Adding to her growing list of easily debunked lies, North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph posted this little gem on her social media Nextdoor page:

Linda’s so-called endorsement from the Haitian American Political Action Committee, Inc., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation (HAPAC), which was administratively dissolved on September 27, 2013!

In fact, the committee of the same name, which filed its Statement of Organization with the Florida Department of State on November 6, 1997, was revoked by Final Order filed on April 24, 2013.

Unless Linda time-traveled back to the beginning of 2013, she did not receive HAPAC’s endorsement.

As for her claim that she is the “President of the North Miami Beach Democratic Club,” that’s just another Linda Lie to add to the growing list.

For one thing, there is no actual entity in existence called the “North Miami Beach Democratic Club.”  It is neither a corporation nor a political committee registered with the Florida Department of State.

The only document filed anywhere in the State of Florida is an Application for Fictitious Name Registration for the name “NMB Democratic Club,” which was filed by none other than Linda Joseph on August 13, 2025 — six days after she allegedly moved to the North Miami Beach home of her alleged “sister,” Ada Charles.

Since this entity is merely a name that Linda “owns” and is not an actual corporation, it has no officers or directors at all.

We’re also betting that she did not advertise this fictitious name “at least once in a newspaper as defined in Chapter 50, Florida Statutes, in the county where the principal place of business is located,” which is a violation of Chapter 865.09, Florida Statutes.

Is anyone surprised?

Linda Joseph did, however, create an Instagram page for this fake entity, and even pretended to have its first meeting on November 4, 2025 — without even advertising a location.

In any event, Linda Joseph’s claim that she is the “President of the North Miami Beach Democratic Club” is, as usual a flat out lie!

Also not surprising at this point, the Miami-Dade Democratic Party listed Linda’s fake organization on its “Join a Club or Caucus” page, and listing her as the contact.

Then again, the Miami-Dade Dems also endorsed Linda Joseph despite the fact that she is a pathological liar and a plagiarist.

We strongly urge North Miami Beach voters to email the Miami-Dade Democratic Party at info@miamidadedems.org and let them know that by endorsing Linda Joseph for a seat on your City Commission, they are giving their stamp of approval of a unrepentant liar and and a crook.

North Miami Beach Democrats should also insist that she should be removed as a State Committee Member because you do not want to be represented by a fraudster in Tallahassee.

If she was our Committee Member representative, we would have done that that in a New York minute!

Just saying.

In the meantime, it looks like Linda Joseph scrubbed her entire Nextdoor page after she got busted yesterday while losing her sh*t in a racist rant against North Miami Beach residents.

North Miami Beach residents deserve better!
