Ten questions Paule Villard will never answer. (But ask her anyway.)

Last Sunday, Channel 10 reporter Glenna Milberg invited North Miami Beach mayoral candidates, Evan Piper and Paule Villard, to be on her weekly morning show, This Week in South Florida.  Evan accepted the invitation, but Paule never even responded.

This is not the first time Paule cowardly refused to debate her opponent in person.

Both candidates were recently invited by the Washington Park Voter’s Council for a private meet and greet, and Paule was a no-show.

As usual.

When she was defending her seat last November, Paule Villard was too scared to show up at the October 20, 2022 Meet & Greet hosted by North Miami Beach resident Allison Robie.

Not surprisingly, Paule is deathly afraid to face Evan for a one-on-one because she knows she’s too stupid to string together a coherent sentence, especially against someone intelligent.

She has no problem, however, showing up on the doorsteps of uninformed voters and falsely promising them money if she’s elected, demanding to see their absentee ballots, and threatening them to vote for her or else.  Most of these folks are afraid of her because they know that she and her paid thugs will retaliate if they refuse, so they reluctantly give in.

Paule Villard has also been planting her signs on the lawns of residents without permission.  Luckily, informed voters have pulled them out of the ground and tossed them into the garbage where they belong.

If you’re not one of the poor schmucks who are intimidated by Criminal Candidate Paule Villard, and you just happen to see Paule out on the campaign trail asking for your vote, here’s a list of questions to ask her in return.  She won’t answer, of course, but think how much fun you’ll have watching her squirm.

Question #1:  Why did you keep lying that you were still the Vice Mayor for five months after your temporary, four-month term was over?

Question #2:  What is your justification for spending $25,135.12 on your taxpayer-funded Purchasing Card (P Card) from August 5, 2021 through November 4, 2022?

Question #3:  You spent nearly $5,000.00 on a five-day, taxpayer-funded vacation to Las Vegas to allegedly take a 1 hour tour of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC)  Loop.  How did you spend the other 119 hours you where there and how did that benefit the residents of North Miami Beach?

Question #4:  A month later you spent $9,400.20 for another five-day taxpayer-funded vacation to Haiti to allegedly speak at a youth ministry, but really to visit your nephew.  What did you do during the other four days you where there and how did any of it benefit the residents of North Miami Beach?

Question #5:  In the months before the November 2022 election, you stole $225,000 of federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) money for Publix Gift Cards to buy votes.  You publicly claimed, “It’s ARPA money!  It’s not taxpayer money!” Where do you think federal tax dollars come from if it’s “not taxpayer money?”

Question #6:  In your response to three written questions posed by the Miami Herald, you (actually, your handlers, since we know you can’t read or write) claimed you were “part of the reform movement to … adopt important ethics reforms.” Exactly what ethics reforms were you referring to and when were those Resolutions voted on?

Question #7:  In a written response to questions from a Biscayne Times reporter, your handlers wrote, “My experience in observing many other governing bodies, from Congress to local commissions, has shown me that divergences of opinions and strong wills will produce clashes.  It behooves a leader to merge those differences into a workable solution for the benefit of the electors and residents.”  Can you define and spell the words “divergences” and “behooves?”

Question #8:  In that same Biscayne Times article, your handlers were quoted as saying, “Villard says she’d like to reduce taxes by boosting development revenue, strengthen the police and fire departments, and maintain fiscal responsibility.”

  1. Why did you vote against lowering the taxes for the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget, but vote for lowing the millage right before last November’s election in a blatant attempt to win votes?
  2. Show me on the map where the North Miami Beach Fire Department is located?
  3. Does “fiscal responsibility” include P Card abuse, taxpayer-funded vacations, and federal tax-funded vote-buying campaigns?

And finally …

Question #10:  Paule, why did you overtly lie about receiving the endorsement of the Florida Democratic Party, when party Chair Nikki Fried confirmed in writing that this was a lie?

Do your homework, folks.

Ask all the questions that Paule Villard refuses to answer.

Then do the right thing!

NORTH MIAMI BEACH VOTERS,

DON’T ELECT A CRIMINAL FOR MAYOR!

PLEASE VOTE RESPONSIBLY!

ON DECEMBER 5, 2023,

  1. NMB would be the laughing stock of the world if it elected this moron for Mayor. In my 20+years in public service, I have never seen such shenanigans and incompetence.

    1. If the problem were only “shenanigans and incompetence,” it wouldn’t be any worse than many other municipalities in Miami-Dade County. The bigger problem is the outright racism, corruption, and theft of public money that would happen again if this moron were elected. She’s a literal buffoon, and her co-conspirators on the dais are almost as bad.

You’re right, NMB would definitely be the laughing stock of the universe!

  2. Excellent pointers. If she dares to come on to my property, I’ll be delighted to ask her all these questions.
I believe you forgot one of many. How about the city employee she video taped at her house when he delivered her a cafecito and bag of pastries while he should have been at work earning his tax payer funded salary? Did he ever come back to do the house work she asked him about?

    1. That’s a great question, too! I limited my list to the Top Ten, but feel free to add your own questions. There are so many she need to be asked and held accountable for!

It’s hard to believe that any intelligent person would actually vote for her — unless they stand to benefit financially from her being in office — in which case they would be just as corrupt as she is.

  3. If she’s too scared to show up for a debate why does she think she can singularly carry a public City Commission meeting as mayor? It’s obvious she’s being forced to run and that her peeps will do “anything” to ensure she wins. I mean seriously, could they not find someone who is at the very least a bit more presentable?

    1. She won’t be able to run a meeting, at least not coherently or professionally. But her co-conspirators won’t care because they’ll be lining their pockets with your money.

She’s not being forced to run because this depraved wench craves attention, power and money. However, they had no one else to run, and none of them were willing to do it. No too many politicians would have the balls to risk losing a commission seat by running for mayor, and then losing both seats. In fact, I only know of one in recent memory who took that risk. Just saying.
