Individuals running for public office in North Miami Beach are required to submit a signed and notarized Candidate Oath for Nonpartisan Office.  By executing this document, the candidate acknowledges under penalty of perjury the following:

“I am a qualified elector under the Constitution and the Laws of Florida to hold the office to which I desire to be nominated or elected; I have qualified for no other public office in the state, the term of which office or any part thereof runs concurrent with the office I seek; and I have resigned from any office from which I am required to resign pursuant to Section 99.012, Florida Statutes; and I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Florida.”

As we all know by now, carpetbagging “candidate” Linda Joseph, a/k/a Linda Joseph Noel, has filed to run for a seat on the North Miami Beach City Commission.

We can’t help but wonder if she is aware that the Candidate Oath, which she will be required by Florida law to sign, unequivocally states that she will “support the Constitution of the United States.”

Judging by her recent Facebook posts, it appears that she thinks she can just pick and choose which parts of the Constitution she’s willing to support, and which she can simply ignore.

On January 29, 2026, she was cheering on the Jew-hating “socialist” mayor of New York City, Zohran “Commie” Mamdani, for declaring that he “would never accept the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision clearing the way to strip deportation protections from Haitian and Syrian immigrants.”

Obviously without her usual reliance on ChatGPT, Linda Joseph boldly proclaimed that defying a Constitutionally mandated Supreme Court ruling is what “political courage looks like,” and “this [sic] is what I’m on and if you’re not on this, I don’t.F&$k with you.”

Um, okay.

In the comment section of her post, Linda also made an odd response to one of her followers.

As expected, she played the race card.

But, she also admitted that “Haiti will always be home” and that they “will keep preparing to rebuild back home,” adding the hashtag #LeaveHaitiAlone.

We hate to break it to Linda Joseph, but the whole point of ending TEMPORARY Protective Status (aside from the fact that “TEMPORARY” is the opposite of “permanent”) is literally so Haitian citizens can rebuild back home, as well as for the purpose of not interfering in Haiti’s business.

Leaving Haiti alone is one of the reasons why the Supremes ruled the way they did.

However, in a laughable burst of blatant hypocrisy, the very next day Linda Joseph pulled a stunning 180 in her praise of SCOTUS for a ruling that she agreed with.

On June 30, 2026, she posted an “OFFICIAL [🤣] Statement from Your Next North Miami Beach Commissioner, Seat 4.”

Linda Joseph wants you to know that as long as she approves of a Supreme Court ruling, “The Constitution matters.”

But when her fellow “Democratic Socialist of America” vows to break the law and defy a Supreme Court Ruling, all of a sudden “this is the level of respect and commitmen [sic] City of North Miami Beach Government This is what political courage looks like.”

“#LeaveHaitiAlone”

Aside from the fact that it’s not what a good command of the English language looks like, it’s also a flagrant violation of the Candidate Oath she will be required to sign next month in order to qualify a run for office in North Miami Beach.

Unless, of course, she wants to come clean and admit she really lives in Biscayne Gardens and is absolutely not qualified to run for office.

Yeah, we already knew she would never admit to being a liar and a fraud.  That’s a given.

One thing we do know is that there’s plenty more dirt to dish on this Carpetbagging Commie, and we’re just getting started.
