A liar, a racist, and a Jew-hater walked into a bar …

And the bartender said, “Hey, Linda Joseph.  What are you having?”

For anyone who has not already voted in the North Miami Beach municipal election, we wanted to remind everyone that carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph is a pathological liar and a fraud.

We have compiled a very long list of the 35 (and counting) lies and fraudulent actions perpetrated by this reprehensible creature, and we will recap them here in chronological order.

NUMBER 1:  We only recently discovered a video of Linda Joseph’s speech before the Miami-Dade County Commission on September 1, 2021, where she claimed that she owned the house located at 275 NW 175 Street, Miami, Florida 33169, in an area of the County known as Biscayne Gardens.  She was speaking at this particular Commission meeting for the purpose of urging them to allow the area residents to vote to incorporate.  She explicitly told the Commissioners, “This is the one thing I own. And that’s gonna be generation [sic] wealth for my children.”

Except she was lying.

As we recently reported, according to the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser, which keeps actual records of all lawful owners of real estate in the County, Linda was not the owner of the property when she lied to the County Commissioners.  As evidence of that lie, here is the official 2021 TRIM Notice, which shows that the property was not in Linda’s name on September 1, 2021, but in the name of her father, Macellon Joseph.

NUMBER 2:  We did not blog about this particular lie of Linda’s, but it’s worth noting.  According to her own October 2, 2025 Facebook post, she celebrated her 50th birthday — FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW!

According to her Voter Registration Receipt, she was born on October 4, 1972, which would mean that on October 4, 2025, Linda Joseph would have been FIFTY THREE YEARS OLD, and not FIFTY.

A white lie, as they say (and no, Linda, that’s an idiom, not a racist trope — Google it!), but a lie nevertheless.

NUMBER 3:  Linda Joseph’s very first appearance before the North Miami Beach City Commission was during public comment at the May 16, 2023 meeting.  Her three minute speech was so chock full of lies, we dedicated an entire blog to showcase each and every one of them.

From the first word out of her mouth, when she was forced to admit that her name was “Linda Joseph” and then “Linda Noel” after she fraudulently signed in as “Ada Charles,” was, “I’m not Ada Charles, I’m her sister” and “I signed in for her.”

It was also the first of many times that she falsely claimed FLAT OUT LIED that she was a “proud resident of North Miami Beach,” even though she lived at 275 NW 157 Street, Miami, Florida 33169.

As we’ve proven since that time, according to her official Voter Audit Report, she did not change her “residential address” to a property owned by one Ada Charles, who may or may not be Linda’s actual sister, until August 7, 2025.

Linda also falsely claimed FLAT OUT LIED that she “voted for Michael Joseph.”  According to her official Voting History Report, she has NEVER VOTED IN THE CITY OF NORTH MIAMI BEACH.

EVER!

If that weren’t enough lies in one 3-minute speech, she also completely made up her own “statistics” that:

• “In the State of Florida, in 2010 in the Census Bureau, one million registered as a Haitian American;” and
• “58% [Haitians] live in the City of North Miami Beach.”

Of course, we proved her wrong with these actual documented facts:

• Florida only has 300,563 electors of Haitian ancestry, which is nowhere the “one million” that Linda fabricated;” and
• The 2010 census reflected that only 19.9% of the North Miami Beach population was of Haitian ancestry, not the “58%” that Linda fabricated.

After the 2020 census, according to ZIPatlas, the percentage of Haitians living in North Miami Beach is 22.54%.

Which is again, still nowhere near the “58%” that Linda Joseph, a/k/a, Linda Joseph Noel publicly claimed.

Not even close!

When Lyin’ Linda made one more appearance that year at the June 20, 2026 Commission meeting, she once again falsely claimed FLAT OUT LIED that she was a North Miami Beach resident.  During public comment, she announced, “Good evening, everyone.  My name is Linda Joseph Noel.  I’m at 3, um, 2 East Drive.  I just wanna say that I absolutely love my City.”

As we already proved, Linda Joseph did not live in North Miami Beach in 2023, and we believe she still does not.

NUMBER 4:  When the literal king of all liars, and Linda Joseph’s puppetmaster, mayor Michael “Contempt of Congress” Joseph, filed a fraudulent police report against former Commissioner Barbara Kramer and falsely claimed that she threatened him, he recruited Linda to falsely claim that she was a “witness.”

As we already reported, Lyin’ Linda told police that Barbara “began verbally assaulting Mayor Joseph” even though she neither saw nor heard any such thing.

NUMBER 5:

In March of this year, when Linda Joseph started becoming a pesky nuisance in and around City Hall, the Police Department, and beyond, we discovered that most of her social media posts and her almost daily emails to the City Clerk were written with the use of Artificial Intelligence.

That was the moment that we realized Linda Joseph was a complete fraud and that almost nothing she states in writing is anything remotely resembling an original thought. 

For example, we reported that in her March 7, 2026 Instagram post, she actually cut & paste verbatim ChatGPT’s tips on how to appear “authentic, compassionate, and community-focused.”

Because nothing says “authentic” like using ChatGPT to write your “powerful social media version.”

To this day, she has not edited or deleted this hilarious post!

On March 10, 2026 Linda Joseph Noel sent a letter to the North Miami Beach City Clerk advising her that her “decision to seek public office constitutes protected political activity under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and applicable federal and state law.”

She goes on to admonish the world at large by this adorable, ChatGPT-created missive:

“Any attempt by a public official, former public official, municipal employee, or any individual acting under color of governmental authority to intimidate, threaten, retaliate against, or otherwise interfere with an individual because that individual has chosen to run for public office may raise serious concerns under federal civil rights law.”

“Such conduct may implicate, among other provisions, 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 42 U.S.C. § 1985, which address the deprivation of constitutional rights and conspiracies to interfere with civil rights.”

“This notice is respectfully submitted so that the public record clearly reflects my expectation that all public officials, former officials, and individuals acting in coordination with them will refrain from any conduct that could reasonably be interpreted as interference with my lawful candidacy, campaign activities, or lawful participation on public boards or advisory bodies, except through procedures expressly authorized by law.”

In other words, if any member of the general public dares to exercise his or her right to free speech, she intends to shut them down!

North Miami Beach residents, keep that last warning in mind.

NUMBER 6:

One of the biggest lies Linda Joseph has told so far is that she was “born in Haiti.”

We initially discovered and reported this lie it after taking a screenshot of her Marriage License from the website of the Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Court which shows that on May 21, 2004 Bahamian-born Linda Joseph married Haitian-born Mercy Dieu Noel.

In fact, when she had this blogger served with her adorable little “Notice of False and Defamatory Publications”, which we addressed in our three-part series entitled Linda Joseph DEMANDS!, she actually wrote, “I identify as Haitian-born and Haitian American.”

Well, two can play that stupid game.

Her ChatGPT-created “Notice” also stupidly stated, “A data field or secondary record is not a substitute for a certified birth record and does not establish that I fabricated my identity,” so we decided to obtain from the Clerk of Court a Certified Copy of her Marriage License and published it for posterity.

And to also further prove that she’s a pathological liar.

Because a public record, like the internet, is FOREVER!
