We’ve proven time and time again that North Miami Beach Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard is the most corrupt elected official in the history of North Miami Beach.
We’ve also proven that she’s a pathological liar.
Depending on the audience, or maybe just the time of day, North Miami Beach Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard claims she was a “police sergeant” for anywhere from 24 years to 30 years.
In a recent campaign mailer, she actually said she worked for “28 years as a City of Miami Police Sergeant.”
Except that’s a verifiable lie.
According to her retirement documents, she was hired as a police officer on December 21, 1993 and retired exactly 21 years later on December 12, 2014 as a police officer.
According to her campaign website, Criminal Commissioner Paule Villard claims she “She represents over 47,000 residents, oversees a budget of over 168 million dollars …”
Except those are also verifiable lies.
According to the City’s own FY 2023 Adopted Budget, the population of North Miami Beach is actually 43,749 as of July 1, 2021.
Unless a spaceship landed in the City in the middle of the night in the last 15 months to drop another 3,251 residents from outer space, it’s just another one of her lies.
Also, according to the very same document that she voted for but obviously didn’t bother to read, the budget is nowhere near “over 168 million dollars.”
Not even close.
In fact, in the entire history of North Miami Beach, the budget has never been “168 million dollars,” much less “over” that amount.
And finally, according to her own campaign website, she claims she “writes laws and enforces them as well.”
Now that’s hilarious!
Considering she has the intelligence of a bean pole, Paule Villard never wrote a grocery list, much less a “law.” Her handlers come up with resolutions for her to “sponsor” and the (almost as dumb as Paule) City “Attorney” Hans Ottinot does the writing.
Or, at least, he tries to.
Paule is also not in charge of enforcing anything.
In fact, in the City of North Miami Beach, no one enforces a damn thing, especially all the Charter, Ordinance, and Code violations committed by none other than Paule Villard herself.

Yes Stephanie, she indeed lies like a rug and all she seems to be good at is conning the residents that are being bought by her with our own money.
Didn’t she say on the news that the Publix gift cards are not paid with taxpayer funds? Good grief. I guess another country gave us that money.
I do not believe for one minute that she has a Master’s Degree. If that’s the case, the universities must be giving them out like participation trophies these day. I will do whatever I can to find out whether or not this is just another one of Paule’s many lies. I will let you know if I do find out.
Yes, the moronic Paule Villard did say on television that the gift cards were not paid for with “taxpayer money.” I almost died laughing when I heard that. Good thing that Channel 10 reporter Glenna Milberg immediately noted that “it is most definitely public money.”
Paule Villard obviously has no idea how government works, or she would know that federal money IS taxpayer money. Where the hell does that imbecile think the money came from? Every time I think she can’t get any dumber, she opens her mouth and proves me wrong.
