HOT MEALS OFFERED AT PICNICS FOR NORTH MIAMI RESIDENTS RECOVERING FROM HURRICANE IRMA
North Miami, FL – September 15, 2017 – At community picnics on Saturday and Sunday, the City of North Miami will provide free hot meals and soft drinks to residents recovering from Hurricane Irma.
Saturday, September 16, from 4 – 6 p.m., District 4 Councilman Alix Desulme will host the first picnic at the Sunkist Grove Community Center, located at 12500 NW 13 Avenue, North Miami. Sunday, September 17, from 3 – 5 p.m., District 3 Councilman Philippe Bien-Aime will host the second picnic at the Griffing Community Center, at 12220 Griffing Boulevard, North Miami.
Though all North Miami residents are invited to the Community Picnics, the primary goal is to provide meals to City residents who remain without power. Supplies are limited. Food will be given on a first come, first served basis.

COMIDAS CALIENTES OFRECIDAS EN PICNICS PARA LOS RESIDENTES DEL NORTE MIAMI RECUPERANDO DEL HURACÁN IRMA
North Miami, FL – 15 de septiembre de 2017 – En los picnics de la comunidad el sábado y el domingo, la ciudad de North Miami proporcionará comidas calientes gratis y refrescos a los residentes recuperándose del huracán Irma.
El sábado 16 de septiembre, de 4 a 6 pm, el Concejal del Distrito 4, Alix Desulme, será el anfitrión del primer picnic en el Centro Comunitario Sunkist Grove, ubicado en 12500 NW 13 Avenue, North Miami. El domingo, 17 de septiembre, de 3 a 5 pm, el concejal del Distrito 3 Philippe Bien-Aime será el anfitrión del segundo picnic en el Centro Comunitario Griffing, en 12220 Griffing Boulevard, North Miami.
Aunque todos los residentes de North Miami están invitados a los picnics de la comunidad, el objetivo principal es proporcionar comidas a los residentes de la ciudad que permanecen sin electricidad. Los suministros son limitados. La comida se dará en un primer llegado, primer servido base.
