And, yes, we’ve been waiting a very long time for the absentee-ballot-fraudulently “re-elected” Commissionweasel to FINALLY get what he deserves.
According to a just issued press release, the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics and Public Trust found Frantz Pierre, the Thug of NMB, GUILTY of “intentionally exploit[ing] his public position by threatening a code compliance officer and threatening to fire city officials when he was cited for property violations.”
The Commission found probable cause on November 9, 2016. This has been a long time coming.

All we need now is for Miami State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle to sign his arrest warrant.
That’s okay. We’ll wait.
In yet another twist of irony, the North Miami Beach Commission, which is meeting as we speak, is supposed to appoint the Commissionweasel as the next rotating Vice Mayor.
For the love all things holy, this MUST BE VOTED DOWN!
And, yes, we’ll be watching.
North Miami Beach residents deserve better.

Wow, I hope they do the right thing if not I know what I am going to do. I cant let my city go to crap. I have been out of pocket for awhile but I believe its time to run people that care about the community. We have a few but most are gone.

Good question. In a perfect world, the COE would refer this criminal to the State Attorney’s Office. But, in Miami-Dade County, there is no real justice. Good people get railroaded and criminals get to be Vice Mayor.

Rhonda Sibilia, the Communications Director of the Ethics Commission, advised: “This was sent to the state attorney a long time ago, but that office declined to pursue it as a criminal matter. BTW – the State Attorney doesn’t need us or any other agency to refer anything. Prosecutors can go after anything they want. Please clarify your response to the comment on your blog.”

They gave Pierre the Vice Mayor seat and earlier he was charged guilty as you stated above. I VOTED NO!! This is a disgrace. I hope residents are reading and seeing!!! You can’t make this shit up! I’m outraged-

This is one of the many aliases of a very deranged North Miami Police Commander who has been cyber-stalking me and several North Miami residents since February of 2017. This cop has a personal vendetta against those of us who have been vocally critical of the rampant corruption in the North Miami Police Department. The malevolent behavior this cop, apparently sanctioned by police chief Larry Juriga, is one of the many examples of that corruption.
