope that Dotie Joseph puts aside identity politics and speak out against corruption, but by now it appears we shouldn’t expect her to do the right thing.
NUMBER 22:
We also debunked more Linda Lies when we reported on her fake “NMB Democratic Club,” which is nothing more than her own Application for Fictitious Name Registration that she filed with the Department of State about a week after she pretended to move into her alleged “sister’s” house in North Miami Beach.
Linda Joseph also created an Instagram page for this fake entity, and even pretended to have its first meeting on November 4, 2025 — without even advertising a location.
Seems legit.
In any event, Linda Joseph’s claim that she is the “President of the North Miami Beach Democratic Club” is, as usual, a FLAT OUT LIE!
Is anyone surprised?
Also not surprising at this point, the Miami-Dade Democratic Party listed Linda’s fake organization on its “Join a Club or Caucus” page, and listing her as the contact.
Then again, the Miami-Dade Dems also endorsed Linda Joseph despite the fact that she is a pathological liar and a plagiarist.
That says a lot more about the organization than it does about the carpetbagging “candidate,” Linda Joseph.
NUMBER 23:
We were firmly convinced of Linda Joseph’s fraudulent existence when we discovered that almost all her “friends and supporters” were created by Artificial Intelligence.
In Deep Fake Linda Joseph is also a racist. Who knew? (Just kidding. We knew all along.), we provided not only proof that the photos she posts on social media are as fake as she is …
We also provided more proof in the form of her own words that she is a virulent racist against anyone who doesn’t “look like her.”
Moving right along.
NUMBER 24:
The most hilarious lie Linda Joseph has told so far is when she posted on Facebook that former State Senator/current State Representative candidate Daphne Campbell said she “would support me loudly and proudly.”
The problem for Linda is that Daphne Campbell knew absolutely nothing about it.
Even though Senator Campbell forced Linda to take down the post, and was gracious enough to send us the screenshots, which we reported in More lies from Linda Joseph. They just keep coming. And we are so here for it!
As you can imagine, Linda Joseph lost her mind when she found out that Daphne Campbell and this blogger have known each other for years.
The fallout was HILARIOUS!
As we immediately reported in Linda has some comments. And we just hurt ourselves laughing!, Linda is so mad she immediately tried to post three comments on that blog in rapid succession within minutes of each other.
Yeah, that was way too much fun!
