Not only is there fire, but if it involves Frantzie, it’s a freaking FIRESTORM!

North Miami Beach Council Weasel, a/k/a L’il Frantzie P, a/k/a The P Man, a/k/a Frantz Pee-Aire, a/k/a Spork Weasel of NMB, has some very interesting friends in low places.

For starters, Frantzie’s good buddy, the lovely and talented Volney Nerette, got himself arrested on March 19, 2010 for “ASSAULT/AGGRAVATED/WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY.”

Lord have Mercy!  I wonder what pushed his button.  Pretty damn feisty for an old dude.  Just saying.

Then there’s Mr. Joseph “Haitian Majority” Gourgue, who was arrested on May 13, 2010 for “FLEE ATTEMPT TO ELUDE LAW ENFORCEMENT,” “CRUELTY TOWARD CHILD ACT COULD RESULT PYS/MNT INJ,” “RECKLESS DRIVING” and “UNLAWFUL SPEED POSTED MUNICIP/STATE RD”

Now that’s one bad boy, huh?

As if that weren’t enough, Mr. Gourgue was arrested again on March 28, 2013 for “Violation of Probation-Felony.”

Oops!  Can’t have that, now can we?

I don’t know about you, folks, but I have zero interest in joining the Frantzie & Friends Club.

As if his buddies at his proverbial poker table weren’t bad enough dudes, L’il Frantzie P has very publicly endorsed one Jean D. Berrouet for a seat on the NMB City Council.

Seems like Mr. Berrouet has some anger management issues himself.

For starters, on January 19, 1999, the Commissioner of Education filed an Administrative Complaint against Jean D. Berrouet for violating the Principles of Professional Conduct for the Education Profession by using “inappropriate discipline techniques in his class when he struck a student with a pointer.”  The Commissioner also alleged that Berrouet “failed to make reasonable effort to protect the student from conditions harmful to learning and/or to the student’s mental health and/or physical safety,” and “intentionally exposed a student to unnecessary embarrassment or disparagement.”

For his alleged violent outburst against an ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENT, Berrouet accepted a Settlement Agreement to “undergo any counseling or treatment as may be prescribed” and to be “placed on probation for a period of 2 years,” even though Berrouet “neither admits nor denies, but elects not to contest the allegations set forth in the Petitioner’s Administrative Complaint.”

In addition, Berrouet is to pay a fine equal to $150 per year to monitor his suspension, complete a course in Classroom Management and pay all costs of the proceedings including the monitoring fee.

If that weren’t bad enough, on February 28, 2007, the Office of Superintendent of Schools and the Office of Professional Standards issued a formal Recommendation that Berrouet be suspended without pay and that dismissal proceedings be initiated.  The recommendation for dismissal was due to allegations of “misconduct in office; and violation of School Board Rules,” “Corporal Punishment-Prohibited,” and “Violence in the Workplace,” and also violations of “Responsibilities and Duties” and “Code of Ethics.”

Jean D. Berrouet had the right to appeal these allegations, which he probably did, and which appeal he probably won, since HE’S STILL TEACHING!

Aside from the fact that Jean D. Berrouet appears to be the poster child for how impossible it is to fire bad teachers, the scarier thing is that this man, who is allegedly prone to violence, is a teacher of ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN.

In his campaign literature, Berrouet also states that he “founded the Good News Club Ministries to help empower young people to become productive members of society.”

I wonder if a “pointer” is used in this “empowerment” process.  Oops!

It’s bad enough this man is a teacher, but Lord have Mercy, he’s a minister to boot!

Being Jewish, I won’t even pretend to know What Jesus Would Do, but I’m guessing he wouldn’t be too happy about this.  Just saying.

Also, folks, keep in mind that this man is the cousin of Faux Candidate Yvenoline “Yve” Dargenson and the father of alleged racist Sarah Berrouet.

Yeah, when it comes to the world of Frantzie & Friends, and the company he keeps, someone needs to keep a watchful eye.
