Joe Geller is literally working against the best interests of North Miami Beach!

You’ve probably figured out by now that the City of North Miami Beach is under siege by frauds, opportunists, and demons. These evildoers are trying to fundamentally change the entire structure of your city government by dismantling the Charter and reversing every single piece of legislation enacted for the purpose of self-enrichment.

What you may not have been aware of until a couple days ago, is that the City Attorney that you dish out a base pay of $50,393.00 a month (yes, REALLY!), plus an average of $9,086.54 a month for “legal” fees paid outside his “scope of work,” which includes “Litigation in any State or Federal court, representation of the City before the Division of Administrative Hearings, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Florida Commission on Human Relations, Unemployment Compensation Commission, Public Employees Relations Commission, or other State, Federal or local administrative proceeding,” according to his contract.

In fact, in the 26 months he’s been your City “Attorney,” Joe Geller has received a grand total of $1,494,136.08, funded by your tax dollars.

At the Commission meeting in progress as we speak, Commissioner Fortuna Smukler just grilled Joe Geller about his personal involvement with the Stronger NMB political committee’s dangerous petition to divide the City and eliminate voter-approved term limits for Commissioners.

Of course, Joe is denying his involvement despite all evidence to the contrary.

For example, Joe Geller and North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph both sit on the Miami-Dade Dems (Democrats).

Your so-called “mayor,” Michael Joseph is the First Vice Chair, and JC Planas, Esq., the attorney for the dangerous petition backers, are also members of the Party Leadership.

The Miami-Dade Dems recently voted to endorse the North Miami Beach petition, even though all matters regarding the City of North Miami Beach are supposed to be NON-PARTISAN.

Before Michael Joseph was elected and injected his divisive identity politics to North Miami Beach, national political parties never involved themselves in city business, which is the way local non-partisan municipalities have always been run.

Then again, everything the Devil on the Dais touches turns to mierda.

But, we digress.

Of course, Joe Geller feigned indignation at Commissioner Smukler’s suggestion that his allegiance to the city was taking a back seat to his fellow Miami-Dade Dems members, and especially the backers of the dangerous Stronger NMB petition.

Spare us the outrage, Joe.

We are not impressed.

In fact, at the June 16, 2026 Commission Meeting, Joe’s buddy, Linda Joseph, marched up to the City Clerk at 11:26 pm to send a message that she needed to speak to the City Attorney.
