By far the most outrageous lie North Miami Beach Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard told at the October 13, 2022 Voter’s Council of North Miami Beach’s Candidate’s Forum, was this whopper:
“In 2013 when the previous administration when they fired 17 police officers, that’s the first thing that they look for. Seventeen officers and most of them, if not all of them, were black.”
Every single word of this statement, right down to the year, is complete fiction concocted in the deranged mind of Paule Villard.
Despite the fact that Paule likes to blame all her self-inflicted problems on any white person who holds her accountable for her actions, none of the garbage she spouts is even remotely true.
Here is the actual truth as evidenced by actual facts, which you can access by the clickable hyperlinks.
For starters, they year was 2011, not 2013.
For another, seventeen police officers were not fired, but laid off.
Most importantly, they were laid off in order of a least seniority basis – “last in, first out” — AND NOT THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN!
But Paule will be Paule since race is all racists like her think about.
In 2010 during the administration of Mayor/turned convicted felon, Myron Rosner, and the incompetent, corrupt City Manager, Kelvin Baker, North Miami Beach was facing a $7.5 million shortfall in its FY2011 Budget.
As a result, every department had to make severe cuts. Because the Police Department’s budget was 41% of the General Fund’s expenditures, the new City Manager, Lyndon Bonner told then-Police Chief Rafael Hernandez he needed to cut $4 million from his budget.
The Chief played poker with the Manager and lost.
Hernandez was originally slated to lay off 24 officers and 13 civilians, but after negotiations between the City and the police union, the Department ultimately only had to cut $1,569,614 from its budget.
It was Chief Hernandez’ decision to lay off 17 officers instead of finding other areas to cut, but he refused, and he was eventually fired.
Race Card Paule, however, would have you believe that the color of their skin “was the first thing they look for.”
By categorically lying in a public forum that “17 officers were fired for being black,” Paule Villard is obviously trying to start a race war in North Miami Beach in the hopes of getting getting the City’s black voters’ support.
The only other elected official who ever pulled this disgusting stunt was Paule’s close friend and mentor, Ex-Commissioner/Convicted Felon Frantz, who was as equally racist and despicable as she is.
Of all the classless, racist, despicable things this current Criminal Commissioner has done and said, this is absolutely the lowest form of depravity that she has ever sunk to.
Tell Paule Villard that you are disgusted by her deliberate attempt to incite a race war in North Miami Beach!
VOTE THIS CLASSLESS, RACIST, AND DESPICABLE LIAR OUT OF OFFICE ON NOVEMBER 8, 2022!
North Miami Beach residents deserve better!

She’s pulling hard punches because you’re succeeding in exposing who she is. There’s a limited time left to get your information out. Keep at it. As tired, as difficult, the more focus you need to do your work, keep doing it. In many cities across the state, this is a make or break election. You have people who have stepped up to combat the corruption which means you’re not alone. Keep defending Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. You’re the ONLY ONE who can do what you’re doing, Stephanie, keep doing it.
I’m not the only doing the heavy lifting. I have a lot of people who are volunteering to be my eyes and ears on the ground, and others who give me anonymous tips, including the great photos and videos I post.
The more I expose these criminals with verifiable facts, the more desperate they become. What I cannot understand is how Paule and other politicians flat out lie with impunity knowing full well that I will fact check them with evidence of the truth. It’s so weird that they think they can get away with it.
Nevertheless, I will persist. Paule Villard is a dangerous, pathological liar, and she is unfit to be in office. I will do everything in my power to unseat her and, hopefully, bring her to justice in handcuffs. I’ve done it before, and I will do it again.
