As we’ve mentioned time and time again, North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph is hardly the sharpest knife in the drawer.

And that’s a bit of an understatement.

On Monday, Linda Joseph published this now-deleted post on her Facebook page:

Oh, boy, where to begin?

For one thing, the Complaint, which was filed by yours truly, was with the FLORIDA ELECTIONS COMMISSION, and not the Florida Commission on Ethics.

Secondly, the Complaint had absolutely nothing to do with the person she brought to the Florida League of Cities event, but the fact that she improperly used campaign funds, which is in violation of Florida Statute 106.1405, Use of campaign funds, in that this is a personal expense.

In fact, according to Google AI:

But, brownie points for showing the world how stupid you are, Linda.

The Complaint, which Linda apparently didn’t bother to read, specifically states:

Linda Joseph Noel filed the attached Campaign Treasurer’s Report on August 7, 2026 with the City Clerk’s Office for the City of North Miami Beach.

One of the Itemized Expenditures the candidate report was for a payment made on July 31, 2026 to the Florida League of Cities in the amount of $1,825.00, with a Purpose of “Annual conference registration for candidate and adult guest.”

It is this complainant’s belief that such expenditure is impermissible for a municipal campaign and in violation of Florida Statute 106.1405, in that this is a personal expense.

For one thing, a non-incumbent municipal candidate has no official city business at the Florida League of Cities annual conference.

Furthermore, based on Florida campaign finance law, a non-incumbent municipal candidate using campaign funds to pay for an “adult guest” to attend a conference is a clear violation of state law.

Even if this candidate’s expense to register for the annual conference is a legitimate campaign expense, the expense for an “adult guest” does not appear to be an allowable expense under Florida law.

In addition to not being able to spell properly, Linda apparently has a reading comprehension problem — assuming she is even capable of reading at all, that is.

As you can clearly see, Linda’s AI-assisted Facebook rant about the caliber of person she brought to the event had absolutely nothing to do with the subject matter of the Complaint.

In fact, we didn’t even know who she brought with her, nor did we care.

Linda even inserted her own fictional commentary into the mix by accusing the complainant of not believing that her “guest” was “important enough, qualified enough, or good enough to be in that room—so they turned her presence into an ethics complaint against me.  How absolutely disgusting.”

Even more entertaining are Linda’s responses to the individuals who believed her completely inaccurate tale of woe, and who posted comments out of concern for her feelings.

Linda continued to “defend” the guest she brought to the event, despite the fact that the point of the Complaint flew right over Linda’s empty head.

In Linda’s obviously delusional mind, she falsely claims that:

• I accused her of “having no business at the League of Cities.”
• She “served as a City pension board trustee for years.”
• I am a “paid blogger connected to an organization in North Miami Beach.”

Once again, Lyin’ Linda needs to be hit with a mega-truth bomb.

In my Complaint I stated that as a non-incumbent she had no “official city business” attending.  She certainly had every right to attend at her own expense.

Her claim that she has “served as a City pension board trustee for years,” is also a lie.  According to the Agenda for the March 26, 2026 City Commission Meeting, she was first appointed to the General Employees Retirement Board (not the “pension board”) — ONLY SIX (6) MONTHS AGO!  That’s a far cry from “years.”

Furthermore, if Linda Joseph had, in fact, attended that event on “official city business” due to her membership on the General Employees Retirement Board, the City would have paid for her ticket.

Obviously that wasn’t the case, and obviously, once again, Linda lied!

And, once again for the record, everyone who has been reading VotersOpinion.com since 2011 already knows that I do not, nor have I ever been paid to write these blogs.

Also, everyone who has lived in North Miami Beach longer than the alleged one year and twenty-six days that Linda claims to have been a “resident” of the city, knows that I have had no ties to any organization in NMB since I moved twelve years ago today.

And finally, the “pièce de résistance” of this particular blog is Linda’s lie, “The complaint was frivolous, and it has already been dismissed.”

After I signed the August 13, 2026 Complaint and had it notarized, I scanned it and saved it in our “LINDA JOSEPH LOL” folder, and popped it in the mailbox.

Upon returning to my desk, I went to scan another document and to my dismay, when I picked up the lid of the scanner I saw that the notarization page was still there and was not included in my stapled and mailed Complaint.

I immediately reprinted the entire document, inserted the original notarization page, attached a note explaining that this document was a duplicate of a Complaint that I had just mailed in error that was missing the notarization page, and mailed the entire corrected Complaint to the Florida Elections Commission.

On August 24, 2026, the Florida Elections Commission sent a letter to me and enclosed the original, unsigned Complaint, and advised, “We did receive your duplicate complaint, which included the notarization page.  We will process it accordingly.”

So, Linda, as you can clearly see, this Complaint has not yet been dismissed.

The FEC is just getting started.

Next time, try reading a document before commenting on it.

Because …

Linda can make all those false allegations until the cows come home, and she will still be lying through her teeth.

Then again, that’s what pathological liars do.  They lie and actually believe their own lies, and that they will never get caught.

But, please carry on, Linda.

There’s more than enough popcorn to go around until November 3, 2026.

And like the Florida Elections Commission, we’re just getting started.
