As you know, the City of North Miami Beach has not been able to hold a a proper Commission meeting since October 18, 2022 because the three Criminal Commissioners, Michael Joseph, McKenzie Fleurimond, and Daniela Jean, have decided to hold the City hostage because they lost their majority in the November election.
On March 21, 2023, the North Miami Beach Mayor and Commission finally was able to hold it’s first post-election meeting, thanks solely to Judge Valerie R. Manno Schurr’s Order Granting Plaintiff’s Emergency Motion to Compel Commissioners Attendance at Commission Meeting.
Unfortunately, the meeting ended before any legislation was able to be accomplished.
As we previously reported, Interim City Manager Mark Antonio called for a Special Meeting on April 4, 2023 in order to finish the People’s Business, but the Criminal Commissioners once again refused to do the jobs they were elected to do.
Mayor Anthony F. DeFillippo and Interim City Manager Mark Antonio just issued a press release advising the patient residents of North Miami Beach that the People’s Business is just not important enough for the three derelict elected officials to conduct.
Of course, the Mayor and the Manager were a lot more diplomatic in their announcement than we would be because, well, they are professionals.
Unlike the three blood-sucking leeches who have bled your City coffers dry over the last two years.
Keep in mind that these three miscreants will be asking you to re-elect them in November of 2024.
Rest assured that we won’t rest.
We will be right here, reminding you every chance we get that they need to be arrested, fingerprinted, indicted, and imprisoned for the grand theft of your tax dollars.

Ok, so will the judge hold them in contempt? Will they not be paid for all the months of dereliction of duty? There has got to be more that can be done.
WTF? They just spent all of that money to travel to DC and won’t attend the meeting? What is the name of the Governor’s representative from this area that attended the last meeting? We all need to send an email. This is egregious behavior that is preventing any business from taking place and no one is going to invest in our area with this kind of bullshit. Our city is going in the sewer while these assholes make a laughing stock of NMB. Enough already. We need to protest at city hall tomorrow
The city needs to call all TV stations and let the judge , Rundle, the Governor the NMB citizens see what still going on in that city, and in All the Departments pertaining to the city I meant All of them !!!!!!!! ALL!!!!!
