Stupid Criminal Tricks Caught on Video (and a fence)

CaughtPut down your coffee RIGHT NOW and go watch this Channel 7 video taken just a little while ago from its news helicopter.  To say this robbery suspect is not having a good day would be an understatement.

WSVN-TV –

WSVN definitely earned its tagline “Only On 7” with this one.

And for once, I am speechless.

  1. A perfect example of how important our PD is and why they should be valued. The officers risk their lives pursuing these dangerous criminals. Do we really want inexperienced officers taking care of these types of dangerous issues – I don’t think so. God forbid if this guy was armed.
    Excellent job by channel 7.

  2. This incident provides the PERFECT example of the effects of NMB taking away the police take home cars. This scumbag was running through a North Miami Beach neighborhood after robbing a Starbucks and leading Miami PD on a high speed chase. We all heard what was occurring over the police radio but there were NO available units to respond while this robber attempted to rob and carjack an NMB citizen as she stood in her driveway. Why you may ask, because it was shift change and there were ZERO units available. We were too busy getting dressed, moving equipment from our personal to police cars. Theres not much more you can say except shame on you Mayor & Council for destroying your police department to prove something and even after your officers have offered to pay for the vehicles. Thank god i never chose to live in this city and the elected officials in my city value public safety, and just in their neighborhoods. Thanks for all you do Steph 😉
