Much to the dismay of the corrupt City “Attorney” Hans Ottinot, at a hearing this morning, Circuit Court Judge Valerie R. Manno Schurr refused to remove North Miami Beach Mayor Anthony DeFillippo from office.
She also agreed that the business of the City must be conducted, and she expressed “hope” that the three renegade Commissioners will finally show up to work.
The lawyer that Hans illegally hired to “represent” the City, Luis E. Suarez, tried his best to get the Judge to change her mind and toss Tony from his seat.
To no avail.
He was not happy.
That’s the outcome in a nutshell.
But the real story was the bombshell revelation that Hector Roos, the best friend of the demonic Michael Joseph, is once again wreaking havoc in North Miami Beach.
This time Hector’s assignment was to find a way to somehow undo the results of the November 22, 2022 election.

We’ve reported time and time again about the duplicity of North Miami Beach Criminal Commissioner Michael Joseph, and his “anonymous” surrogate army — especially his head demon and political operative Hector Roos.

The twisted duplicity of Michael Joseph, Part 1, we revealed that Hector Roos was the real author of an email using the pseudonym of “Ike Runner,” in which he accused Barbara Kramer of not maintaining residency in the city when she sold her home on October 31, 2017, and moved to another residence in Eastern Shores.

(Hint: Federal laws were broken!), we reported, “A mystery hit piece arrived in North Miami Beach mailboxes last week against Tony DeFillipo, who is running for Mayor … referring to Tony’s slate of candidates as the Tony “Soprano” DeFillipo’s Crime Family.”

Although Hector Roos is just one of several soldiers in Michael’s surrogate army, he’s the Demon In Chief behind each and every one of Michael’s diabolical plots to attack his political enemies.
Ergo, we should not have been surprised to learn in a court hearing this morning that Hector Roos is doing Michael’s dirty work once again, and yet we were.
We suspect that more will be revealed about this very unholy alliance.
As we already reported, the people who stood to lose the most by the results of last November’s election were, of course, the three remaining Criminal Commissioners, Michael Joseph, McKenzie Fleurimond, and Daniela Jean. Because they no longer hold a majority vote on the dais, they will be forced to say goodbye to their taxpayer-funded vacations, taxpayer-funded re-election campaigns, and of course, their taxpayer-funded food orgies.
More importantly, however, the three Criminal Commissioners will no longer have their personal houseboy, City Manager Arthur “Duke” Sorey, to approve all their frivolous spending habits, or their personal Strip Mall “Lawyer”, City “Attorney” Hans Ottinot, to enable and cover up for their illegal activities.
In the meantime, if the three Criminal Commissioners continue to hold the City hostage and refuse to conduct the People’s Business at the February 21, 2023 Commission meeting, you know what to do.

It’s comforting to know you are staying one step ahead of them! How dare they spend all of their time using our money to attempt to remove our duly elected Mayor! These cretins are not from North Miami Beach. They are short term residents who travel to various cities, push their way into power and ransack the city. . They care nothing for the residents of NMB or any other locality. I suspect they detest most of us. They are in it for themselves.
The real irony here is that when McKenzie first ran for office, he was living in a rented apartment somewhere in Broward. I heard it was Hollywood, but I cannot find a record of it, which is why I never blogged it. So far it’s just “hearsay.”
I also heard from several sources that Daniela really lives in an apartment in North Miami and only used her parents’ address to run for office in NMB. Again, I have no actual proof even though I do have proof that she previously lived in North Miami and Naples, Florida as recently as 2014. Maybe residents can raise some money and hire a private investigator to see where she really hangs her hat.

The long arm of the Governor’s Office is watching and waiting for the February 21st Commission meeting. If the three stooges don’t show up or they feign illness like DJ did, or some other hair-brained scheme to break quorum again, they will have a surprise waiting for them the day after they break quorum for a third time. The Governor has no problem removing liberals who don’t do their jobs as shown by his recent removals from office of attorneys and voting officials. I hope they keep taking Han’s misguided advice and sit it out again. As I said in a movie I was in a long time ago….”Go ahead punk, make my day!”
The 3 corrupt commissioners may not realize it yet but the citizens of North Miami Beach are tired of their games and they have pretty much destroyed their chances of every running for office again. The people of NMB are waking up and seeing the corruption and are working hard to remove political nutcases from city call. We started with Paule Villard and the rest will come soon after…
The sad thing is Michael Joseph does not have a single sane supporter, the only person who still supports him is Crazy Lesley Kaplan
Like I always say, water seeks its own level.
I cannot overemphasize Michael’s level of psychosis. Any sane person who has been watching him for the last few years can’t help but notice that there is something very, very wrong with him. It’s not just his drama queen antics, but his entire demeanor just screams “Baker Act In Progress.” I hope for the sake of his family and neighbors that he doesn’t own any guns. Michael Joseph is the poster child for red flag laws.

AND I ACTUALLY VOTED FOR MICHAEL JOSEPH and Daniela Jean, who does not have a bona-fide residence in NMB. I AM AN AVID LONG-TIME NMB VOTER AND WOW WAS I MISLED. NOW that the 3 corrupt Commissioners have awoken the angry Voter in me, I will stop at nothing to see them removed and prosecuted for misuse of tax payer funds and federal funds.
