North Miami Beach Criminal Commissioner Michael Joseph is desperate.
He needs to get back his four-Criminal Commissioner majority on the dais by any means necessary.
And we mean, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.
This is why he’s doing whatever he can to get his former comrade, Criminal Candidate Paule Villard, elected as mayor.
Let’s be clear. Michael Joseph and that classless paleta have absolutely nothing in common, except for the fact that they are both pathological liars.
In the real world, Michael would never be caught dead in the company of a human dumpster fire like Paule Villard.
But, in the political world, he needs her to complete his mission to rape North Miami Beach residents of all their hard-earned tax dollars.
So he dug deep into his political bag of tricks in an attempt to gaslight voters with lies and manipulations in a blatant attempt to achieve his evil goal.
During last November’s election, one of Michael’s dirty tricks was to send out fake text messages attacking Paule’s challenger, Jay Chernoff, by claiming he was a “MAGA Republican,” despite the fact that Jay is a life-long Democrat.
He’s doing it again.
He started by sending out a fake text with an old photo of mayoral candidate Evan Piper, as President of the North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, giving an award to then-Mayor Anthony DeFillipo, insinuating that that they both are “TEAM MAKE NMB GREAT AGAIN.”
Michael is also now writing his “message” in Spanish in an attempt to manipulate the Hispanic Community.
By doing this, Michael Joseph is hoping that voters actually believe his lies.

Michael Joseph also infiltrated a private NextDoor group using the fake name “Marisa J.” He’s wreaking havoc in that group by reporting anyone who posts comments favorable to Evan Piper.
Yes, he’s that evil.
Another one of Michael’s manipulations is his creation of a lame website called “NMB Truth,” which is filled with lies and deception. On this site, Michael writes fictional tales, mostly aimed at Tony DeFillipo because he and Paule are confused about who she’s actually running against.
Michael Joseph also created a fake Facebook page of the same name, and he’s using it to claim that people who support Evan Piper are racist.
Yes, you read that right.
Michael Joseph wants you to know that if you don’t vote for Paule Villard, YOU’RE the RACIST!

In any event, be on the lookout for suspicious emails or texts from “NMB Truth,” or any shady political committees (PACs), such as South Florida Accountability Project or “The Hispanic Vote PC,” a/k/a Hispanic Vote of Broward County.
All of these entities belong to Michael Joseph’s “anonymous” surrogate army.
Michael Joseph desperately needs his fourth vote on the North Miami Beach City Commission so that YOU can continue to fund:
- His illegal taxpayer-funded vacations around the country;
- His illegal taxpayer-funded $977.25 trips to Washington, D.C. just to rub shoulders with the members of the Black Congressional Caucus;
- His $1,000.00 membership dues to the Haitian Lawyers Association;
- His $705.25 membership fees to 100 Black Men of South Florida; and
- His $750.00 membership fees to the NAACP Hollywood Bureau (as in Hollywood, California, not Hollywood, Florida).
And hundreds of thousands of dollars for all his pet projects that have no public purpose for the benefit of the residents of North Miami Beach.
Michael Joseph needs Paule Villard on the dais so he can resume his taxpayer-funded gravy train.

NMB government is a calamity. I remember this place being a normal city, but look what can happen to normal. Wrong people somehow get elected to office and mayhem ensues.
Not sure Mr. Piper will fix the broken leadership, but he has a good background and I can’t find anything but good stuff on him just doing simple research online. Ms. Villard on the other hand seems to have many issues following a straight and narrow path of good governance. Just researching her, the negative far outweighs any positive there might be about her. The only positive seems to be what’s written on her website.
Between the news reports and your blog, the people of NMB would need their head examined if they didn’t vote for Piper.

There is nothing good about Paule Villard. She did nothing but cause trouble on the dais for four years. It killed her when she was voted out, and now she’s back with a vengeance to finish her goal of destroying the City. You cannot believe a single word she says. She was a horrible cop (not a “sergeant,” as she falsely claims), and an even worse elected official. Paule Villard is divisive, racist, greedy, and power hungry. The absolute worst thing North Miami Beach voters can do is let her back on the dais. I sincerely hope they do the right thing and send her packing again!

The ones who hide behind fake texts, emails, websites, and Facebook pages (Hello, Michael!) are nothing but cowards. One day, he’ll get what he deserves.
I left the Mayoral race at the last minute when it was obvious the best I could do was force a lengthy, pricey runoff. My focus on a Fifth Amendment right to a Basic Income, or a similar income equivalent, will have to be limited to my charity, 30K for Back Pay, Inc. I am trying to stay neutral, hoping that these “various and nefarious crimes” will be proven or disproven.
I respect the different demographics and special interests involved; I hoped to activate an intervention between our unearned wealthy and our unearned poor, across racial and cultural lines.

I heard that Sorey isn’t interested, but even worse than him would be the return of #StripMallLawyer Hans Ottinot! He’s the most corrupt lawyer in all of Florida. Hans is the single most dangerous person in that entire circle of corruption because (a) he controls the Criminal Commissioners and enables their illegal activities, and (b) he’s friends with people who can cause trouble for anyone who crosses him. He’s the main reason NMB is in the deep trouble it’s in right now.
