On behalf of the Beautification Committee I wanted to invite you to a tutorial of FIX IT NMB on Wednesday, November, 20th at 5:3.0 P.M. on the 2nd floor in the Council Chambers.
FIX IT NMB is a Citizen Relationship Management portal, that provides a number of ways to reach the right staff member that can help get your issue fixed. You are able to submit your issues using the website, free smartphone apps. for Android, iPhone or BlackBerry, text messaging or by calling a toll free number and staff will be at your fingertips ready to assist.
If you go to this link you will have a better idea of what this app does. It’s a wonderful way to report issues of concern that need to be addressed in the City of North Miami Beach.
