For years we have exposed the diabolic machinations of North Miami Beach’s Contempt of Congress mayor, Michael Joseph, especially when he summoned his anonymous surrogate army to do his dirty work.
From the minute Linda Joseph appeared in North Miami Beach for the first time at a May 16, 2023 Commission Meeting to defend the indefensible Michael Joseph, and lied right out of the box about who she was and where she was from, you could smell trouble brewing miles and miles away.

We’ve since proven time and time again that despite her emphatic insistence that she was a “PROUD resident of North Miami Beach” who “voted for Michael Joseph,” neither of those claims turned out to be remotely true.
After that show-stopping performance, Linda Joseph disappeared from North Miami Beach as quickly as she appeared.
Suddenly, three years later, Linda mysteriously “moved” to North Miami Beach, and quickly publicized her intent to run for office just in time to “establish” the required one-year “residency” prior to qualifying.
Since we’ve already established that Linda Joseph is rather slow-witted, to put it mildly, we strongly suspect that her painfully transparent scheme to feign residency in North Miami Beach was cooked up by none other than her fellow Miami-Dade Democratic Party Leadership member, the equally devious and corrupt Michael Joseph.
As we previously reported, according to her Voter Audit Report, which we received in response to a public records request from the Miami-Dade County Supervisor of Elections, on August 7, 2025 Linda changed her voter registration address from 257 NW 157 Street, Miami, Florida 33169 to 2 East Drive, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162, which is the the address of her alleged “sister,” Ada Charles.
Then on February 5, 2026 Linda Joseph again changed her voter registration address to 17071 West Dixie Highway, Apt. 516, North Miami Beach, Florida 33160.
However, according to her “qualifying package,” which was obtained by public records request from the North Miami Beach City Clerk’s Office, her two most recent Driver License changes are certainly odd indeed.
The interesting thing about these two licenses — and by interesting we mean super sus! — is the date they were marked as “REPLACED.”
In the license at the bottom, according to the Florida Driver License and ID Card Retail Guide published by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), each line on this document represents a specific data element, as required by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) Standard Mandatory Data Element Numbers.
Line 4a on both of Linda’s recent driver’s licenses, reflect a Date of Issue as August 6, 2025.
However, the license on the bottom of the page, which alleges that Linda Joseph-Noel resides at 2 East Drive, North Miami Beach, FL 33162, reflects that this document was “Replaced” on January 26, 2026. Accordingly, Linda did not satisfy the City Charter’s proof of residency requirement, which states, “Each candidate, at the time of qualifying with the Clerk, must have continuously resided in the City of North Miami Beach for at least one (1) full year, shall at the time of qualifying and at the time of election be a qualified elector of the City of North Miami Beach…”
Since the Qualifying Date for the 2026 North Miami Beach Municipal Election was August 10, 2026, Linda should have provided proof of residency within the city’s boundaries as early as August 10, 2025.
She also did not provide copies of any concrete proof of residency in the form of a utility bill, warranty deed, mortgage, lease agreement, etc.
Although in the Affidavit of Candidate that she signed in the presence of a Notary Public under penalty of perjury she wrote in response to “Question 4.” that she had resided at 2 East Drive for the period “6 month Aug 1, 2025,” she did not provide any legitimate proof in the form of a valid photo identification to back up her claim.
She also did not answer the question in its entirely, which required her to list “all addresses at which you have resided for the past five years, as well as the length of time at each address.”
We’ve already established that without the help of AI and/or ChatGPT Linda Joseph is literally unable to string together complete, coherent sentences.
But we didn’t realize she also has a reading comprehension problem.
Oh, wait!
Based on the evidence alone, or lack thereof, we are not convinced that Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph-Noel:
- Has legally resided in North Miami Beach for the required one-year prior to qualifying to run for office; or
- Is qualified to walk among normal people unsupervised.
So there’s that.
What is painfully clear, however, is that Linda’s little scheme to “establish residency” in the nick of time to run for a seat on the North Miami Beach City Commission was carefully plotted by someone who is smart enough to be a cunning, manipulative, evil bottom-feeding [expletive deleted].
Someone like Mayor Contempt of Congress.

The most important takeaway North Miami Beach voters need to realize is that if this carpetbagger manages to get herself elected, she will become Michael Joseph’s fourth vote on the dais, and he will once again have the ability to turn your tax dollars into his own personal piggy bank.
