Each year the City of North Miami teams up with the American Cancer Society to host the Relay For Life.  More than four million people in over 20 countries raise much-needed funds and awareness to save lives from cancer through the Relay for Life movement.

During the Relay, participants and survivors of cancer celebrate what they’ve overcome, remember people lost to the disease, and honor people who have fought or are fighting cancer. At this overnight community event people form teams, walk and camp out while raising funds for the cure of cancer.
