Chapter XXIV, Article II of the City of North Miami Beach’s City Code Part II deals with the “North Miami Beach Zoning and Land Development Code.” Section 24-2, Purpose and Intent, states:
It is the purpose and intent of this Code to provide land use planning and development criteria, standards and regulations to promote, protect and improve, in accordance with present and future needs, the public health, safety, comfort, good order, appearance, convenience, morals, law enforcement and fire protection and general welfare of the citizens and residents of North Miami Beach, Florida; to provide for orderly growth, development, and environmental protection; to provide a vehicle of coordination for all planning and development decisions with area, County, regional and state planning agencies and authorities; to prevent the overcrowding of land and avoid undue concentration of population; and to facilitate the adequate and efficient provision of transportation, water, sewerage, schools, parks, recreational facilities, housing and other requirements and services.
Under “Article II, Sec. 24-12 Language,” which deals with the definitions of terms used in the the “North Miami Beach Zoning and Land Development Code.” One of the items defined is the word “family” as:
Family: One (1) or more persons occupying a dwelling, not more than three (3) of whom are unrelated to each other by birth, adoption, or marriage, and who are living and cooking as a single household. (Ord. No. 92-9, § 2, 6-16-92)
That seems pretty clear to me. Apparently, councilman Frantz Pierre didn’t get the message. A search of public records, including registered voter lists, Facebook, spokeo.com and other search engines, turned up some interesting things, including the fact that there are eleven, COUNT ‘EM ELEVEN, adults living in his three bedroom, two bath house. Quite a few of them – more than three – are “unrelated to each other by birth, adoption OR marriage.”
First let’s take a look at who they are. Keep in mind that everything I’m about to show you is a matter of public record and easily accessible to anyone who knows their way around the internet. No laws were broken and no animals were harmed in this investigation.
First you have Lil Frantzie P himself. Tax records show that he owns the house on NE 171st Street. A search at freephonetracer.com shows that also living in his household are Joline Pierre, Katrina Pierre and Marie Pierre.
Here’s the search on Joline Pierre, whose age is listed as “40s.” Could this be Pierre’s wife?
Here is the search on Katrina Pierre, whose age is listed as also listed as “40s.” Hmmmm, could this be his wife?
Here’s the search on Marie Pierre, whose age is not listed. Wife or Not Wife?
Here is a list of the people registered to vote at Frantz Pierre’s address as of the last election in May, 2011:
Starting with Marie Eleazard, whose age is listed as “49,” here’s a picture of her Facebook profile. Please note that she is Facebook Friends with Frantz Pierre. Please also note that she claims to live in “Pembroke Pines, Florida.” Gee, I don’t know about you, but last time I checked “Pembroke Pines” is NOT “North Miami Beach!”
Next on the voter list is Karry Joseph, who also has a Facebook page and who also lists Frantz Pierre as one of his Facebook Friends. The voter list states his age as “29.” He can’t be Frantz Pierre’s son since Pee-Air is only “46,” according to the voter list. Unless he was a wild really young thing back in the day. Just saying.
Next on the list is Joline Pierre (Wife No. 1?), who we already knows lives in the House of Pierre.
Then you have Jonathan Romelus, age “23.” A search of Mr. Romelus, who does not appear to have a Facebook page, shows that he lives at Pierre’s house, along with a Jean Romelus, whose age is listed as “40s” (Wife No. WTF???), a Marie Romelus, whose age is also listed as “40s,” and a Wideline Romelus, whose age is also listed as “40s.” DOES FRANTZIE HAVE A HAREM? Just saying.
Here’s Marie Evange Romelus’ search results, which shows her living with Jean, Jonathan and Wideline Romelus, all at the House of Pierre.
However, another search of one Marie Evange Romelus showed that she is 46, and that she actually lives in El Portal, but previously lived in North Miami Beach, North Miami, Miami, and El Portal again. Guess she gets around!
But, the biggest mystery of all is that the registered voters list shows that one Katrina Monique Allison, age 40, lives at Pierre’s house, too!
FRANTZIE, YOU DOG!
According to the registered voter list, Katrina lives at Pierre’s house. BUT a reverse search of her phone number, which is a land line and not a cell phone, shows that she actually lives in the City of Miami, as far away North Miami Beach as Pembroke Pines (where Marie Eleazard’s Facebook page shows she lives).
How can two people be registered to vote in North Miami Beach, who actually don’t live in North Miami Beach? Just saying.
So let’s play Connect the Dots.
First of all, you have eleven adults living in a three bedroom, two bath home. That’s just wrong on so many levels I don’t even know where to begin.
Second, I’m told Frantzie has five children, bringing the total bodies crammed under that roof to sixteen.
Hmmmm…sixteen peeps, two bathrooms. That’s. Just. Wrong.
You have two of the adults registered to vote in the City of North Miami Beach, when it’s quite possible they do not even live here. Especially the one with a land line at a home miles and miles from NMB. That would make it awfully hard for her to answer the phone from Pierre’s house, no?
Last, but certainly not least, NORTH MIAMI BEACH COUNCILMAN FRANTZ PIERRE is in serious violation of the North Miami Beach Zoning and Land Development Code. Surely, with eleven adults living under the same roof, with several different last names, I seriously doubt that “not more than three (3) of whom are unrelated to each other by birth, adoption, or marriage.” Just saying.
For crying out loud, if a sitting councilman doesn’t even know the code of his own municipality, how the hell can he be taken seriously? WTF? The man shouldn’t be allowed to vote on a lunch order, much less on any legislation considered by the North Miami Beach City Council.
In my opinion, Frantz Pierre was merely the punchline of a tasteless joke. This entire episode brings his irrelevance to a whole new level.

“Spreading the Wealth”
This is interesting information. Maybe this is how Councilman Pierre won by 15 votes in the 2009 election. I’m just sayin….
Unfortunately with “Let-em Go Joe” as head of the Ethics Commission, this will be handled like all the other ethics cases brought before the Commission. Please send your blog to the County and State attorney to see if you can embarrass them into doing somethng about the apparent voter fraud that is obviously happening in the Pierre household.
I’m sure there’s a perfectly good explanation. Señor Pee-Air will clear this up for us in due time. As they say in Jamaica, “Soon come.”
