A good indicator of how much support a candidate for local office has is by the number of friends, neighbors, and associates who are willing to donate to his or her campaign.

The latest Campaign Treasurer’s Reports for the North Miami Beach Special Election for Mayor were posted last night.

According to Evan Piper‘s SE 6 Campaign Treasurer’s Report for the period ending November 17, 2023, he has raised a total of $60,966.00 and spent $44,795.95 in campaign expenses.  The vast majority of his contributors are residents of North Miami Beach.

According to Paule Villard’s SE 6 Campaign Treasurer’s Report for the same period, she’s only raised $3,225.00 and spent $2,180.00 since she filed to run on October 11, 2023.

So far she has loaned her campaign $225.00 and she received a total of $3,000.00 in contributions, as follows:

1. On October 30, 2023, she received $1,000.00 from the head of the North Miami Circle of Corporation and wanna be King of NMB, Andre Pierre, through his company, ADP Strategic Results, LLC.
2. On November 6, 2023 she received $1,000.00 from John Patrick Rogan, Jr., a 56-year old convicted felon with a rap sheet longer than the list of Paule’s lies, who just happens to live next door to Elizabeth Judd, an activist who pushed to incorporate Biscayne Gardens using — SURPRISE, SURPRISE — accusations of racism!
3. Paule also received $500.00 from a Saint Eloi Lucel, who lives at 530 NE 173rd Street in North Miami Beach, a property owned by his relative, Marie Lucel.  Both are in their late 70s.
4. And another $500.00 from someone named Kerline Pierre, who claims to live at 19660 NE 12th Avenue, a single family home owned by another elderly couple with a homestead exemption and no known relationship to the alleged “donor.”

Other than these four contributors, Paule has received no other donations.

Her first check was to the City of North Miami Beach in the amount of $180.00, which was the qualification fee to run for office.

Oddly, she wrote this check on October 16, 2023, the day before there were any funds in her campaign account.

This happens to be illegal.

It’s also the same the same violation that eventually lead to the arrest of former Mayor Myron Rosner.

Just saying.

Meanwhile, on October 27, 2023, we received a text message with a photo of a palm card that Paule was handing out to voters.

We also obtained an original of the card, and the disclaimer clearly states, “PAID POLITICAL ADVERTISEMENT BY PAULE VILLARD FOR MAYOR OF NMB.”

We still can’t help but laugh at her blatant, continuous lie that she was a “Police Sergeant” for 28 years!

We have no idea who really paid for this palm card since Paule did not report any expenditures other than her qualification fee through October 27, 2023, the closing period of her SE 3 Campaign Treasurer’s Report.

Again, this is the type of campaign finance fraud that had EX-Mayor Myron Rosner doing a perp walk.

Just saying.

On her SE 4 Amended Campaign Treasurer’s Report, Paule reported a payment of $500.00 on November 2, 2023 to “Baz Promotions & Advertising,” located at 13170 NW 7 Avenue, North Miami.  This is a company that was administratively dissolved on September 22, 2023.

It’s allegedly located at the same address of a an alleged business called “Music Depot.”

There is no company registered with the State of Florida by that name.  However, the owners of the defunct “Baz Promotions & Advertising,” Jean B. Bazile and Marie Carme Bazile Mainviel, currently own Mizik Depot, LLC, which is also located at that same address.

This location also operates as a money transfer business, travel agency, and bitcoin dealer.

Seems legit.

Paule listed this $500.00 expense as “advertising,” but it’s anyone’s guess what it was really for.

On November 13th and 15th the City of North Miami Beach was distributing Thanksgiving turkeys to residents.

While folks were waiting in line in their cars along NE 20th Avenue, Paule’s “volunteers” were handing out yet another palm card allegedly paid for by “Paule Villard for Mayor,” while announcing to unsuspecting residents that the turkeys were courtesy of Paule Villard!

This was, of course, just another dirty, unethical campaign trick committed by a dirty, unethical candidate.

We still don’t know how her campaign paid for this second batch of palm cards, since she never reported this expenditure.

Interestingly, on her SE 6 Campaign Treasurer’s Report, Paule reported spending $1,500.00 on November 14, 2023 to Accurate Business Systems for “printing.”

However, this company is not in the business of printing.

According to its website, Accurate Business Systems is “a promotional product distributor” of:

Paule may have purchased campaign tchotchkes from this company, but certainly not the mailers or palm cards she distributed with the fraudulent disclaimer that they were paid for by her campaign.

The only financial records that are made public during an election are the Campaign Treasurer’s Reports that the candidates themselves file, and the reporting of contributions and expenditures is based on an honor system.

Since we all know that Paule Villard has no honor, we’ll just let the the experts at the Florida Elections Commission sort it all out.

In the meantime, what we do know is that the majority of Paule’s laughable mailers, fake endorsements, and “mystery” texts have been paid for by the shady characters and greedy developers funding two Broward County dark money committees.

We also know that none of the Paule’s “supporters” are residents of North Miami Beach, all of whom — with the exception of Village Idiot Lesley Smiler Kaplan — have had enough of Paule Villard and the stench of corruption that follows her everywhere she goes.

If you want to rid North Miami Beach of terminal criminality, remember to throw out the garbage next Tuesday!

And vote for honest, ethical, and transparent government!
