Oh, YES, HE DID!
In a follow up to yesterday’s Miami Herald article about North Miami mayor Andre Pierre’s Last Hurrah, reporter Nadege Green posted this short story this morning:
I can’t even begin to tell you in mere words what’s wrong with this picture. But, I’ll try.
With unmitigated Anna “Sugar Cookie” Pierre Chutzpah, her no-relation namesake had the hubris to exclaim, “The devil, of course, is going to come out and test you.”
As if Andre himself had absolutely nothing to do with all the despicable acts he has committed in his four year reign of terror over North Miami!
No, he’s not even claiming that the devil made him do it. Oh, no, no!
He’s saying that if you dare speak out against him that YOU are the DEVIL!
The sheer arrogance of this man knows no bounds.
But, that’s not even the worst of his comments. Andre also tried to play innocent by stating that people criticize him because he fights “for Haitians.”
For starters, why doesn’t the mayor of Miami-Dade County’s fourth largest city consider fighting for ALL 60,000 RESIDENTS of the municipality which he led?
BECAUSE HE DOESN’T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT ANYONE WHO ISN’T HAITIAN!
Before you attack the messenger here, read the article again. He said it. On the record.
Folks, I cannot make this stuff up. Meanwhile, the mayor of North Miami and his henchmen and henchwomen think absolutely nothing of creating and fomenting a culture war between the city’s Haitians and non-Haitians on the radio, in public, in private and God knows where else. The devil has nothing to do with it.
Lastly, Andre bemoans the fact that someone called his wife a racial slur in the last election. While there is absolutely no excuse for that type of behavior by anyone whatsoever, and it should never be condoned, Andre followed up that lament with “He was very lucky that my .44-caliber was not close.”
Folks, READ THAT LINE AGAIN!
He said that the man who called his wife the N-word WAS LUCKY ANDRE AND HIS GUN WEREN’T AROUND!
In Florida, and in all other states where the Second Amendment hasn’t been trampled upon, YOU CANNOT SHOOT SOMEONE FOR CALLING YOU A NAME!
Period. Plain and simple.
You can only LEGALLY use your firearm if you are defending yourself against the OTHERWISE UNAVOIDABLE threat of DEATH OR GRAVE BODILY HARM.
Sticks and stones may break your bones, but they do not cause DEATH OR GRAVE BODILY HARM!
North Miami residents have every reason to be concerned that someone like Andre Pierre is licensed to carry a gun. Just this public admission alone should be reason enough for the Florida Department of Agriculture to revoke his Concealed Carry Permit, if he even has one. (I wonder if there’s a complaint for that.)
Obviously, Andre Pierre has either never taken a firearms safety course or he just doesn’t care about BREAKING THE LAW!
Then again, why should he care? There have been absolutely no consequences to his lawbreaking in the last four years, so why should he worry now?
He’s not worried because he believes if you elect his Coco Douce, the lawlessness in North Miami will continue unabated.
North Miami Voters: GET YOUR ASSES TO THE POLLS ON TUESDAY AND SAY NO TO CRIMINALS WHO ARE LEGALLY ALLOWED TO CARRY FIREARMS!

The man is garbage. Plain and simple. In my opinion he was elected through corruption and voter fraud by people who have less intellect than the average house pet. Simpletons with a voter registration card that they probably can’t read or comprehend whether it be written in English,Spanish,Creole, braille or a flip chart with big colorful pictures.
Andre Pierre is a classic case of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. His departure is akin to a huge toilet flushing in the City of North Miami.

Did you see the letter sent out by Frank Wolland in support of Coco Douce? Priceless! Didn’t send one to Kevin Burns but did send one to his partner so one did get sent to Kevins address. One eye Wolland is a moron! Or crazy like a fox? P.S. The letter was sent to only the Anglo citizens! Let’s keep that race baiting going Lucy! If she does get elected do you think she will actually move into North Miami?
So the only reason to run for office in North Miami is to help Haitians? Racist politics never work because your “people” will eventually get a mind of their own and stop being mesmerized by a one-size-fits-all “my race” candidate.

I had a feeling the letter from Wolland was adressed only to the anglo voters…thanks for confirming. Hey Frank, if you’re reading this, please pass this along to Cocodouce – your endorsement of Tondreau is the kiss of death. We were all waiting to see who you were shilling for ( ok, not really, we know you’ve thrown your future fortunes on the garbage heap of Biscayne Landing ) …as for Pierre, just glad his time is over — he LOVES himself way too much ( Napoleon complex? )..
Both my wife and are Hispanic and we received the letter. Reading it confirmed what I already knew: neither Andre Pierre, nor Frank Wolland or Lucie Tondreau have North Miami interests as a priority.
I was told by a friend of mine who lives in Keystone Point and did early voting that the mayors race was not on his ballot. He only had the opportunity to vote for the commissioner’s race. We may want to see if there is a large number of under/over votes from the early voting numbers.
TC, please have your friend contact me. If this is true, something is REALLY wrong and I will see what I can do to fix it for him. It needs to be taken care of immediately!
He doesn’t seem to care as I told him that something is wrong if it is true. He just shrugged it off and changed the subject.
If anyone called her the N word, that was wrong. Period.
However, I can’t have any sympathy for her. This is why:
I used to go on those North Miami bike rides. For one of the rides I invited my nephew, who was 9 at the time. We had a hard time, because his bicycle was not in a very good shape, neither was he, so he started to fall behind. Of course, I stayed behind with him, but we never gave up.
Then we passed in front of a house where two grown up women had been cheering the bikers. No cheers for us, though. They started making fun of my nephew in a way that I found cruel and despicable.
I did not know at the time, but that house was Andre Pierre’s. I could not say for sure that his wife was the one making fun of us, but I know it was two women in his house. Makes no difference to me.
Two adults bullying a nine year old. Shame on you !!!!
Needless to say, I never joined the rides again.
If his wife is anything like Andre, I would guess one of the women was her. I’ve heard how he treats people rudely and with disdain. It wouldn’t surprise me if his wife was just like him.
