Captain Justice, a criminal defense attorney-slash-blogger, posted a comment on the Justice Building Blog yesterday about the wife of North Miami Beach EX-Mayor/current FELONY defendant Myron Rosner, CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE SARAH ZABEL.
The Cap wrote:
INCUMBENT JUDGE DRAWS OPPONENT:
Incumbent Judge Sarah Zabel, in Group 46, has drawn an opponent. She is MARIANNE SALAZAR.
Ms. Salazar has been a member of The Florida Bar for nearly 17 years. She lists her office in Palmetto Bay, but the address appears to be her home address as well.
She lists her areas of practice as: Business, Child and Family,
Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction, Contracts, Corporate, Family,
Finance and Investments, Health
Health Administration. She attended UM Law School.
If anyone knows anything about her, please email us.
Judge Zabel has been a member of The Florida Bar for nearly 21 years and has been on the bench since 2003. She was first elected in the 2002 Election cycle. She entered a four way race against Alex Akpodiete, Xavier Cortada, and Raul Ordonez. She beat Ordonez in a run-off. She was re-elected without opposition in 2008.
She attended Nova Law School.

I don’t know who she is.
I don’t care who she is.
I am supporting her.
I am endorsing her.
I am going to do everything humanly possible to get her elected NO MATTER WHAT!
CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE SARAH ZABEL MUST GO!
Please help me escort Sarah to the unemployment line on August 26, 2014!

This is the same judge whose house could not be searched for evidence connected to her husband, Mayor Rosner, because of her influence. According to news reports, Rosner’s arrest warrant had to be signed in Broward because no Miami Dade judge had enough courage to sign the warrant out of fear of insulting his judge wife. End corruption at all levels! Vote Zabel out and ask our State Attorney how come Rosner’s case continues to be delayed by attorney Ben Kuhne!
Too late. Her opponent dropped out already. As for asking Katherine Fernandez Rundle about Myron’s case (or anything else), good luck with that. She answers to no one.
