A North Miami Beach resident just purchased a second home here and is in need of clam shell awnings for the windows.  Several windows already have them, but he is missing seven of them.  These types of awnings are no longer made, and he wants to be able to cover the rest of the windows.  In case you don’t know what clam shells are, here’s a picture:
