OMG! It took an entire week, but Yvenoline “Yve” Dargenson has FINALLY been served! IT’S ABOUT FREAKING TIME!
Since Councilwoman Beth Spiegel filed her lawsuit against the Faux North Miami Beach candidate, she’s been desperately avoiding service. Last Thursday, the process server when to Dargenson’s place of work at the Social Security Administration in Fort Lauderdale, only to be told she was out of the office until Monday. On Monday, the SSA refused to allow the process server inside, in an obvious attempt to prevent Yvie from being served.
On Monday night, Dargenson didn’t show up at the candidate forum in Eastern Shores. I’m guessing that she knew the process server was going to try again. This is probably why she wasn’t planning to attend the Washington Park candidate forum this evening.
I told you she was a chicken shit!
Today, the process server waited near her car outside Dargenson’s office at 3:50 pm in the hopes of catching up with her when she left work. What a genius move!
L’il Evil Yve saw the dude and took off running, trying to get to her car before she could be served, but the process server was too quick for her and BAM! She got served.
This is a woman who claims she wants to “represent the people,” and yet she has done everything in her power to avoid a legal process.
THAT’S BECAUSE SHE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE LAW!
Bitch got her just desserts. Along with a Summons.
