Dude, where’s my CTR?

The candidates for office for North Miami Beach City Council have turned in their latest Campaign Treasurer’s Reports, which have finally been posted to the city’s website.  There are several interesting contributions and expenditures to report.

For starters, councilman Frantz Pierre’s ringer, Jean D. Berrouet submitted a Waiver of Report in lieu of a CTR because he allegedly received no donations or expended any funds during the reporting period from March 16, 2013 through March 29, 2013.

As odd as that is, even more disturbing is the fact that his previous Campaign Treasurer’s Report HAS NOW BEEN REMOVED FROM THE WEBSITE!  WTF?

Considering that Mr. Berrouet threw his hat in the ring as early as February, as I reported in Off to the Races!, he put up an illegal sign shortly after that, and I already commented on his previous CTR in Who’s election is this anyway?, it’s awfully strange that his report has GONE MISSING!

Why was it taken down and at whose directive?

This being a weekend, however, I won’t be able to get any answers until Monday.  If at all.  I will be on top of this mystery and keep you posted.

Frantzie’s “Roommates” Chip In

At last count, there were eight registered voters in La Maison de Pierre.  Six of them coughed up donations on March 16, 2013 to candidate Jaime Miller, who is running for Group 2.  Frantzie and Marie E. Romelus each gave him a $100.00 check, and cash donations of $50.00 each were squeezed out of Joline Pierre-Green, Katrina Allison-Pierre (a/k/a Katrina M. Allison), Kerry Joseph, and Wideline Romelus.

Nothing odd about those donations, except for one thing.  Why is Frantzie & Co. donating to Jaime Miller’s campaign WHEN HE PUBLICLY ENDORSED MILLER’S OPPONENT, PIERRE RINGER JEAN D. BERROUET?

As we already know, The P Man is always up to no good, and we can only guess what his motives are for backing two candidates in the same race.  Since it appears that Mr. Miller doesn’t need a lousy $400.00 of what can only be dirty money, I strongly suggest that he return those donations and wash his hands of L’il Frantzie P.  Just saying.

All About “Yve”

Frantz & Co. haven’t yet donated to his crony Yvenoline Dargenson, whose residency is questionable at best, but he did endorse her (see mailer above).  She filed her first Campaign Treasurer’s Report, or I should say her Apparently-Not-So-Estranged-Husband/Campaign Treasurer Frannix Jean-Mary did.  This report for the period of March 21, 2013 through March 29, 2013 shows donations of $1,100.00 and loans of $1,500.00.  There are some other issues with her CTR, which I will not divulge here.  I’ll let her campaign manager, whoever that might be, worry about that.

What IS very telling, however, is that on March 29, 2013 she forked over $500.00 to our Resident Race Baiter/Absentee Ballot Collector/Party Crasher, none other than the nefarious Volney Nerette.  That’s never a good sign.

The Rest of the Pack

Campaign Treasurer’s Reports for the rest of the qualified candidates, Rene Alfonso, Muriel Kemp, Beth E. Spiegel, Anthony “Tony” DeFillipo, Hillel Hellinger and Margaret “Margie” Love, all appear to be in order and unremarkable.  Good job!

Meanwhile, over in our sister city

I have reviewed the CTRs for the North Miami candidates and I hope to report on them tomorrow, if possible.  The one thing that I just HAVE to mention in passing is a rather large expense made by Michael “Babbling Brook” Blynn was to one Noucelie Josna, the self-professed Queen of Absentee Ballots.  As with Volney Nerette, hiring Noucelie Josna is never a good sign.
