What’s a little felony indictment among friends?
According to mayor Andre Pierre, a/k/a The King of North Miami, it’s a “nonissue.” Miami New Times reporter Jon Tayler just published his latest column on the city’s granting of an almost $300k contract to a shady company by the name of IMECO, Inc. Ignoring the minor detail that the General Manager of IMECO is presently standing trial for racketeering and fraud for “an Opa-locka kickback scheme” is just North Miami’s way of saying, “It’s all good.”
Or, as Andre declared in a recent Miami Herald article about absentee voter fraud, “We don’t have that problem in North Miami.”
Um, yeeeah. More about that in a minute.
Check out the gory details on IMECO’s Faustin Denis and learn all about the sleazy way he’s managed to scam cities out of big bucks in North Miami Gives Hundreds of Thousands to a Racketeering Suspect in the New Times. Kids, don’t try this at home.
As I reported on October 11th in The Saga Continues…, a lawsuit is being heard as we speak by a judge in Tallahassee about the absentee ballot fraud problem that Andre Pierre says doesn’t exist. The Miami Herald also reported this morning that witness Carline Paul, a/k/a “Teacher Carline,” has been ordered to appear tomorrow to testify and that another reluctant witness Noucelie Josna, a/k/a “Nancy” Josna, has gone missing. (Yeah, I know. What’s with all the aliases?)
A source called me a few hours ago to tell me that Ms. Josna was spotted hiding out at her mother’s house and when a private investigator approached her, she fled. She’s now history. Again.
However, a ruling just came down from the judge a scant ten minutes ago issuing a Writ of Bodily Attachment against one Noucelie Josna. This basically means the cops can arrest her on the spot if they find her.
Seems to me The Queen of Absentee Ballots is in a bit of hot water. Nancy, you got some ‘splainin’ to do!
This should get interesting. I’ll keep reporting. Stay tuned…

That worked out well for us. Case dismissed! Really? WTF? I’m livid!
Really! Dead voters? People who claim their vote was stolen? Witnesses who defy court orders? Case dismissed? Unreal! Move along, folks, nothing to see here.
This case had the potential to blow our absentee ballot problem out of the water and put a stop to at least most of it. Now the ballot brokers probably believe they were given a pass to continue their crooked ways. Citizens have to step it up and be more observant, and not let the crooks get away with it. Hopefully people are warned not to do business with Carline Paul or Nancy Josna, who by the way, makes tens of thousands of dollars brokering ballots and NEVER FILED A TAX RETURN! What does that tell you?
