Last fall when North Miami Beach EX-Criminal Commissioner/current Criminal Candidate, Paule Villard, was running for re-election, Channel 10 Reporter Extraordinaire Glenna Milberg exposed Paule’s fraudulent use of $225,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to purchase 1,500 Publix Gift Cards as a campaign stunt.
This was just one of the many reasons voters kicked that piece of human garbage out of office.
Well, lo and behold, the indomitable Ms. Milberg just did it again!
In a newscast aired earlier this evening, the reporter exposed that Paule falsely claimed to have not one, but two endorsements that she never received.

On November 10, 2023, Paule sent out text messages claiming to be endorsed by the Florida Democratic Party.
The very next day, her lie was exposed — in writing — by none other than the Chair of the Florida Dems, Nikki Fried, as reported by Keith Myers.
On November 24, 2023, North Miami Beach residents received a full color mailer from Paule’s dark money political committee, South Florida Accountability Project, claiming that she was endorsed by Congresswoman Frederica Wilson.
Glenna Milberg reached out to Congresswoman Wilson, who replied via text message:
“EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT.”
Everybody, it seems, except for the vile Paule Villard, who never received her endorsement and lied about it anyway.
What the ignorant Paule Villard is too stupid to know is that claiming a false campaign endorsement is a violation of Florida Statute 106.143(4)(a)(b), which states:
(4) It is unlawful for any candidate or person on behalf of a candidate to represent that any person or organization supports such candidate, unless the person or organization so represented has given specific approval in writing to the candidate to make such representation.
Luckily, the agencies in charge of investigating Paule’s latest criminal act do know the law.
In the meantime, tell all your friends, family, and neighbors about the many lies and crimes of Paule Villard, and tell them to get out the vote!

It’s unlawful sure. But what level of crime is it? And what are the penalties? You see that’s the problem. Lawmakers don’t define penalties on campaign rules.
The last paragraph of the statutes states, “(11) Any person who willfully violates any provision of this section is subject to the civil penalties prescribed in s. 106.265.”
The penalty prescribed in 106.255 is your basic slap on the wrist, i.e., “(1)(a) The commission or, in cases referred to the Division of Administrative Hearings pursuant to s. 106.25(5), the administrative law judge is authorized upon the finding of a violation of this chapter or chapter 104 to impose civil penalties in the form of fines not to exceed $2,500 per count. The fine may be multiplied by a factor of 3, not to exceed $7,500, for each subsequent count of the same category, beginning with the fourth offense.”
Don’t forget that legislators pass the laws and they make them as favorable to themselves as possible. It’s a vicious circle.
However, I will never give up holding public officials accountable. I will file legitimate complaints any time I see corruption or campaign violations regardless of the penalty. It’s my civic duty.
Boy does she look different when all painted up. Part of her deception, hey? Praying you guys get a good person. The corruption in local politics is mind blowing.
