Blame it on the heat.

Or something.

Early Sunday morning another round of gunfire erupted in the streets of Aventura North Miami.  Local 10 reported that four people were shot in two separate incidents along NW 125th Street.

One woman was shot at NW 8th Avenue, and three people were hit at NW 17th Avenue “outside a house party,” when “a gunman sprayed the crowd at the party with arrows gunfire.”

I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure these latest shootings are giving Police Chief Leonard Burgess a headache.  It’s gonna be awfully hard to convince the folks over on the west side that North Miami is as safe as Aventura.

Maybe Chief Lenny can just invite them to play a game of flag football to distract them from the fact that they live in a war zone.

Yeah, there’s always that.
