Yesterday North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph posted on her Facebook page photos of an event she attended for Angie Nixon in Coral Gables, while claiming that she “joined Jews.”
Despite her ardent (LOL) claim that she is not a Jew-hater, Linda Joseph has been known to pick some interesting friends.
She gushed over the election win of her “dear friend,” Darializa Avila Chevalier, a known pro-Hamas Jew-hater.
And now she’s a huge supporter of another fellow Democratic Socialists of America, Angie Nixon, who is a contender in the U.S. Senate race as the Democrat nominee.
The Sun Sentinel recently reported that Nixon is adamant that “Israel has committed genocide in the war with Hamas,” and that this stance could “hurt her with Jewish voters in South Florida.”
Angie Nixon made the news again recently when it was reported by Florida’s Voice News that she “paid thousands to Hamas-praising staffer after years of her antisemitic posts.”
According to the article, Sara Mahmood “wrote ‘Can Zionists die already?”’ and, on the same day Hamas fired as many as 400 rockets into Israel in 2018, posted ‘Glory and honor to our freedom fighters. Praying for their safety and success.’ She also shared a tribute to Hamas’s founding anniversary.”
The article also pointedly noted:
“She targeted Jews who support Israel as well: ‘Wow, white Jews are so entitled lmfaooo please die.‘ She called Zionism ‘white nationalism‘ and ‘white supremacy,’ and wrote that she had been banned for saying ‘zios should ch*ke.’ In 2018 she declared that ‘any means‘ used against ‘white supremacist Israeli colonizers is just.‘ Earlier she compared Israel to Hitler and called its actions genocide.
Nixon herself has pushed to cut U.S. aid to Israel and reevaluate the alliance, citing Gaza casualties, a line that tracks the DSA platform, which endorses a Palestinian right of return, a right to ‘resist’ occupation, and Jerusalem as a Palestinian capital.
Nixon’s campaign offered no explanation for putting someone with that record in charge of its public messaging.”
Little wonder that real Jews in Florida are “concerned” about being represented by such an obvious antisemite as Angie Nixon.
Little wonder that Linda Joseph obviously doesn’t know, and cares even less, about her new idol’s views on Judaism.
Angie Nixon was endorsed by the inaccurately named, “Jewish Voices for Peace (JVP),” which is a notoriously anti-Israel, anti-Jewish, pro-Hamas group that the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) described as “the largest and most influential Jewish anti-Zionist group in the United States. Despite the neutral tone of its name, JVP works to demonstrate Jewish opposition to the State of Israel and to steer public support away from the Jewish State.”
In its published paper, Profile: Jewish Voice for Peace, the ADL wrote, “JVP uses its Jewish identity to shield the anti-Israel movement from allegations of anti-Semitism and to provide the movement with a veneer of legitimacy.”
Real Jews, especially in South Florida — as opposed to self-hating “Jews” like DSA member in good standing, Bernie Sanders, are not fooled by these extremist, anti-Zionist organizations who call themselves “Jewish.”
In other words, Angie Nixon’s boast of her endorsement by the JVP isn’t the flex that Linda Joseph thinks it is.
In fact, Angie Nixon was photographed happily posing with Linda Sarsour, a virulent antisemite who was a Jew-hater years before Jew-hatred became “fashionable.”
In 2017, columnist James Kirchick of Tablet Magazine published On Linda Sarsour’s Politics of Hate and the Pathos of Her Jewish Enablers, in which it reported:
“Linda Sarsour is a progressive-media darling. One of Essence magazine’s “Woke 100 Women,” Sarsour was named a leader of the Women’s March that followed President Donald Trump’s inauguration, despite declaring that “nothing is creepier than Zionism”—though her wish to “take away” the “vagina” of clitoridectomy victim and human-rights activist Ayaan Hirsi Ali, praise for Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, upholding Saudi Arabia as a bastion of women’s lib, embrace of the terrorist murderer Rasmea Odeh, and claim that “Shariah law is reasonable” because “suddenly all your loans & credits cards become interest-free,” are all—at least in my humble estimation—definitely creepier.
Yet Sarsour’s ride on the media wonder-wheel continues—thanks in part to Jewish individuals and organizations who embrace the idea that haters like Sarsour can’t actually hate them.”
Likewise, Linda Joseph’s “embrace” of Congresswoman Becca Balint of Vermont is another accidental self-own.
Endorsed by pro-Communist and anti-Zionist Bernie Sanders, Becca Balint has attempted to distance herself from the Democratic Socialists of America, but her voting record in Congress suggests otherwise.
Vermont local television station, WCAX3, reported that Balint “voted ‘present’ on a resolution denouncing the rise of antisemitism in the U.S. and internationally.” It also quoted Balint as disingenuously saying, the “resolution makes a dangerous, unequivocal assertion that anti-zionism is always antisemitism.”
Except that real Jews inherently know that anti-Zionism is synonymous with Jew-hatred.
Balint even bragged on her official House of Representatives page that she “voted against the Antisemitism Awareness Act (H.R. 6090).” This bill, known as the Antisemitism Awareness Act of 2023, “provides statutory authority for the requirement that the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights take into consideration the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (IHRA’s) working definition of antisemitism when reviewing or investigating complaints of discrimination based on race, color, or national origin in programs or activities that receive federal financial assistance. According to the IHRA’s working definition, antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews.”
Unfortunately, this bill died in the Senate before the 118th Congress could vote on it at the end of the legislative session.
Self-hating Jews like Bernie Sanders and and his endorsee, Becca Balint, were probably thrilled since they always seem to vote against the best interests of real Jews.
And yet, Linda Joseph wants you to believe that her fawning over these Democratic Socialists posing as “Jews” is “proof” that she is not an antisemite.
Unfortunately for her, the real Jews of North Miami Beach are not as naively ignorant as Linda Joseph believes them to be.
