As we all know, North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph has yet to tell the truth about, well, pretty much anything.

The most recent lie that we unmasked was her attempt to pass off two AI-created documents as her original essays from 1990 and 1998.  The most adorable part of that exposé was when she sent an email to Commissioner Smukler and stated, “Going forward, please do not call me a liar.”

Hate to break it to her, but if we didn’t call Linda Joseph a liar, we’d be lying.

That particular blog set Linda off on a humiliating, albeit fabulously entertaining, email screech-a-thon, which we then highlighted in North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” has truly gone off the deep end. And I can’t stop LMAO!

The newest lies we just uncovered, while certainly not as captivating, are still worth adding to the Long List of Linda Lies that we have been compiling, and which we will be reporting on in due course.

LIE #1:

We recently came across this little gem from September 1, 2021 when Linda spoke before the Miami-Dade County Commission in favor of incorporating Biscayne Gardens where she hails from.

Pay close attention to her words during her one minute speech, when she emphatically states in her opening remark after giving her address, “I am a resident, let’s make that clear, I live in Biscayne Gardens.”

Thirty seconds in she says, “This is the one thing I own.  And that’s gonna be generation wealth for my children.”

Except, at the time she publicly stated to the Miami-Dade County Commission that she owned the house located at 275 NW 157 Street, Miami, Florida 33169 SHE WAS LYING!

While she did own this property at one time with her ex-husband from 2005 to 2010, and then as co-owner with her father, Macellon Joseph, from 2011 to 2013, when the property was transferred to her stepmother, Marthacia Exilus Joseph.  The house remained in the name of the late Mrs. Joseph until 2020, when it was transferred back to Mr. Joseph by the Probate Court.

The property remained in the name of Macellon Joseph until he accidentally transferred it to her by Quit Claim Deed on December 12, 2024, which is an even crazier story for another blog.

Nevertheless, Linda Joseph technically held title to the property from December 12, 2024 until she was Court Ordered to transfer it back to her father on July 3, 2025.

Despite the fact that Linda Joseph’s 6-1/2 month “ownership” of the Biscayne Gardens home was not her father’s intent, which is why he had to sue her in the first place, she filed for a Homestead Exemption for the year 2024, as evidenced by this 2024 TRIM Notice.

Interestingly, as soon the Property Appraiser received the recorded Agreed Final Judgment showing that the property was transferred out of Linda’s name and back into the name of her father, on June 1, 2026 he filed a Notice of Tax Lien on the property in the amount of $702.37 for “ERRONEOUSLY RECEIVED EXEMPTION.”

Both the 2024 Real Estate Tax Bill and 2024 Homestead Penalty Bill remained unpaid until September 22, 2025, at which time the property taxes were paid, but the Homestead Penalty Tax Lien is still UNPAID.

For the record, the 2025 Real Estate Taxes have still not been paid and the Tax Certificate was sold.

And yes, we just went off on one of our tangents, but keeping up with Linda Lies tends to send us down all kinds of rabbit holes.

We don’t know about you, but we find this entertaining as heck.

LIE #2:

As you might (or might not) know, Linda Joseph is fond of claiming that she has been a “Trustee” on the city’s “Pension Board” FOR YEARS!

As we’ve mentioned a time or two, Linda Joseph was not officially appointed to the North Miami Beach General Employee’s Retirement Board until the March 6, 2026 City Commission Meeting.

In fact, according to the Application she submitted, which is attached to that meeting’s agenda, she did not apply to be on this board until August 5, 2025 — exactly two days before she changed her voter’s registration from her Biscayne Gardens home to the address of her alleged “sister,” 2 East Drive, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162.

What makes all of this even more interesting is that Linda Joseph filed a Form 1 Financial Disclosure with the Florida Commission on Ethics for the years 2024 and 2025, both of which were due to her alleged membership on the Board of the North Miami Beach General Employees Retirement Board, even though she was NOT EVEN ON THE BOARD IN 2024!

Even more interesting, on her 2024 Form 1 Financial Disclosure, she reported having:

• No Primary or Secondary Sources of Income
• No Real or Intangible Personal Property
• No Liabilities
• No Interests in Specified Businesses

On her 2025 Form 1 Financial Disclosure, although Linda reported that her Primary Source of Income was SEIU in Washington, DC, she reported having:

• No Secondary Sources of Income
• No Real or Intangible Personal Property
• No Liabilities
• No Interests in Specified Businesses

These two documents alone disprove so many of Linda’s lies that if she had any sense of shame, she’d slink right out of North Miami Beach under cover of night and never show her face again.

But Linda won’t do that because she thinks everyone is as stupid as she apparently is.

For one thing, she was not a North Miami Beach General Employee’s Retirement Board member in 2024, and had absolutely no reason to even file this form for that year.

However, the fact that she did file it proves:

She DID NOT WORK FOR THE UNION in 2024 as we already proved, despite her bogus claim at the Washington Park Candidate’s Meet & Greet that she had “25 glorious years of working in labor.”

Linda has also falsely bragged that she owns “several properties” and runs “a small consulting business.”

And yet, by filing this document, she debunked her own lies … all by herself … without the help of VotersOpinion.

While she did list SEIU as her Primary Source of Income on her 2025 Form 1 Disclosure, she stated on the record, that she owned no properties and did not own any small consulting business.

It takes a special kind of stupid to publicly admit that your lies can be so easily refuted, especially when you’re the one refuting them.

What we have indisputably proven over the last few months is that Linda Joseph is constitutionally incapable of telling the truth.

She lies at the drop of a hat, and then forgets what she lies about the next time she opens her mouth.

And if you dare call her out on any of the lies that she tells, she will call you a “racist” and tell you not to contact her again.

Judging by her own actions on the campaign trail, Linda Joseph is clearly unfit for office in any governmental capacity.

North Miami Beach residents deserve better.
