On September 14, 2026, the civic group WakeUp NMB and the Eastern Shores Property Owners’ Association (ESPOA) co-hosted a Meet & Greet so that North Miami Beach residents can meet and interact with the candidates running in the November 3, 2026 municipal election.
These social gatherings have been a staple in every campaign season in North Miami Beach for decades, and probably since the city’s founding in 1926.
On August 25, 2026, former Commissioner and President of WakeUp NMB Barbara Kramer sent email invitations to all of the candidates and asked them to “kindly RSVP by Friday, September 11th.”
As expected, carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, absurdly took this blanket invitation as a thinly veiled personal threat.
Linda must have spent two sleepless nights with her innate paranoia, but on August 27, 2026 she apparently summoned up the courage to send her RSVP.
As you might expect, she refused to attend a setting where she would be put in the position to actually have to answer questions about her “candidacy” and her platform.
Not only did Linda “respectfully decline” the invitation to be “screened” …
… but she just had to go into her usual attack mode by making ludicrously false accusations against anyone who dares to question her.
Never mind that every single candidate received the exact same invitation and welcomed the opportunity to answer questions about themselves and tell voters why they are running for office.
Linda Joseph also had to whip out her well-worn race card, malevolently accusing everyone associated with Barbara Kramer, including this blogger of course, of “attacking [her] and other Black Haitian women.”
Prepare to hurt yourself laughing as you read Linda’s latest diatribe!
We got a real kick over her lament that she does “not believe this screening is being offered in good faith.”
Yes, Linda. Despite the fact that this invitation (not “screening”) was sent to all nine candidates running for office, only yours and yours alone was not “offered in good faith.”
Although Linda Joseph was obviously afraid to face North Miami Beach voters, it didn’t stop her from sending in her personal army of unknown paid performance artists in her place.
We’re thinking it was either as a show of force, or to spy on the opposition.

We still can’t figure out which.
But they look so happy to be there, right?
The fact that no North Miami Beach resident in attendance that night recognized any of these “supporters” is par for the course when it comes to Linda Joseph.
It’s hard not to notice that, unlike dozens and dozens of North Miami Beach residents, Linda has no close-knit circle of friends in the city. She attends Commission meetings alone and, even though she flits like a butterfly from seat to seat all night long, she never alights next to a familiar or comforting face. It’s almost as if others avoid her at all costs.
With good reason, we might add, considering the toxic vibes she emits.
A perusal of Linda Joseph’s Campaign Treasurer’s Reports through the 9/4/26 reporting period is even more revealing.
Of the $35,725.00 she has raised since she filed her first report for the period 1/1/26 through 3/31/26, $29,700.00 were loans from herself to her campaign.
Of the remaining contributions in the amount of $6,025.00, only one check in the amount of $200.00 came from a North Miami Beach resident, and that was none other than Linda’s alleged “sister,” Ada Charles.
Linda also received $1,000.00 from AFSCME Florida Council 79 along with its endorsement.
Every single one of the other $4,825.00 in contributions she received came from individuals located in the Florida cities of Tallahassee, Miami, Boca Raton, Sunrise, Pembroke Pines, Margate, Coral Springs, Weston, Miami Beach, Plantation, Miami Lakes, Hollywood, Tamarac, Deerfield Beach, Lauderhill, and Pompano Beach. She also received contributions from out of state individuals residing in San Antonio, Texas; Lawrenceville, Georgia; Upper Marlboro, Maryland; Seymour, Indiana; Los Angeles, California; Deforest, Wisconsin; Petersburg, Virginia; and Washington, DC.
But, hey!
Despite having nearly zero financial support from anyone in North Miami Beach, Linda wants you to believe that she’s a long-time resident of the city with close personal ties to “a community” of friends and neighbors.
And if you buy that, there’s a bridge in Brooklyn …
Voters have an absolute right to ask as many questions about candidates running for office. They also have a right to expect honest and transparent answers to those questions.
Whether Linda Joseph likes it or not, nothing is off the table.
The fact that Linda is afraid to face potential constituents in a public forum is a huge red flag!
Frankly, if we had as many skeletons in our closet as Linda Joseph has, we probably wouldn’t want to open that door and let them out, either.
If Linda didn’t want to have her entire life to be scrutinized, she shouldn’t have run for office in the first place.
Because we here at VotersOpinion are going to keep turning over every rock, inspecting every single thing that slithers out from under those rocks, and reporting our findings to you, the voters of North Miami Beach.
ON NOVEMBER 3, 2026
PLEASE VOTE RESPONSIBLY!
Stephanie
