When North Miami Beach City “Attorney” Hans Ottinot engineered yet another cancelled Commission meeting by “advising” Michael Joseph, McKenzie Fleurimond, and Daniela Jean not to show up so he could keep receiving his $60K a month salary, he literally ran from NBC6 reporter Phil Prazen.

In order to avoid the media, Hans scampered down the fire escape stairwell, ran out the back door, slammed it shut in the reporter’s face, and “pressed his body against it” so the reporter couldn’t get out.

And it was all caught on camera and aired on the evening news.

Yet for some reason Hans had no clue that his antics were also being captured on the other side of the fire exit door by the City’s surveillance cameras, which are recording the premises day and night.

Luckily, Channel 10’s Glenna Milberg got her hands on some prime footage and tossed it out there in the Twittersphere for all the world to see.
