In Part 1 of this series, we told you about North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph’s proclivity toward lying about everything and anything, including where she was born, where she lives, and even who she’s related to.

In this Part 2, we will continue to expose more of her lies and fraudulent actions for the purpose of reminding NMB residents that Linda Joseph is a PATHOLOGICAL LIAR and a complete toxic waste of a humanoid.

We enumerated the first six of her acts of chicanery in Part 1, and we now continue down the list.

NUMBER 7:

On May 3, 2026, we reported that Linda brazenly impersonated an elected Commissioner with a ChatGPT-created digital letterhead.  She used this fraudulent leaderhead in one of her multitude of laughable emails to the City Clerk in an attempt to pretend she’s a Very Important Person.

Of course, Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, who has called this blogger a “racist” on dozens and dozens of emails and social media posts, took issue with our calling her out for “impersonating an elected official,” an act which is literally third degree felony according to Florida Statute 843.0855.

In her adorable little “Notice of False and Defamatory Publications” she had this blogger served with, she demanded that we “Unequivocally retract the felony and criminal-impersonation accusations…”

Since we provided the actual receipts that Linda is so afraid of, we unequivocally wish to say …

NUMBER 8:

When Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph-Noel, was asked by residents how the divisive and deceptive petition being pushed by a political committee, Stronger NMB, was being funded, she FLAT OUT LIED about all of it.

As we reported in Even armed with Artificial Intelligence, Carpetbagger Linda Joseph can’t answer a simple question — who is funding the bogus “districting” petition?, in one of her slate mate Ariel Vasquez’s Facebook videos that carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph shared, she was questioned multiple times about the funding of the shady petition, which she (or rather, her ChatGPT “assistant”) absolutely avoided answering!

One thing is perfectly clear — Lyin’ Linda is a cagey politician to the core!

Despite Linda Joseph’s insistence that petition is a “community-run effort,” a “people-driven issue,” and “not a special-interest campaign,” once again she was LYING THROUGH HER TEETH!

NUMBER 9:

We continued to report on her obfuscation in Why is NMB Fake Candidate Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, still refusing to answer a simple question? What is she hiding?.

Now she was stepping up her denial tactics by going on the offensive by using identity politics as a weapon.

When asked yet again about the funding of this shady PAC, she reacted by accusing anyone asking about the funding as having “power and privilege,” before launching once again into a long-winded, ChatGPT-created diatribe, while still refusing to answer the question.

A resident then called her out for not only not answering the question, but pointed out the FLAT OUT LIES printed on the PACs advertising.

Linda’s rant continued with several more of her fake AI comments, while still not responding to the question.

She once again claimed that the money came from the “community” that she was “organizing,” while blathering more nonsense that asking questions constituted “threats.”

Not only was Linda Joseph LYING ONCE AGAIN, as usual, but after VotersOpinion investigated and reported the results in the three part series, Stronger NMB – Following the Money Trail, we uncovered that some of the funding came from lobbyists Ron Book and José Keichi Fuentes, who represent Big Development vendors doing business with the City of North Miami Beach.

But the main source of funding behind the shady Stronger NMB PAC is none other than …

NORTH MIAMI BEACH CITY “ATTORNEY” JOSEPH S. GELLER!

We realize that Linda Joseph is too stupid to understand where the money came from since she has absolutely no connection to the City of North Miami Beach or any of its usual grifting players, other than Michael “Contempt of Congress” Joseph, who recruited her to “move” into the city to run.

Instead of being honest and saying she had no idea who was paying for this scam, she FLAT OUT LIED and pretended it was a grass roots effort.

NUMBER 10:

We once again proved that Linda Joseph was a liar and a deadbeat when we reported that she falsely claimed on social media to “own several properties and run a small consulting business.”

We did some deep digging and discovered that she does not own any real property in Miami-Dade County, and that the only “business” she ever had was a Wing Zone, which failed spectacularly!

We detailed the facts Linda ended up getting sued by her landlord and a vendor for non-payment of rents and goods, and how she stuck her poor ex-husband with the bill for her own incompetence in running an actual business.

NUMBER 11:

In fact, Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, actually debunked her own lies without our help when we recently discovered that she had filed two Form 1 Financial Disclosures to the Florida Commission on Ethics for the years 2024 and 2025, which we exposed in Surprise surprise! We caught North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph in yet another lie. (Make that two lies!).

Linda Joseph had been falsely claiming to anyone who cared that she has been a “Trustee” on the city’s “Pension Board” FOR YEARS!

As we recently reported, she stated exactly that on Facebook in these (now deleted) two comments on August 31, 2026.

The truth is that even though she submitted an Application dated August 5, 2025 — exactly two days before she changed her voter’s registration from her Biscayne Gardens home to the address of her alleged “sister,” she was not officially appointed to the North Miami Beach General Employee’s Retirement Board until the March 6, 2026 City Commission Meeting.

Aside from the fact that she fraudulently filed a 2024 Form 1 Financial Disclosure when she was NOT EVEN ON THE BOARD IN 2024, she did not report having any property or business ownership for either 2024 or 2025.

Thus proving that her own claim of owning “several properties” and running a “small consulting business” were both FLAT OUT LIES!

NUMBER 12:

Not only is Linda Joseph a PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, but she also steals the intellectual property of other people and organizations with impunity.

We reported her first act of plagiarism when she stole the photo and graphics of a poster created by the City of North Miami for Mayor Alix Desulme of the Haiti National Soccer (Football) Team, and used it as if it were her own original.

NUMBER 13:

Two months after stealing the intellectual property of the City of North Miami, she did the same exact thing again by stealing the intellectual property of the City of North Miami Beach.

As we reported on August 4, 2026, the City of North Miami Beach, the Commission on the Status of Women, and the North Miami Beach Police Department were scheduled to host the annual National Night Out.  That very morning at approximately 8:00 am, Linda Joseph committed grand theft again by posting her plagiarized version of the City’s flyer on her Facebook page!

Apparently, Proud Democratic Socialist Linda Joseph believes that everyone else’s private property is hers for the taking!

NUMBER 14:

We will close Part 2 of this series with the discovery one of Linda Joseph’s most egregious lies, which is that almost all of her social media photographs of herself and others are nothing but DEEP FAKES!

As we reported in Like her political idols, North Miami Beach Carpetbagger Linda Joseph is a Jew-hating communist!, we first noticed her visual trickery when she posted several pictures of herself allegedly in Chicago attending the “opening celebration of the Obama Presidential Center,” one in which she appears to be on an airplane.

In her next photo, she took this alleged selfie outside the building with some random white dude, but we couldn’t help but notice that the fabric design and colors of her “dress” were completely different than the one she was allegedly wearing on the plane.

Ditto for this AI photo she posted of herself allegedly standing inside the Obama Presidential Center.

In fact …

OMIGOD!  LOOK WHO ELSE WAS THERE!

Proving for once and for all that “Yes We Can!” is not just a catchy slogan.
