UPDATE:

Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge Ariana Fajardo, appointed April, 2012 and sworn in on August 3, 2012.  So the case stays in Dade County.  I hope the prosecutors get a fair trial!

North Miami Beach EX-mayor Myron Rosner is scheduled to be arraigned today for charges related to campaign finance fraud that led to his arrest on September 20, 2012.  I’m still waiting for information as to the time of the arraignment in case anyone wants to attend.  Should be fun!
