Attention Myron FELONY Trial Watchers:

Nearly two years after the arrest of North Miami Beach EX-mayor/current FELONY defendant Myron Rosner there will FINALLY be …

… another hearing.

Thanks to the Master of Delay, CRIMINAL lawyer Benedict P. Kuehne, the trial is moving at a snail’s pace, with the next scheduled item on the docket being yet another trial hearing.  This latest one is set for September 2, 2014!

And, remember, that’s just a trial hearing, not an actual trial date.

The upcoming September hearing was scheduled on May 8, 2014, thus giving Myron and his legal beagle an additional four months of breathing room in the hopes that it will all just go away.

Fictional trial dates previously set for November 30, 2012 and March 5, 2013 were merely teasers for Myron FELONY Trial Watchers.  If Big Ben has his druthers, this case will never actually go to trial, and that in time we’ll forget all about Myron’s pending CRIMINAL case.

Unfortunately for Kuehne and his infamous CRIMINAL defendant client, Myron Rosner, I have a very … very long memory.  Long after everyone else has stopped giving a damn, I will still be waiting and watching, and keeping this case on the front burner.

And in the public eye.

Note to Myron:  You should never have messed with me by reporting me to Code Enforcement.  Everyone in North Miami Beach knew you were a loser and a schmuck.  But you had to go and make it personal.  Not your brightest move.  You might be shameless, but I’m relentless.

Ben can delay the trial all he wants.
