In a previous blog, Linda Joseph claims to be against Jew-hatred. Her actions speak otherwise., we reminded you about her “dear friend,” Darializa Avila Chevalier, a known pro-Hamas Jew-hater.
We also reported that the North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” posted on her Facebook page photos of an event she attended for Angie Nixon in Coral Gables, while claiming that she “joined Jews.”
We told you that the Sun Sentinel had recently reported that Nixon is adamant that “Israel has committed genocide in the war with Hamas,” and that this stance could “hurt her with Jewish voters in South Florida.”
Angie Nixon made the news again recently when it was reported by Florida’s Voice News that she “paid thousands to Hamas-praising staffer after years of her antisemitic posts.”
We are not surprised.
Linda Joseph attended that event for her “colleague and fellow SEIU labor organizer,” Angie Nixon, where they were both cozying up to Vermont Congresswoman Becca Balint, who was endorsed by the pro-Communist/anti-Zionist self-hating “Jew,” Bernie Sanders.
Balint is another alleged “Jew” whose record shows that she consistently votes against the best interests of actual Jews in America.
For example, she refused to denounce anti-semitism and also voted against the Antisemitism Awareness Act (H.R. 6090).
Meanwhile, yet another troubling item has come to our attention about this self-hating Jew.
On June 22, 2026, Balint posted on her official, taxpayer-funded House of Representatives website, a Statement on Trump Administration Efforts to Violate Mohsen Mahdawi’s Constitutional Rights, where she claims that “the Trump administration’s continued efforts to deport Mohsen Mahdawi in direct violation of his First Amendment rights. Mohsen Mahdawi is a Vermonter, a student activist at Columbia University, and a legal permanent resident.” She also announced that she “will continue to stand with Mohsen throughout this absurd legal saga.”
What Balint’s “statement” failed to mention is that Mohsen Mahdawi is a “palestinian” activist and a 35-year old “student” at Columbia University, who led pro-Hamas protests at the school in 2023.
Mahdawi also criticized Columbia University for “inciting violence” when his fellow “protestors” decided to occupy the school’s Butler Library and “refuse to identify themselves or leave the building,” according to an Official Statement issued by Acting President Claire Shipman on May 7, 2025. In her statement, Ms. Shipman also announced:
Due to the number of individuals participating in the disruption inside and outside of the building, a large group of people attempting to force their way into Butler Library creating a safety hazard, and what we believe to be the significant presence of individuals not affiliated with the University, Columbia has taken the necessary step of requesting the presence of NYPD to assist in securing the building and the safety of our community.
Sadly, during the course of this disruption, two of our Columbia Public Safety Officers sustained injuries during a crowd surge when individuals attempted to force their way into the building and into Room 301. These actions are outrageous.
Individuals participating in the Reading Room 301 disruption were repeatedly asked for identification and to leave, and were repeatedly told that failure to comply would result in violations of our rules and policies and possible arrest for trespassing. We have been clear from the outset about applying our protocols and advising participants of the potential consequences of not complying. Requesting the presence of the NYPD is not the outcome we wanted, but it was absolutely necessary to secure the safety of our community.
But according to career “student” Mahdawi, the school “incited violence.”
Sure.
Becca Balint also has never acknowledged the disturbing reports published by investigative journalists and antisemitism researchers David Collier, based in the UK, and Rachel Feldman, based in Vermont, published between April 18, 2025 and as recently as September 11, 2026 about Mohsen Mahdawi’s real background, his conflicting biography, and his close ties to radical extremism.
On September 9, 2026, David Collier published his column, Exclusive Report – Mohsen Mahdawi: A Timeline of Support for Terrorism, which he announced on X.
He also posted this disturbing video made by Mohsen Mahdawi.
There are plenty of posts from this period that glorify violence – but this footage from 2013 is still exceptional.
In a TV interview, Mahdawi suggests that if Palestinians “think a little”, they will see they have “the capacity and conviction to resist, to kill and to wound.” https://t.co/7jvwd0X03l

About his investigative report, Collier wrote:
Almost everybody who encounters Mohsen Mahdawi’s story is presented with the same compelling arc. A child grows up amid violence in a Palestinian refugee camp. His younger brother dies. His best friend is shot dead in front of him. Consumed by thoughts of revenge, he sits beside their graves until a beloved uncle intervenes and teaches him that education, not violence, is the answer. Mahdawi eventually reaches America, embraces dialogue and non-violence, builds relationships with Jews and Israelis, and dedicates himself to peace.
It is an extraordinary story, delivered by a man with presence and charisma. As his ex-wife noted in her 2025 witness statement, Mahdawi has incredible people skills. But after months of research, it is also a story that is simply not sustained by the evidence.
The findings are extensive. Previously unpublished material includes Mahdawi promising the “annihilation of the Jews”, praising the leaders and armed wings of terrorist organisations, honouring dead terrorists from several Palestinian factions, and continuing to express support for armed “resistance” after arriving in the United States. The investigation also uncovers serious contradictions in the personal story that became central to Mahdawi’s reputation as a peace activist.
Mahdawi has spent years engaging with certain Jewish audiences and has formed relationships with people within those communities. That much is not in dispute.
What we have not found is evidence that the message of dialogue and mutual understanding Mahdawi presents to certain progressive Jewish audiences has ever operated with the same force in the other direction. His support for armed Palestinian “resistance”, meanwhile, remains clear. He asks Jewish audiences to listen, understand and trust him, while simultaneously expressing support for groups engaged in an armed struggle against the Jewish state.
Mahdawi would describe himself as simply seeking “justice”, while standing in front of Within Our Lifetime banners declaring “BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY” at an event where protesters sang about “globalising the Intifada”.
Mr. Collier’s full published report painstakingly details all the contradictions in Mahdawi’s personal “story” and gets to the truth of his extremism, and his apparent practice of Islamist deception called taqiyya.
It also contains irrefutable evidence that he “co-founded and helped lead a movement in which open calls for violence were displayed, while the wider campus environment became so intimidating that some Jewish students left and returned home in fear.”
And lastly, in his column, Hey Mohsen: You Asked to Be Judged by Your Words and Actions, David Collier directly addresses Mahdawi’s long list of lies, support of terrorism, and overt Jew-hatred, and even published an informative timeline in a single graphic entitled Mohsen Mahdawi – His Words – His Actions.
This is the despicable Jew-hater that Congresswoman Becca Balint is vigorously defending.
We are here to remind you that North Miami Beach carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph’s fawned over Becca Balint and with whom she celebrated their support for Angie Nixon, who is also known to have ties to extremists and Jew-haters.
Linda Joseph absolutely does not belong on the dais at City Hall representing the city’s large Jewish population.
North Miami Beach residents deserve better!
