The Miami State Attorney’s Office may not have investigated Circuit Court Judge Sarah Zable when her husband, Myron Rosner, was arrested for the second time on October 17, 2017, but Florida’s Judicial Qualifications Commission wasn’t about to let her off the hook.

The Miami Herald just reported that the Commission, which investigations misconduct by judges, has reason to suspect her role in Myron’s latest (and possibly his last) get-rich-quick scheme, in which he defrauded an investor out of $150,000.00 in a land deal scam.

Well, DUH!

As VotersOpinion reported only days after Myron’s arrest, “Sarah’s fingerprints were all over this deal from the very beginning!”

Six months later, the Miami Herald has finally caught on that something was amiss.

Despite initially – and rather lamely – trying to make sense of the State Attorney’s rationale for not arresting her, the Herald is finally concurring.

Today’s article reported, “Zabel’s name was all over the deal, including on corporate paperwork, promotional materials and bank records.”

And who says plagiarism isn’t the highest form of flattery?

Certainly not us!  😆

In any event, we now have even more reasons to keep that corn popping!
