Is North Miami Beach Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard paying people (literally) for votes?

This is the North Miami way — paying people for votes.

Whether they give out $40 bags of groceries, or “free” turkeys, North Miami politicians have made running for office a lucrative business.

Now they brought their very special brand of corruption and election fraud to North Miami Beach!

Did Team Paule actually compensate unsuspecting voters to make sure they “voted correctly?”

You be the judge.

  1. The governments in North Miami and North Miami Beach are described in my world history textbook in the chapter titled “13th Century Feudal Kingdoms.” A prince or a lord bestows favors upon his subjects and protects them. In turn, the people show complete loyalty to the prince and pay the annual tax. The prince can resolve any problem such as pesky neighbors or traffic tickets for a small fee, which is placed discreetly under the table while dining at the local steakhouse.. This is different from the American constitutional system, established here over 200 years ago, which we call a “republic.” My history book says feudal kingdoms sometimes evolve into republics when the FBI steps in. Feudal lords make tons of money from lobbyists and have little motivation to change.
